They also tried to contact me by mail and said that if I didnt respond They would not take my case I never responded because I wanted to do everything on my own. I have done all the footwork for my social security claim. I feel they are fraudulent and trying to take advantage of disabled people to try and get part of their money when approved from social security. If this is not resolved I will take legal action against them they have no right to do that to disable people they think because people are disabled theyre not gonna follow through theyre wrong

Although I am still waiting for my case to be finished, I agree wholeheartedly with what Karen said about Ms Morgan. She walked me through every step and does not hesitate to call you if you send her an email with a question. I cant imagine how heavy and difficult their work load is since the pandemic came into our lives. One of the BIG Advertised firms told me they couldnt represent me if I appealed my case after they waited until the day of my hearing to admend some of my paperwork.Their loss!! If you dont have Patience then no this will not be the firm for you. I am letting my patience have its way with me because in the end I am expecting an excellent ending. Keep up the good work CREST SSD .

I have dealt with another company prior which I was denied on 2nd appeal because I had to go back to work financial reasons (I spoke with SSA judge). But that work situation didnt last long. So now I have gone with Crest. They fill out the application which is correct most people fill it out incorrectly and get denied. So I filled out the documents SSA required me to fill out. SSA sent me documents requiring to fill out in ink. I was denied the first time. Which is normal 60-70% get 1st time denial. Now unto appeal. I will say this that the SSA judge (that denied me the first time) seemed disappointed that I was not represented by a SSDI attorney firm. So representation I feel is necessary especially if your in the appeals process.

Im very very disappointed.. Ive worked my own case.. Ive attempted so many phone calls since 2020..emails change of hands with case managers.. Nobody have taken the time to hold a conversation with me. I have a brain disorder called chiari malformation where my brain sits on my brain stem by the grace of God multiple phone calls and follow up on my OWN giving updates myself to this company it took until 2022 to get somewhere.. A positive outcome came in the in I gave a call to the office to share the news for someone to call and all they did was take their money.. And still I havent heard a voice to say Im happy the pain is over we are happy you allowed us to represent you.. Nothing.. My heart is broken.. Im still waiting for that call..

I am completely let down by these people apparently all they have done for me is file for Social Security benefits which I could ve done myself. Everything is left in my hands to deal with I called them and it literally took them five days to get a hold of me even though I am one of their clients. I have no assistance with any of the PaperWorks or dealings with Social Security everything is solely left me to deal with the only thing crest did for me was file Social Security for me I could have done that ..

Not a good employer. Failed to pay me for all hours worked due to their own neglect of not changing my time in their timesheet system, costing me nearly an entire days pay. Lied about the job & duties during the interview. I would not have accepted the position if they had been honest and told me what the duties really were.

I DO NOT recommend this company to help you with your social security! They don t return phone calls, emails or do any of the work needed to get your case approved. I DID everything as far as getting all records from my doctors, filling out paperwork for social security, I worked directly with social security because this company would do absolutely NOTHING! I had numerous calls into them which were ignored even at the end and I went through at least 4 case managers because they all quit. When my case was determined, they sure didn t have a problem taking the 25% from me for doing absolutely NOTHING!! It s funny how they only comment back to the people that actually give them a good review. Disgusting! If I could give them no stars I most definitely would!!

They did a wonderful job. Within 3 months I received my 1st check of SSD . , they do exactly what they said they would do and all you do is leave it in their hands of very talented lawyers. All you do is send the information they need from your doctor or doctors and fill out forms and they do the rest with your consent. Social security office will call to verify everything with you. Poor communication from Crest! I had an easier time dealing with the State that with Crest. All they were good at was to email that SSD need to speak to me long after I d spoken to them. Also when I was approved in my claim it took Crest 3 weeks after receiving my notice and 1st pay to notify my that it was approved. What a waste of my time with them. They got paid for always being behind the eight ball. Best of luck if you use their services.

When I was diagnosed with cancer in Dec 2020, I was devastated. When I was advised that I would no longer be able to work, my devastation turned to desperation. After seeking the advice of many people that I trusted, it was suggested that I apply for disability. In April 2021, I filled out a form I found on facebook just to see if I qualified for disability. Within an hour, an agent of Crest SSD had called me and took down all of my information, which took about 30-45 minutes. Crest contacted the Social Security Administration who in turn sent me paperwork to verify the information I had given to Crest. Unfortunately, I had an emergency hospital stay related to my cancer, and Crest called me to let me know they had requested my claim to be escalated. Fast forward to June 2021, and I have been approved for disability payments. Crest kept in contact with me to keep me updated on my case without jy having to wonder or worry about what was going on. I would recommend Crest to anyone and everyone

Got approved the first time around when filing for my claim, I got the assistance from Crest and giving them credit for being my lawyer. Cases are different and thats what everyone should know and expect from their outcome. I spent 26 years in the Active Military (Army) and had many issues upon my Retirement that made it a little easier to get approved. I stayed in touch with Crest and since it was during the Pandemic, I understood the process would be delayed due to doctor visits and at home work for the SSA, but PATIENCE was the key for me. I went to my appointments and kept Crest updated after every visit, which is definitely a key in the process. Getting approved definitely is one hurdle out of my way of life, my perception about SSD, is money I put into the system and should be able to get it whenever I want, but it dont work that way, so if you have that attitude, please change it because that wont work for you. Keep fighting if you get disapproved the first time, the government wants you to give up, and theyre hoping you probably pass away before they have to pay you. Stay at them and good luck. I use Crest SSD to apply for my disability. Social Security called me many times. I finally called CrestSSD and told them they had to handle the case thats why I hired them as my attorney. Apparently social security was not aware that I was hired an attorney (Apparently CrestSSD had not notified them). I called them about the question that I had concerning my case. 3 months later they called me back. The girl on the phone said I called them last week, I proceeded to tell her it was three months ago that I had called them. I really DONT know what Crest SSD did to help me. Since I filled out all the paperwork and did just about everything myself. Although it is probably good that I had an attorney.
