As a loyalty customer since 2021, I highly recommend Dr. Hao and his team to anyone that has intention for submitting their immigration application. Dr. Hao and his team helped me got my EB-2 NIW application approved in 2021. Everyone document that included in the submissions package is well-prepared by his team. After 8 months waiting (no premium processing at that time), my case get directly approved. In 2023, I worked with Dr. Hao and his team again for my EB1-A application. At that time, my case is not very strong (low citation) for this category. However, Dr. Hao and his team carefully assessed the evidence I provided and prepared the submission package from a unique angle to show my outstanding capability. My EB1-A application got approved within 10 days after USCIS received my premium processing request. Immediately after this, I signed another contract with Dr. Hao to help me and my wife preparing I-485 because our EB1-A case relinked the priority date from my NIW case. We were then selected for an interview and Dr. Hao attended the interview with us as well. His support is very important. He corrected me some inaccurate description during the interview. What happened at the end is we got our green card two weeks ago! I really want to express our great thankfulness to Dr. Hao and his professional team for all the support so far. Dr. Hao and his team is the BEST! They are fast, and able to provide very high quality petition letter because of their great STEM background. They found lots of valuable information through database that even myself wasnt aware of, like how government used your scientific findings. Most importantly, you always can talk to Dr. Hao over the phone when you have questions. Dr. Hao really cares about his clients. He is very patient and answered me many questions even after hours. I am a last minute person and was about to be out of status. Dr. Hao guided me through and had my case submitted within 3 weeks. I originally had my service with Victoria Chens office, but Chens service was much slower. Chens attorneys had less understanding in science, which led to less quality of petition letter. I transferred my case to Dr. Hao and had my O1 and Eb1a approved through Dr. Hao!!! Really appreciate it, and grateful to Dr. Hao forever!!!

Dr.Hao and his team are awesome, professional and efficient in my EB1B case. The whole process takes only five weeks, from signing the contract to submit the case, and I don t need to worry about the drafting of letters. With such a humble qualification ( three papers with 150 citation, no PhD degree) the case had been approved quickly with premium process. To be honest you can find a better and cheaper lawyer to take care of your case with more responsibilities. They made a big mistake during the application forms preparation, although they said all the documents will be carefully reviewed by the assistant lawyer and Dr. Hao, but in fact such an obvious mistake was not discovered until after the interview day the interviewer questioned about that. Now because of that, our case was put on hold for ~3 months after the interview without any update. And they just never did anything to help for case expedite when you case is out of normal processing time even they knew it is because of the mistake they made.
