Brian was great to work with! He took us up and down the coast and all over Galveston. He was a huge help/very knowledgeable in helping us find Spanish Grant - the perfect location! We enjoyed a smooth and hassle free experience with Mr. Kuhn as our selling agent. Not only did he help us prepare our home for the Galveston Market, but we also found him very knowledgeable when researching market values. We loved the way our home was presented with professional photography. We were able to sell our home in a relatively short period of time and at a fair price. Brian is everything you want in a realtor: Listens to your needs and offers great choices based on what you want. He s a good commutator who is readily available when you need him. Brian is flexible, even keeled and knowledgeable on the nuances of the island market. He s helped me buy and sell on the west end and midtown. Finally, and very important to me, he and the team give back to the island. Any benefit event I attend I inevitably see Brian s firm as a sponsor.
