Surprisingly a good simple date idea for adults when it s not crowded. Balance beam battle, jump and dunk contest, flips, a water wheel, massage chairs. I will be bringing my nephews for some run yourself to sleep time.

I Had my son s 4th bday party here yesterday and was extremely disappointed. We ve been many times before and he loves the place so we decided to have his party here. Upon arrival, the place wasn t too full and no other parties were booked for the day so we were glad we would have some room. Our host was sweet but seemed to not know some of the questions I asked, though she tried her best to help us she had to reach out to the manager for answers on some of our questions. Everybody in the party 17 kids and 20 adults were sweating. It was warm the entire party. We complained and they said ohh ok we can lower the ac . Which didn t make much difference. We also chose to have it indoors due to having a 6 month old baby who was sweating as well. Many other issues arose as the party continued, to not having food to add on on the spot because it was ordered in from Marcos pizza , to orderly time frame for food, pizza , and dessert. I felt like I was doing way more to make sure things happened, like the ice cream and cake. On top of all this, when I complained to the manager , especially about the heat she was rude and unprofessional. Almost had a smirk the whole convo. Then after leaving , I called because I was promised coupons for each guest which was included in the $500+ price , they didn t give them to me. The front desk answered and hung up on me 5-6x. I had to uturn and head back inside with the bday boy confused in the back, as well as my other kids. The manager said the phone lines are down right now, happened 10 seconds ago. But I had been calling for 5 min straight. She was unapologetic, didn t address the front desk and just kinda seemed like well we made our money. I 100% would not recommend this place. Hope they retrain their floor manager because ppl are trust them with their children on a special day. So to smirk or be unapologetic makes me not want to spend another dollar here.

We have been to 6 other trampoline parks before this one, and this one is by far the worst. Not only was it disgusting, dirty, and smelly, but there are holes, rips, tears, and patches in the trampolines. They are scratchy and literally tearing apart! All 4 kids left the park with 3-4 burns and scratches EACH. This has never ever happened before, and weve been going to trampoline parks all over the country for 8 years. These trampolines are dangerous. We will not be back until they redo the entire facility. MAYBE they are working on some of it? The rock wall and foam pit were closed when we were there (but we received no discount on admission, of course. ) The Kids were disappointed by the closures, and 3 out of the 4 were in tears multiple times from their burns/scrapes. Weve always loved trampoline parks, but not this one. Yuck. I have never been to a trampoline park before that smells like B.O. and has gum, dirt, and debris all over the trampolines. So, so disgusting. I sincerely hope they close down to clean, remodel, and put in ALL new trampolines. I have multiple photos of the holes in the trampolines and will try to upload those.

My son had a great time here. He is young and so full of energy so I am always looking for places to keep him entertained. I liked the fact they had a toddler section for 4yrs old and under, but that was kind of pointless when there were kids in the section older than 4yrs old. It s annoying when parents ignore the posted signs of respecting the fact that area is to keep the smaller kids from getting in the way of the big kids. I did remove my son from the area because the kids were being wild and rough and one actually knocked him over doing a flip into the foam pit . Other than that, it was a reasonable price with friendly staff and a good mix of arcade games. We will be back.

this place was terribly run and the website said 12 dollars for two hours and then when we got there they said it was only for 3 and under. i took my 2 tweens and they had most of the place closed down and when we asked them to open the basketball court they said we had a leak but when i asked if they could open dodge ball they also said we had a leak but another worker came and opened it up for us. i was thinking about it and i figured out the workers just wanted to sit on their phone. when asked for we asked for a refund and they said no refunds and the young woman started getting an attitude with me.

We had our son s 8th birthday party here on a Sunday evening. It was great. Kids had a blast. We ve been to a few different trampoline parks, and while this one may not be the biggest and fanciest, it is very clean and it s not understaffed. The hostess for the party was super nice and attentive. I think her name was Ava. I highly recommend for birthday parties. There s a couple areas for the younger kids which is very nice

Came here for 3 year olds birthday party, my son is 2 there was plenty of stuff for him to do big space for him to run around just wish they had more snack and food options and I wish the restrooms were cleaner. In the restrooms one of them was completely out of order and then the other restrooms only two stalls were available and the restroom was disgusting there was tissue paper all over the floor the smell was just horrible.

My grandsons party was here almost 2 weeks ago on Sunday and we really enjoyed the chill vibe. The kids had a blast it was not over crowded. Getting in was easy especially after just experiencing a horrible time at Kids Empire off the Beltway for my granddaughters bday just the week before, I would recommend this place to anyone, the host Taylor was really sweet and made sure the party host had what they needed and the guest were all very pleased! Tonight my wife dropped my 15 year old daughter and her friend off for teen night while I was waiting in the parking lot to pick them I got a phone call from my daughter saying that they had been pulled into an office by a male security officer a male manager that was extremely unprofessional and a girl that worked there all where accusing them of not paying when they where dropped off my wife went in signed waivers for both kids and paid the girls where given stickers to prove they had paid but during the 2 hours that they had been there the stickers fell off (shocker who ever thought stickers was a good idea to keep track of rough sweaty kids at a trampoline park was an idiot) the waiver is electronic both girls where accused of not paying because a sticker fell off and they could not produce an electronic waiver that was never printed out I do not appreciate my kids being treated like criminals and being pulled into an office with 2 men one armed and a girl not much older than them and being accused of stealing something we paid for this could have easily been handled with a simple phone call to me or my wife however my kids should have never been put in the office after leaving my wife called to try to talk to the manager she was laughed at talked over and not given much of a chance to talk the workers here are extreamly rude and unprofessional go elsewhere

Fun place to take the kids for a few hours. Good deal for the two hour limit and an arcade card. Arcade gives them something to do for a minute catch their breath then go jump some more. You can earn digital tickets on a card and redeem them for typical arcade prizes. They have a variety of jump options included with paid entry.

Place was cool for the kids the waver is dumb had to go back 3 times 2 to do waivers over and a 3rd because I was over charged for my toddler even though there age is in the waiver then theu dont do refunds and gave me a game card like how crazy is that that they can just keep ypur money from there mess ups and the whole time your clock is ticking I wasted 20 minutes of my hour trying to get money back and getting food kinda seems like they try and make you buy more time or be cut trying to figure everything out ...the people were rude and not helpful didnt know where to go from the desk and was not helped most the people there seemed like they did not wanna be the receptionist was knowledgeable over the phone tho but I will be trying a different location now as my first experience was not great with the staff but was awesome for the kids

How do you go from a five star to a one star over a year? Employees truly do make or break you. I just had a horrible experience at Jumping World League City today. A few years ago, I experienced great service after having to make a last-minute change for my granddaughters 5th birthday party. Since that time, I had always known that I would return for my second granddaughters 5th birthday party. Upon arrival today to Jumping World League City I was told that I could not bring cupcakes in without purchasing a party package. I had been made aware that I would have to order pizza through Jumping World but had not been made aware that I could not bring cupcakes in from the outside despite calling ahead a few weeks prior to review my plans for the party. I spoke to the attendant Paris who was not sympathetic and the manager Carson who did not follow through with any level of good customer service. After explaining the situation to the manager, he initially said that he would see what he could do to help but disappeared to his office. Rather than disappoint my granddaughter I agreed to just pay for the party package so that we could have the cupcakes and a complete party experience. Throughout the entire party the manager never returned to finish our conversation nor did any other team member check on us. In fact, this team spent a lot of time tucked away in a back office with little to no customer interaction. I am sorry to say but Jumping World-League City did not provide a stress fee party as they state on their website. In fact we did not receive any real services of a party host to include recognition of my child s birthday. To my surprise I was presented with a $350.70 bill for a party of 9 children after we had cleaned up the party area with still no assistance of the Jumping World Employees. I believe that if you are going to charge me at this level for a party package then I should not have to fight flies from my kids plates and I definitely should have been provided the package which per your website includes: The Basic Package includes: Party set-up (colorful tablecloth, plates, napkins & 3 balloons, and forks) and clean up with a Jumping World Host dedicated to your party 2 hours access the Birthday Party Booths 1.5 hours of Jump Time and 30 minutes designated for eating A choice of bottled waters (one for each jumper) or 2 Liter drinks (2 for a 10 jumpers party, and 4 for a 20 Jumpers party.) Pizza (2 Large, 1-topping pizzas for 10 jumpers or 4 Large 1-topping pizzas for 20 Jumpers) $5 game card for each jumper Birthday Shout Out A ride in the Water Roller for the Birthday Child A gift for the birthday child At the conclusion of the party I approached Carson the manager and expressed my concerns and dissatisfaction. He responded by saying that he was told that I did not want a party host. I asked him who told him that and he could not give me a straight answer. It is night and day in the level of customer service I experienced today and a few years ago and it is sad to say but I can no longer refer your establishment as an option for parties/events as I have faithfully done for the last few years

Our party hostess Hannah made everything run really smoothly from receiving guests and passing out their coupons to wrangling all the kids together for their meal and birthday cake. Literally had the worst experience of my life after coming here for over six years with my kids finally decided to do their birthdays here and it couldn t have gone any worse the staff was extremely rude then continue to make comments about my daughter being autistic because she was overstimulated with fact that the girls that were helping us with the party we re obviously on some kind of drug they were moving way too fast and doing way too much literally didn t even let the kids finish their cakes before they were trying to take their plates away and literally trying to rush us out of there and then attempted to add their own tip amount to my card and locked up my entire debit card on a Sunday and then continue to call me a liar while I was on the phone with them never been treated so bad or seen a place that has such poorly trained employees and what s sad is we been coming here for over six years and I guarantee you we will never be coming back to this place had a party of 20 that was ruined due to the two staff members they were helping us they need to start drug testing their employees regularly also the manager still try to defend the actions of the two employees and we literally left and we re not told thank you we re not told anything we didn t even apologize for the way that the staff treated us do not go here at all . do not go here if you were expecting any kind of valuable customer service the entire staff was literally under the age of 18 not a single adult except to worked there and gave us less help than the actual kids that worked there was very disappointed with everything that happened especially the fact that the staff member kept badgering us about what was wrong with my daughter when we continue to tell her that she was autistic that s why she acts the way she does and she said well maybe y all should just leave then because kids are supposed to act like that and literally kept making the nastiest remarks about the this happened on December 3, 2023 we literally left this place and had to go have the party elsewhere you to the unbelievable actions by their staff. Not only were they extremely inappropriate they try to steal more money than what I was already tipping them and what s sad is the manager literally backed up their actions

I called the Pasadena location and was told I couldnt purchase a gift card if I was going to use the League City. I drove all the way to League City as grands live in Seabrook. Young man who helped me there told me that wasnt true. I drove 25 miles one way and could have driven 6 miles round trip. Hope my grandson has a great time.

The price for what is offered here is quite high. Paying around $16 for just one hour of playtime for a five-year-old seems excessive, especially considering the old and poorly maintained equipment available. The ball pit is empty and the foam in the Foam Pit is worn out, diminishing the experience. Additionally, the trampolines make strange noises, which can be off-putting. In order to justify the cost, this place should consider reducing their prices and investing more in maintenance. Furthermore, the snacks are unreasonably expensive, and the socks are priced at triple the market value.

Ill start with - Ive seen the owners rude responses to people who leave negative reviews, so I fully expect that. (Obviously, that is the source of the issues here- the owner doesnt care or address complaints professionally) This was our first time coming, and we wont be back. First, one of the main reasons we came was for the attractions advertised, specifically the water ball ride thing and mechanical bull ride. We were told theyre both closed due to short staffing. Interestingly enough, the staff present werent that busy as it was pretty empty, so I feel like they could have opened these attractions at least for a few minutes at some point. These rides cost additional money, so Id think they would want them to be enjoyed by their customers. I can understand why this place isnt packed, as there isnt much to do, besides jumping on the trampolines or playing overpriced games in the small arcade section. The age limits for the trampoline areas arent enforced, so if you have little kids, you have to stay with them because the older ones are running around on all trampolines. The foam pits do stink (as other reviews mentioned), and I noticed several tears on equipment throughout the place. There are also no safety measures to stop anyone from leaving with your child, like there are at other play places. Youre better off spending your money at Urban Air , which has everything this place has, plus more, and always has enough staff for everything to be up and running. This place charges by the hour, and is almost as expensive as The Play Place or Urban Air, where for almost the same price, you can play all day and have much more to do! My 6 year old got bored after an hour here. I had high hopes as this place has many 5 star reviews , but upon scrolling longer, I see far more negative reviews than positive, and the response from the owner isnt professional or friendly. I wouldnt be surprised if this location is out of business within the next year.

We normally have good experience here, my kids love to go here, staff is always nice, today there was a red head girl on the counter was really rude, my 2 year old was crying like crazy for a 5 cent lollipop, we went at the counter gave her the card to get the lollipop from the points, she saw the baby crying like crazy, nothing to do with cash transactions and she told us counter is closed seriously a 5 cent lollipop, she could have just give it to the baby.. ruined all the fun she had.

So we brought our son here for his 4th birthday which he enjoyed and it s relatively well priced at 9 dollars for one hour. However the place is gross. When I think of a children s place like this I don t think blaring drake music is appropriate for children s birthdays. I cringed when my son actually crawled in the foam pits hoping he didn t get sick but luckily he couldn t jump into the one by the basketball hoops in the back corner because there was a group of teenagers all making out in the pit. My son had fun here, mostly cause he didn t understand what was going on. We had to supervise him the entire time because they don t have a security measure, literally anyone can walk in or walk out with your child if unattended. We came here during the week and there was a big group of high schoolers who were loud and used profanity, making out in the foam pits. Staff didn t seem to care about anything. Music is ghetto. We got there late , all 3 kids had their waivers But me I had to enter all 3 manually kids had a little bit fun after the vending machine beat me outta $3 the what seems to be the adult on premises gladly gave me a bottle of water, bought a few game cards as I had 3 rascals of different ages bouncing game cards 3 bottles of water 1 hour of entertainment $80 not too shabby but I didnt have too many complaints..

Don t be fooled into buying or using grip socks. They re not required! We were told we needed to buy and use them but as time went on, we noticed most kids and adults used personal non grip socks and shoes. The playground area is not safe for little ones as they allow older kids to run around in there while throwing the pit balls with force and using profanity. The foam pit is dirty and smells like the inside of a boxing glove. Don t recommend coming here.

Want to loose you kids for an hour? Then go here. Im sure this place will eventually get sued for a kid getting trampled or lost in the sea of dirty foam or a bad person stealing a kid. Im not joking. As a responsible parent, I stayed with my kids 100% of the time. However, most kids were unsupervised. There are no security measures to keep you from snatching a child and leaving. If you decide to partake in this fun place, watch your kids. My kids had a blast and it was indeed fun. However, BEWARE, this place is probably paradise for bad people. I literally saw so many kids unsupervised and doing dangerous things. The owners need to hire more staff to watch as well. SERIOUSLY, yall are going to get sued.

I just wanna start this off by saying if your assaulted here just expect nothing to be done. We payed almost 400 dollars to have my sons 9 year old birthday party here. Everything went smoothly, pizza cake and presents were passed out. We had a good time. But eventually we made it over to the dodge ball area (which didnt have supervisors or of course cameras). A couple of older kids came in and started throwing face shots and hurting our kids. my nine year old son was in the corner in tears. So me and my wife bounced over and told this teenager who looked like he could of worked there to ease up. Then his mom comes in and gets involved being physically aggressive with my wife and I had to separate her from continuing to assault my wife. Again, this is IN FRONT OF MY 9 YEAR OLD SON ON HIS BIRTHDAY. So we did what we thought the right thing was and let management know. They called League City police, and they said the cameras in the dodge ball area Couldnt tell if she ran in there shoving my wife my kids were yelling what this lady had done. Then we are told that we had to leave the establishment and the other people had to leave the establishment when we never did anything wrong. So my sons birthday was cut short because a lady assaulted my wife. This is inexcusable management and customer service, truthfully I would like a refund. They are lucky we dont sue the establishment. Please consider this post very seriously before you place any money into their venue.

Staff does not pay attention to the play zones (dodgeball, dunk zone, swinging bar, soft pit areas), does not ensure the safety of your kids, and will not stop aggressive behavior from older kids to younger kids. Do not advise children under the ages of 13 to be unattended. Staff will not keep rules enforced to prevent injury. Dont waste money here.

Not much has change. A total of 11 machine in the arcade dont work. Even 1 of the only 2 working of bowling didnt have the ball, we lost our money. And cosidering they only give $5 for birthday and kids packages, the machines are pretty expensive. Also the stuff to get with the tickets its pretty expensive too. Trampolines are still awesome, we love them!!!

Birthday party during the week is the best thing ever. No other kids to wade through and the place was super clean. Update: Not exactly super clean anymore, but thats to be expected with age. We still love birthday parties in the middle of the week though. I do wish there was a system to check that people are leaving with the right kid. That would make me so much more comfortable being there with lots of kids on my own.

Had a great time 1 hr for $45 for 2 adults and 1 child. Unfortunately the place is next to the freeway and theres no one checking on the cars and they screwed up my hard cover of my truck to see if i had anything valuable that left me with a sour taste in my mouth because i live in the city drove out to a nice suburb area and still had some damage to my Vehicle.
