Keri was awful. She took orders and left. We asked for a tab, because the pay machine on the table had a dead battery. We had to find her to get help with it. We didn t get refills, I didn t get a choice of birthday dessert. She only showed up when she needed to take our order or when we flagged her down. We watched her tables around us get better service and more attentive servers in sections close give MUCH better service. One server with a birthday at his table had a candle. Really bad birthday night dinner

Yard house always hits if youre looking for a casual restaurant with a wide selection of alcoholic drinks. So far, every time I try a new food item and each one has been great. This time I tried their turkey club sandwich and it was huge. This pic is only half of the sandwich and it comes with a side. Their truffle fries are crispy and delicious. Expect a bit of a wait on weekend evenings.

I had an enjoyable experience here with colleagues during happy hour. My meat lovers pizza was tasty and it was half-off during happy hour. A colleague shared with use their fried calamari and it was as good as youd expect. Service was also great with quick attention to drinks that needed to be refilled.

This place is ok at best, their last call is literally an hour before they close? Like why close at 2 and your last call is at 1? I only really come here for the ambiance with my friends plus I get out of work late. The bartenders are dry and very serious and don t really talk at all. Food is mediocre.

There was no AC. The floor was horribly slippery as if grease were on it. The food is not as fresh as it used to be. It seems pre-made and re-heated. I hadnt been there in years until recently, and back then, everything was fresh, and the place was clean. Now, the cleanliness is subpar, my silverware and plate were dirty and my truffle fries were old, tasted cold and stale as if they were in a refrigerator for days. The waiter was cool and did his best. I still gave him a good tip for being kind and trying, but I wont be back.

It used to be a lot better for some reason. Now it has that Chilis feel. Where it is corporate. The menu is not as vibrant anymore. And by that I truly mean the taste. The menus are all laminated and turned into a corporate brochure. Their menus used to be alive with flavor now It is a reproduction of the same show over and over. Dont get me wrong. Overall, a nice place to meet a friend for lunch or have a dinner date. We had burgers, a club sandwich, and someone had a salad. The food was good. Nothing stellar nor otherwise. And while I realize that the cost of everything has gone up, prices here were pretty steep, at least for the basic lunch items we ordered. You dont want regular fries with your burger or sandwich? You can order sweet potato fries or Parmesan fries, both yummy by the way! but these cost extra. Granted, I had a nice KJ glass of wine with lunch, so I expected my ticket to be a bit higher. I mean if youre looking for a cool place to eat with great service, and you dont mind throwing down $30-40 for lunch, then I highly recommend it. Again, we had a good time and our server was excellent.

It was my first time going to a Yard House and I can say that the food was pretty good. The presentation of the foods I got that night was exceptionally delicious . The drinks were pretty good too. Highly recommend trying one of their fruity drinks. This place nearly got a 5 star, but the wait for our food was pretty long, and the drinks came after we were almost done with our food. I know this place gets pretty packed, but for it to happen when there was a low population of people was a letdown. Food and drinks overall, I would recommend. The service could be a little better.

This is honestly not my favorite spot in citycentre. It s fine but usually loud and a tad on the expensive side. You can sit outside but it definitely gets hot. Service is usually decent and I like being able to order at the terminals on your table. It s just a little more clubby than my normal scene. Came here tonight to watch the game and it went well but at the end we paid and asked for more water because there was a big game going on. I asked for water and VIOLET & EVAN are the service providers names that gave the biggest attitudes and EVAN proceeded to pour the water and spill it all over the table and slam it down. Both gave us attitude and looks as if we were not wanted. Definitely don t recommend them. I guess they wanted more of a tip or we re not happy with the percentage given.

Went for happy hour and was not disappointed. The espresso martini and the Old 43 were both excellent. Great drink prices, too. Hard to find a pint of beer in the city for $4 anywhere else. Also tried the calamari, which tasted good, but the portion was a little small. Not sure if that was a HH portion or the regular, but I would be annoyed if I paid full price for what we got. It was busy and it was loud, but not overly so. You could hear the person next to you, but you will definitely have to tell your quiet friend to speak up. I will definitely be going back

We had a group of nine of us and we were seated inside immediately. I was a bit shocked as it was a saturday at 6:30 pm. Evan waited on us, and he was friendly and extremely patient. The service was spot on all night. He anticipated what we needed and often brought it before we asked. This is coming from someone who has waited tables for years. Plus, we had 2 others at the table that are currently servers at other restaurants. You dont get this kind of service anymore.And it was very appreciated and noticed. Parking: There is a parking garage nearby where the signs say reserved. But if you are careful to read them, they are only reserved for monday through friday. So there was actually plenty of free parking.

I m genuinely offended that this even happened, a female manager sits me and my friend down and after we order she comes back to us and starts aggressively asking me where we came from and I was confused, because we literally got off work and came here. She then proceeds to tell us that my friend was stumbling in here which is hilarious because they don t even know the context of why she was pulling me which was telling me a story. The Old 43 lived up to its reputation it was absolutely delectable. We also ordered the edamame and cheesecake brûlée, neither of which were a disappointment. Had a birthday for my stepmother and we had a weird number of guest. It was a problem but the general manager Justin made sure to accommodate us in every way . Our server Khalil was also great ! Ps the Korean bar bbq ribeye was the best ribeye I had in years
