Picked up a delivery order tonight from the Pizza Portal. Order was missing Krazy Sauce so I saw an employee talking to someone and ignoring everyone else in the lobby and I said, verbatim, excuse me sir, can I get some Krazy Sauce? and I asked him twice because he acted like he didnt hear me so I spoke up a second time and said the same thing. He then gives me this condescending look as if hes listening to me, like this fake, uh huh yeah nod and then after I repeated myself he just went right back to talking to his little boyfriend and completely ignoring me. I waited about a minute or two and then just took matters into my own hands and went to the side and grabbed one where there were many placed. Do not order from this place. If there is not a different Little Caesars near you, order pizza from somewhere else. I have never had trouble at a Little Caesars at any location throughout Texas and the South East US, until this one. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and it sounds like nothing has changed based on other reviews of this place over the last year or so. Hey Little Caesars, you need to revoke this franchise and get this owner to start hiring people who dont completely suck at customer service and actually do work instead of waste time talking to someone whos preparing food.

Always backed up on orders, manager seems to never be there, used to be a quick and good, now just cheap pizza.... So here we go again with horrible customer service, sat inside for 45 mins., ask about my order, just to be told, your order been ready you need mandatory drug test, cause your employees are either high or just that stupid.

Ordered online and pizza arrived almost 2 hours after I ordered (at 4:30 in the afternoon). When I called to ask, a very rude lady said were backed up and hung up on me. Ill try to order from a different pizza place from now on. Thanks for nothing!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS. I ordered again after months of avoiding this place. My pizza arrived uncut. The entire pizza is in one piece. I guess Ill be tearing it apart??? I cant even make this stuff up.

Every time I go here it s also a problem for them to make what I m asking for even tho I am spending my money and paying for my requests. Also of the guys that s suppose to be a manger tells me that I can t get a combo that s clearly on the screen and it s only for online orders. The staff needs to be replaced and learn to do better because as a paying customer I should get what I ask for. Now I drive to E front street location instead of this location which is 3 mins from my home. Just sad.

Its my fault for going back and giving them *another* chance. The last three visits , always during lunch , not a lunch combo to be found and a 15 minute wait. I told the guy today youre making it hard for me to be your customer. I will not go back, but I can tell you the store at Front and Beckham is clean, food is ready and the service is great.

Love ordering online and picking up in their hot and ready portal. The latest thing my family has discovered is their Pizza Puffs. They are so yummy, maybe our new comfort food. They are hot, delicious and just the best!! Little Caesars creates your order to your specifications without a long wait. All you have to do is anticipate the mouth watering pizza, walk in, plug in your portal number (sent to you when your order is ready) grab it and go! No waiting in line - grab it and go!. Its almost magic! I definitely recommend. Parking: Ample parking in the huge parking lot and plenty of Handicapped parking as well

Placed an order online 2 hours ago, I understand that they got behind. I called in to try to tell them to cancel and refund my order, but the person who answered the phone was very rude. She stated answering the phone isnt helping us catch up then hung up on me. I will still be canceling my order and I will be contacting the manager first thing in the morning. Ive been in the food industry, I understand getting in the weeds, I dont understand being extremely rude about it and not giving the customer a chance to talk. I had every intention of canceling and that being the end of it, but I wont reccomend any place that treats a customer like that.

Extremely rude male phone operator on April 10, 2023. I called at 8:23 p.m., and I was trying to set up an order. The phone operator told me they stopped taking orders at 8:15 p.m., even though they close at 9 p.m. and then he abruptly hung up on me. I have ordered before at this Ceasers, and the employees keep selling pizza until they close. Also, before me calling, I was trying to place an order online and I got a message that they are no longer accepting orders online even though it was exactly 8:15pm the time the phone operator, said they stop taking orders. Whenever there are lazy workers like this phone operator, the pizza does not taste good, but when there are good workers, the pizza is delicious. If you all want great service and delicious good quality pizza, I recommend Marcos pizza !

I ordered a Fanceroni with thin crust. I had stopped getting my pizza from Little Caesars a while back. Its always been acceptable for the price, but I started getting pizza elsewhere due to some promotions I was interested in. When I got my Fanceroni I was pleasantly surprised. They claim over 100 slices but it was probably closer to 200. There was so much meat that I had to chew a crispy thin crust pizza. The old world pepperoni had just the right spice level. Not bland like thin, standard pep. My wife hates pizza of all sorts, so she let me know that I was raving about this too much. If you like Little Caesars, try this one (its worth the money for thin crust). If you havent tried Caesars, try this one. You may not convert, but if this turns out to be one of those limited time deals, youll be happy you checked it out before they take it away. Also, staff was extremely friendly, and went out of their way to make sure my special instructions were followed (slices, not party cut). Ill be back until this is off of the menu.

My mother and I decided to get pizza while in Tyler. I drove 15 minutes to get to this location and the lady behind the counter said she can only make cheese or pepperoni pizza. Love this place. Always use it. However worth sharing (1/12/22, 6:30pm) I called this store twice. No answer. So I go there. While I m in line (only one couple in front of me) I actually hear their phone ringing and they completely ignore it. Twice. I ask them what s going on with the phone. And the young lady hectically explains oh whenever it s busy we don t answer it. And Trust me it was busy before you got here very unprofessional I thought. At least answer and ask will you please hold very unprofessional and you could tell they acted like little high schoolers that just got caught whenever I addressed it with them. (July 2022, they still refuse to answer their phones. They told me we may get a big order and slow us down I tried calling on the way home from a trip (4 times), so instead of letting me call ahead, I had to use the app at red lights. Im a teacher desperately trying to give my kids a pizza party at the end of the year. How unfortunate I couldnt give Little Ceasars my business. I tried to order online and the website would not let me place an order saying that the business was closed. It was not closed. I called the business repeatedly and they did not answer. My child s class has had parties and they are always around 11 am, these guys don t open until 11 but they are there and ready to make us 4 pizzas to be picked up right when they open. Kelsey the manager is an absolute doll and always so very helpful, her and her employees deserve a standing ovation for all they do and while they are shorthanded. Great people work here came in at 8:50pm and they had no pizzas ready instead of telling me it to late (they close at 9pm) they made one fresh and got it out in less than 5min, the taste is 6/10 but with the speed and low price it an easy 9/10 great !!!
