Beer is always great! Service is less than stellar. Bartenders have no clue about the beer and they are super unfriendly.

Positive vibe brewery focused on its own craft brew. Ventured in on a scorching hot August afternoon and the Ranger Pilsner hit the spot. Small beer menu with IPAs getting the most attention followed by German craft then sprinkles of other brew styles. Absolutely loved the fact they were spinning vinyl and piping it through the sound system. Decent prices and very relaxed atmosphere.

I usually love this brewery, but the bartender was very rude tonight. It surprised me as I m a bartender myself but coming back with snarky remarks every time you or a friend says something or trying to make conversation yourself met with rude stares from the female bartender tonight and annoyed diologue doesn t really feel like the goodline I once knew. Watch how ur staff interacts with the guests the male bartender was fun and lighthearted!!!

As I followed the audibles from my Google Maps assistant toward Good Line Beer Co, all I could think was, This doesn t look right. I can t imagine a brewery being in a residential neighborhood, much less one that looks like it has seen its better days. But boy was I wrong. Right there amid little mid-century cracker box houses it stood, an equally unassuming structure from which I could hear laughter and good times emanating thanks to doors and windows being thrown open to embrace the spring warmth. The old F-150 out front is a nice prop, reinforcing their quirky, laid back sensibilities. The place was packed, as it was a Friday afternoon. In university terms, that s Happy Hour times five. From the looks of my fellow beer drinkers, they appeared to be a sophisticated lot, no doubt converging on Good Line not just for brews and good times, but also scholarly colloquy. Since that is in my genetic makeup, it felt just right. My flight tray was a hoppy set of three plus a malty finisher, starting with Bitter Buffalo IPA (6.8% ABV; 70 IBU), and proceeding to Floating In Space Pale Ale (5.5% ABV; 35 IBU), Clouds Of Fog IPA (7.3% ABV; 27 IBU), and Electric Candlelight Schwarzbier (5.3% ABV; 27 IBU). They all get high marks, but my fave of these was the Bitter Buffalo, followed by the Electric Candlelight, if only because I do love me a good dark beer too. Because I was in the middle of some major brewery hopping, I had to limit myself. I grabbed a four-pack of Holy Rattlesnakes West Coast Red (6% ABV; 70 IBU) in cans to take home, which I have now consumed. That was an amazing mashup of styles! It has IPA bones, but the flesh of a pleasant red ale. I honestly can say I have never had anything quite like it. Of Lubbock s six breweries, Good Line is the clear winner, although I must also say I did not find a bad brewery in the bunch. Lubbock is fortunate to have to many great establishments brewing great beer! It s just that if you have time form only one, then Good Line is your choice.

Very chill neighborhood brewery with tasty beers and great vibe. As a hazy fan, impressed GLBC has three options Part-Time Model using NZ hops for a slightly different flavor, Clouds of Fog, nice traditional NEIPA, and Floating in Space, a hazy pale. Their Bitter Buffalo IPA has nice dark color and good heart to it. Also daily food options our Sunday tacos were killer. Spinning vinyl Sunday & Wednesday, nice patio to enjoy Lubbock evenings, and friendly patrons. Cheers to GLBC!

My fiancé and I were excited to try this new brewery. The beer was good, lots of good options. Unfortunately, the service was not good. After we had a couple of beers, we went to the bar to tab out. A bartender rudely told us we would have to wait in the back of the drink line in order to get our tab. He proceeded to argue with me until another bartender came up and gladly tabbed us out quickly. Probably about a 15 minute line. Disappointed with how ugly the guy treated us for asking for the tab at the bar. Other reviews have commented on the unfriendly service, which I experienced as well. Also, 4 beers were $30, so on the expensive side. I would have given them repeat business, but the rude service at the end of our night turned me away. Will keep going to our regular spot at The Brewery LBK!

Tried it last night. Only had time to sample the stout, but was impressed with it for sure. Malty sweet, slightly less bitter than your average stout, velvety, but not quite as heavy as many stouts. All around it was a well crafted offering that sits comfortably among great stouts, but still manages to have its own unique character to set it apart. The venue itself is pretty cool. Great location, and the patio is pretty nice, , and the staff is prompt, attentive, and friendly. My only criticism would be that for a place that had as much space available as they do, and for how busy they obviously get on a Friday night, they really should add more tables to the inside area. Pretty good little spot though altogether. I will definitely be going back to try the other brews, and would recommend to anyone who loves unique, handcrafted beers and wants something different than a typical bar setting.

Easily the best brewery in Lubbock, and probably the only one where the owners are brewing their own beers. The rest are either way too dry and off style, or way too gimmicky catering to the White Claw crowd. This place can compete with breweries in proper brew towns up north and out west

Super cute location, and the food truck that was there that night was delicious. However, I was really not a fan of the beer I tried. The Catastrophe Waitress or Berliner Weisse had a very unpleasant acidic flavor. My family jokes that leaving a beer unfinished is a sin, but we couldnt finish that beer. The drinks the rest of our party had seemed to be fine, so Im willing to give it another shot next time Im in town.

The bartenders cut me off after one beer because I was being too loud. All they had to do was ask me to keep it down. Terrible customer service, especially for a new brewery that is still trying to establish themselves within the community. This is not the way to handle it, especially with a regular customer who tips well.
