their espresso machine is always down, they never answer their phone because they re too busy . i order the same thing every time yet it comes out different half the time. most of the time when i order food it s cold or they forget to put it in my bag. i wish the soncy one wouldn t have closed down

I ordered a large vanilla latte with extra vanilla on door dash I got the drink and I can t even drink it there is no vanilla and the coffee is way too strong and bitter. I paid 14.00 for delivery and DoorDash won t help me. So in the future I will know to never order online. Before anyone says why I didn t you just go pick it up. It s because I m on palliative care and can t drive.

Our place to order online for two dozen assorted donuts and a coffees. The total before tax for the two dozen donuts with 17.98. Upon arrival the manager claimed I had only ordered one and would have to pay for another if I wanted two dozen. Im unsure if employee theft is taking place, but something clearly doesnt add up!

Overall wasn t a terrible visit. But there are some major things for me. Food was okay, not great. Coffee was good. But the cleanliness of the place was horrible. Dirty tables and the bathroom was just destroyed. Toilet paper everywhere and tiles just falling off the wall. Toilet seat about to break even more than it already was. Some basic repairs and people cleaning and would had been a better review. Parking: Parking lot is just poorly designed. You park and then have to go around the building close to drive thru to get out unless you drive the wrong way.

I ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese. Didnt give me the cream cheese and gave me the wrong bagel (plain). On top of that it was hard and just stale. They fixed my order just to give me another stale bagel with almost nothing on it. The everything bagel, was more like an almost nothing bagel! Only thing decent was the coffee. The staff were friendly but were definitely too distracted to listen to orders. Parking: Easy to park as there were no other customers.

The service of this location is professional and quick with awesome customer service. Usually theres never a line and the staff is always courteous and positive. My daughters and I usually order Iced Lattes - wether its Turtle Carmel or Butter Pecan Swirl etc. Everything there is delicious and photo worthy even. Its Dunkin Donuts any day over Starbucks! Staff is usually always very friendly and helpful. It s sad to see that there s only one of them working at all on nights, but I m glad they re at least allowed to lock their lobby an hour earlier to focus on closing. Their lobby shouldn t even be open if it s only one of them working due to safety issues, wish some more people in these comments would be more understanding of that. Seems like the girl that works there every night has to create a sign for the door since people don t read their hours saying it s drive-through only after 8pm and people harass them about it regularly. At least the stores lobby is open, the store on Soncy is constantly locked when it s not supposed to be until 8pm

They had the cutest Halloween donuts! Breakfast, donuts, and coffee were all yummy as usual. The shop is always clean (seating area, behind the counter, and bathrooms)! The staff are extremely happy regardless of the time in the morning or if things are running smoothly, and add a positive vibe for not so happy morning people like me its always a great, inexpensive, and fun outing for my family; definitely a business worth supporting and staff worth appreciating! Kid-friendliness: My boys get very wild out of excitement and want to fully participate in picking and paying. The seating area is colorful and fun with different kinds of seating options, staff are patient and kind (even while busy)

I ordered online through app which is great, and the associates are awesome. It just never fails something is off and they dont tell you they are out of something and substituted. I had the breakfast sandwich and coffee I order but instead of a jelly, Bavarian cream, glazed blueberry, and brownie batter donut, I got Im assuming two brownie batter which were like powered heart shape donuts with chocolate cream filling and a jelly filled. My husband I are from Florida and I walked in this morning at this location today (01/25/2022) Tabata was the person that greeted us. She took our orders and I couldn t not notice how good of an employee she is. She was welcoming to us and patient. My husband took an while to decide what he wanted . And when our order was done she brought it to us. I also noticed she doing that with other customers as well. This is fantastic. The associate was nice and I dont think she had much control over the situation. Other than that, this place never fails to fail! Associate never came to drive thru speaker so we waited at the window for a minute. She did show up and apologized. We go here for the baskin robbins ice cream because my kids beg. Ten minutes later they go hand me two coffees that was all creamer. I am not a rude guy. So I just drove off. I blame this on management not the worker.

I ordered an avocado toast, one glazed donut, a dozen sugar donut holes and a Bavarian cream sugar donut. I hot glazed donut holes and a sugar donut instead. There was no cream in the one. So disappointing

The guy at the window was nice but their scanner is broken so you cant pay with your app. I specifically stopped here because I had a gift card and ended up paying with a debit card. Luckily I had it on me, usually I leave it at home in the mornings for drop off. Get your scanner fixed!

Twice in the past two months I went there after 6p.m. nobody was there. Well this past time I went there around 6:30 and people were in there, cause somebody ducked and hid. I have complained to Customer service multiple times. All they do is say, We are sorry then refund my credits. Morning crew is awesome. I would give them 4 stars. Evening crew is non existant. I told customer service that I will be taking my business elseware, because of the eveninh crew.

The Amarillo, Western location is beyond trash. They either closed or out of product. It s ridiculous the crew is very unprofessional and could careless how they treat others. The location is closed but yet you have associates sitting inside on the floor in uniform with headsets on but oh they are closed. I ve gotten this more than a handful of times. For the name they carry they site do give all the others a bad name.

The store appears abandoned. I visited Monday afternoon to pick up a mobile order. The parking lot was empty and the doors were locked. There was no signage indicating the store is closed.

I am super disappointed! This Dunkin Donuts exhibited horrible customer service and appears more like a teen hangout rather than a place of business. It s Saturday evening about 6:45. They close at 9:00. My husband and I went to the drive thru and sat for about 5 minutes at the speaker. Noticing as we pulled up about 4 cars and several teens sitting inside where there has been no dine in service lately. After sitting at the speaker with no acknowledgement, we drove around to look into the window. Someone noticed us so we pulled around to the speaker again. My husband ordered our drinks. Mine was a hot coffee and his was an iced coffee. When I received my hot coffee it was completely cold. Not even warm! My husbands drink was fine. Upon looking in the window there were several young people standing around just hanging out. As we left two more teens were just hanging out at the door. I m very upset because I used to frequent this Dunkin Donuts and it seems that just these past several months it has really gone down hill.

Scanner doesn t work. Obviously drive thru speaker/headsets don t work. Can t make hot food . Staff isn t much better. Every single time going through the drive thru is a chore. At very minimum is one of our orders correct. How hard is it to get a bagel and coffee

Horrible customer service. Supposedly can never make food. Their scanner is broken so when you ask for them to manually put in the loyalty number, some are nice enough to do it, others like whos working this morning lie and say they can t. Ordered a pumpkin spice coffee this morning and there s not even a single bit of the pumpkin, and basically almost tastes black. Overall consistently a horrible experience.
