BREACH OF TRUST, DECLINE ACCOUNTABILITY AND REFUSAL TO RETURN CLIENTS DOCUMENTS. Subject to the sudden and shocking death of my adult son of 26 years old in a bike accident, while I was on my visit to him and my daughter. OJ Lawal was hired to obtain a Court letter of testamentary as required of me by my bank , the attorney was also asked to adjust my visiting visa status which would enable me adequate time to perfect my USA financial and investment records as were managed by my late son prior to his unfortunate pass. ( OJ Lawal was an unknown person who was introduced and recommended by one of his past client ) Subsequently, OJ Lawal was entrusted with all original documents related to my accounts and investments of my FDI, US economy platform. (while the attorney failed to avail me with copies of the concerned documents entrusted in his care) for the purpose of carrying out my instructions. Unfortunately, and without my consent this attorney changed my cause of instruction to him, declined me accountability of his unaccepted actions and refused to return my documents despite my repeated demands Curiously. All funds and investments in the several accounts disappeared under OJ Lawals watch and custody, and without any form of explanation from attorney OJ Lawals on this unacceptable action till today. ( The attorney took advantage of my challenges, of a grieving mother in deep state of mourning the loss of a dear senior born son of two fatherless children, raised by a widow, Mr Lawal excessively exploited my vulnerability in my period of inconsolable pain of grief ) My repeated demands for my documents and accountability were meant with lies and stiff resistance from OJ Lawal. Being foreign to the US and Texas legal system, I watched disturbingly and helplessly as this attorney engaged in Unnatural, deceptive, Unimaginable and Banditry activities foreign to the Noble Law Profession, in the course of Lawals supposedly legal representative of my course. In our recent physical call of Wednesday the 26th February 2020 to the office of Mr Lawal, in my quest to get the documents of communications and addressed to me by the respective financial institutions, which were entrusted to Mr Lawal in his role as my hired attorney. Sadly, Mr Lawal in his usual brash manner ignored my presence, with a promise to return the concerned documents through a third person mediator who had accompanied me to the Law firm of Mr Lawal. Typically of Mr Lawals past actions he reneged on his promise to return my documents to the mediator despite a follow up message of reminder. BUYERS BEWARE !
