No employee seems to know what the charging fees are for. The employees at the front told my husband to pay $10 for the whole year for my teen to use any part of the main building or to pay 7 for a day pass so he paid $10 so the child can come once a week to the gym. After paying the money, the front office told him that, my child has no access to any space in that building except the volleyball court and she can only work out if she is 14 years or old. My child is 16years so she should qualify but now they are saying my husband should pay $125 dollars more if she wants to utilize the weight room or the tiny gym. They should have price list on their website and besides membership at 24 hour fitness center is $120 for a year for working out.

Good for volleyball But limited to just Tuesday. They should consider extending the time. Most people want to play on weekends, good if they open volleyball on weekends as well.

The recreation center is one of the best, non-kept, secrets in McKinney. The facility is awesome and well planned to the finest details. The staff we spoke too, Tyler and Moses, gave us a tour of this wonderful facility. Both took time to explain the activities, operations and how to become a member. We were so impressed that both of us decided to join. Highly encourage others to check it out. Enormous savings over other gym memberships

We had a disappointing experience at this location. Our group got approval to meet in the pavilion outside of the center, but after being there for an hour, we were run off. They told us we werent allowed to meet there (even though we had already been told by a different employee that we were). It was a very unprofessional way we were told to leave. I would not recommend!

The supervisors and staff have excellent customer service. They are under renovations right now, so parking can be difficult. However, highly recommend their fitness programs. Great instructors!

Indoor and outdoor courts that are available to the public for badminton, basketball, pickleball, volleyball and soccer. They also have a nice fitness center (just $3 a visit/day), park pavilion, rooms to rent and activities for all ages. It s a hidden gem!!! :)

Good location for small gatherings. Looks small but can fit around 60 people pretty comfortably. Has a small kitchen in the corner and nice view toward the water park. The staff was in their office the entire time and not engaged but didnt need to be as every ran smoothly. Chairs and tables provided and self cleaning required. Only a few electrical outlets in case you need several.

This is a bit of a hidden gym in McKinney. The facility is highly affordable offering a gym, multiple gymnasiums, bathroom facilities, outdoor pool facilities, outdoor basketball courts, tons of green space and baseball diamonds as well. The building itself is a bit dated, but youll be surprised by everything it has to offer! They also offer rental for family events, tournaments, and more.

I had been to the new family pool since it opened last year. This year there were new life guards and they are horrible! It is my opinion that they are RACIST!!!!! I watched them let two small white children go down the water slide that were clearly under the height limit of 48 yet there was an African American boy who appeared to be tall enough...(if not he was clearly taller than the two white kids), and they refused to let him go. After seeing this I asked the lifeguards that allowed this to happen why it had occurred and one of them said whats it to YOU!? I stated I didnt think it was fair and I overheard the childs mother ask the same thing. When she decided to leave so did I. Before she left she made a complaint with the manager at the front and asked for a refund and they refused. My kids, husband and myself witnessed the entire thing and we will never return!!!!!!!!!!!! They also scrutinized the minority kids more when there were white kids that were running and jumping in the pool as well. One would think that things would be better by now but I guess bad habits are passed on from generation to generation!!!!!!!!!!
