Its a total fiasco. I dont recommend it at all. That lawyers arrogance and when I was explaining the case to her, she didnt even pay attention, as if I wasnt talking to her, and I was disappointed. She just responded, Oh yeah, incredible. Theyre just going to waste their time.

LOURDES HERNANDEZ YOU ARE A LITTLE PROFESSIONAL The profession you chose is called DEFENSE LAWYER and you do not make the slightest effort to defend immigrants in court it is very easy to take the money and Cases are prepared in advance, not at the last minute, and if you dont believe in a case from the beginning, dont take peoples money, Im not just talking, I have proof... luckily, other people are going to need it

I am completely disappointed in the work they do. I called them several times, I wrote to them by mail because I need to close an asylum case that they left me pending, for which a letter is needed that they must prepare, because I need to travel and the solution they give me is that at some point USCIS will to close. How congested the system is, how many years would I have to wait?! In addition, I am at risk of having a court filed against me, which at this moment I do not have. It is certainly unnecessary for them to put me through this situation. However, I have contacted several professionals and they all tell me that I need the withdraw asylum letter, that my lawyer should have taken care of that as the good professional he should be. Its been 6 months since I obtained my residency and they dont even hesitate to send me the letter. This only happened to me for making the full payment since it is a requirement for them to give you your residency, if not they retain it for an indefinite period of time. I explained to them about the letter, that I was making all the payment because it is difficult for me to access their offices since I live far from them, and in the end when you go, the lawyer is never there, or she is busy, in short she does not assist you , she only does it if it is convenient to make a new contract, then you will not see her again, they are always the assistants who are not cooperative either. The person who suggested them to me had a case the same as mine, however, they did carry out the process until the end, including this letter to be able to close his asylum. So I dont understand? Whats wrong with me, do they want more money? Do you think its fair that I should hire another person to help me in this situation, when I paid for this entire process? They are certainly lacking in ethics and professionalism. Please, if someone can read this, maybe it will help them avoid making these mistakes, take your time, put every detail in your contract before signing and make sure everything is done before making payments in full, or you will waste your valuable time and money. I apologize to all the people I was referring so that they could take their cases, in my unfavorable experience I do not recommend your service.

The lawyers are only interested in the money, they are not interested in anything else. I hired, paid, never called me, I called them and called them and nothing, and I sent them a text and nothing. Please dont just look at the money because we pay because we need battlements. The truth is that the only thing they are interested in is collecting the 40 dollars, 1) they charge before being attended 2) They say that the appointment is at a certain time and it takes more than an hour to attend to you. 3) When you come in to be seen, the lawyer who is the one who supposedly pays for the appointment does not attend to you, someone else attends to you. 4) This person who assists him does not even ask him what his case is, what happened, how it happened, what happened, oh to give him a story about why he made the appointment, he only tells him that if he wants them to bring him the case and they just dont ask anything. When she entered, she didnt ask me anything, it was me who seemed to be interviewing her, rather what she wanted was for me to tell her if she wanted to take the case with them and that was it, I wasnt even there for two minutes because they didnt show interest, nothing more in the 40 that one pays.
