Staff has been incredibly rude; I ve been yelled at twice for reaching for my OWN order that was ON the mobile pickup tray and clearly marked with my name. I didn t receive an apology either time after they realized it was my own order. Additionally, often liquid or sticky syrup will be on the side of the cup when you pick up in the drive thur. It d be minor, but you have to specifically ask for napkins to clean the side of the cup. If there s a hole in your cup, they just put a second cup underneath so your coffee puddles in the bottom cup as you drink it over the next hour or two. You feel like just another patron in their long line of coffee to make. The customer service seems to be improving a bit better but it s still not my first choice for coffee. I ve definitely had better experiences at different coffee shops in town. Ken is amazing and needs a promotion! Without a doubt, he is always friendly and a silver lining to early mornings. Kid-friendliness: Expensive for a child s drink, but still kid-friendly.

I past in the afternoon like at 7 and there was no need for them to have attitude and then the lady had threw are straw at us and then we had gotten a coffee and then it was missing many things and we had told them and all they gave was sugar packets and it was the first day I took my parents to get q coffee and they where so mad we even left the coffee there and they didn t ask if we wanted another one all they did was throw it away and then we had ask both of the persons that where there and all the way did was look at us. I think y all might be losing many customers if you really don t change y all attitude barista because we have came there many times and never had this happend I thing we might go to dicho bros next time.

Normally we come here just to get a Birthday Cake Pop every now and then. They add new seasonal items quite often, which is great. Also check the apps for points(stars) and promotions. Normally they run out of the promotional straws and cups quite fast. Youll see students trying to study or brainstorming for a project in groups.

I bought an ice peppermint mocha and they made it in a crazy way, you could chew the chocolate pieces when it should be diluted in the coffee and the lids of the new glasses dont work because the lids open by themselves

My local Starbucks is always fast and when I left work last week for a pick me up, I had to sit in drive thru for 20 mins...but without an ounce of complaint from me they offered to give me my drink on the house for my time! 10 out of 10 recommend

I came here almost a week ago and went inside. All of the employees were kind, friendly and helpful. My frappe tasted amazing and so did my cake pops of course. The restroom was clean as well as the sitting area within. It had a relaxing vibe. Id definitely come back!

Brought my daughter to use a gift card only to find a huge line in the drive-thru. Went inside and realized I could finally use my historical knowledge and military expertise. It seemed a European ground battle had ensued and I created a phalanx with my daughter and another customer. The tactic worked, but we still had to wait 30 minutes for her drink. Not sure a Starbucks coffee drink is worth the time, effort, or money.

This was my 1st time trying Starbucks coffee. My mom decided to treat me with it. I ordered a caramel Frappuccino because in Texas were already in the 100s & I needed something cold! It was so delicious! Dietary restrictions: They have dairy free options! I was genuinely surprised!

Usually love this place and i never write reviews but the lady there working at the window this morning was EXTREMELY rude. I asked for light ice, i go to starbucks every morning. They clearly added extra there was so much in my drink. The sticker said Add ice. Which i said LIGHT ice like light light ice. I tried to explain how i wanted like light ice and she was extremely passive and rude. She didn t ask if i would like another or lighter ice or anything and closed the window. Not cool. Just was going for a coffee, or caramel macchiato, hot one. I usually go through drive-thru so I was reading the menu and I decide to go ahead and get something to eat too and I noticed Little Egg bites with them like it was bacon, egg and gruyere bites. OH FREAKIN MG, those egg bites AWESOME and fluffy. I also got a bacon, egg and gouda sandwich on sourdough brioche bread. And that was a pretty good sandwich also. I cant say nothing bad about this place it was just awesome this morning and little lady at the drive-thru window as we came up was just as friendly as can be. She even said hi to my Jason, my emotional support dog.

The service here is amazing! The barista was extremely courteous and professional. They have fresh pastries and breakfast sandwiches also. The cake pops are delicious. One issue I had when I went was that there was no hazelnut syrup, and that is pretty much my favorite thing to order. I feel like my drink was not quite full as well. But that is a minor discrepancy. I love this place.

Bit of advice, don t yell at your customers. I would literally get coffee ANYWHERE other than here. Terrible service, extremely inappropriate rude staff, and they don t tell you your drink or food item isn t in stock until you ve been waiting in lobby for 30 minutes (happened three different times to both myself and my mother). This location of Starbucks makes the drinks properly and they taste good. I never have any issues with taste or with getting an incorrect order/ingredient. The only complaint I have about this location is the drive through location. If there are more than 3 cars in the drive through line, then the line will be blocking part of the parking lot, therefore causing a traffic jam in the parking lot. Other than the drive through location, I recommend this location of Starbucks.
