Retained them for green card application, other comments are correct their fees are high. However, thats not my main issue with them. The service level unfortunately does not meet the price being charged. During the submission process I had to correct several mistakes their paralegal made on the USCIS forms which lengthened the time to prepare documents for submission. Additionally, a RFE was requested by USCIS for a form that should have been submitted initially but wasnt. Again this delayed processing of the application. The lawyer working on my case left the firm, the person that replaced him was not great to work with. Would not recommend this firm if you want your case handled with meticulous care and attention.

I came for NIW process and it was very good experience Then we applied for the Greencard for me and my wife the process was good however I learned later on it was very overpriced and unnecessary redundant forms/steps were added to increase the cost I kind of blaming myself for blindly trusting them after successful NIW and I recommend you to take second opinion when getting legal advice from them on next step of any process, it might be not 100% fair.

Attorney Zhang went above and beyond for us in helping us with our green card. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He knew every single detail of the entire process and explained it to us very well. We definitely would not have gotten our green cards this soon (if not at all) and smoothly without his help. Because we werent sure whether I was still qualified as a dependent under my mothers green card application, we consulted many immigration lawyers, and Attorney Zhang was the only one who reassured us with conviction that the Child Status Protection Act (CSPA) applied in our case. Overall, Attorney Zhang was extremely patient in answering all our questions and helped us tremendously at every single step throughout the process. He always responded immediately to our inquiries even on weekends and public holidays. Most of all, he made sure that our application presented a strong case for why I qualified for the CSPA and helped me get my green card eventually (despite the fact that many other lawyers we consulted were doubtful that I was able to qualify). I am extremely happy with the results I received after hiring Mr. Dhiraj Suvarna at Gee & Zhang LLP. I had first taken my National Interest Waiver application to a different attorney who simply packaged all my achievements and submitted it with just an Index. I was shocked when I received a Notice of Intent to Deny (NOID). At this point I needed to do something different and a colleague who had a successful NIW done my Dhiraj at Gee & Zhang recommended me to at least consult with Dhiraj. I am glad I did. Dhiraj is my lawyer and he is very good at immigration process. He listens to your questions and he thinks in your shoes, he provide multi-options for you to choose and give you customized suggestions. He does well in communication and explaining the laws in plain English. What s more, he is readily available if you have any questions or concerns. I used him for my H1b case in 2015 after I received a RFE for my petition which was submitted by another law firm. He prepared the RFE carefully and my H1b turned out to be approved. Ever since, I stick with him for my employer based immigration case. My I140 was approved so smoothly that we didn t get any RFE, nor do we during the PERM process. Lawrence is good, too. I7 year ago we decided to accept a transfer from France to the USA, and this is when we started to work with Harry Gee peoples. We had to went through L and H applications, and at the end to a Green card application that we got the last of the 5 cards few days ago. During those 7 years we had to deal with all those paperwork but the people that we had to work with made everything to make it easy for us to understand , and explain each steps that we had to go through. At some point during the green card process we ran into some issues that could have jeopardized our abilities to stay I the US, but the Harry Gee peoples were always behind us to help and to do their best and everything they could to make it works. And at the end it pay off. We were a family like any ones and we did not know anything about the immigration rules and laws before we sign to come in the US. We put our life under some peoples that we did not even know, and we made the good choice. If I had to do it again I would choose them again with no doubt. if you are willing to do the same as we did, and are looking for help, you can be sure that you will be in good hands with the peoples from the Harry Gee office.

I signed up with Harry Gee to file my EB1A green-card application. Dhiraj was assigned as my immigration attorney and he did an amazing job with my application by paying close attention every detail on the application and also the evidences. He was always available to counsel and advice me in the process. I had moved my case from my companys immigration firm to Harry Gee and Dhiraj made sure that the move was worth it for me. Dhiraj not only did a great job on EB1A case but is always available to answer any other questions on immigration in general. I would totally advice anyone looking for a good immigration attorney to atleast pay Dhiraj a visit. Harry Gee might be a bit more expensive than the big law firms but based on my experience they are totally worth every penny.

I did my green card application with an attorney in my town in CT. After some delays and a few hiccups my file was transferred to Dhiraj Suvarna. I decided to persist with Harry Gee and Associates by giving Dhiraj the opportunity to work on my application. I must say his professionalism immediately stood out and my application started steam rolling ahead. Thanks to Dhiraj N. Suvarna I was able to secure my green card in quick time. Dhiraj is a personal friend which automatically made him the most trustworthy choice but his professionalism ensured that I was always kept informed about the status of my case. He was prompt and responsive throughout the two years of our attorney client relationship. I first visited the Law office of Harry Gee to get an idea of options available to me to secure a green card through the self-petitioning process. Mr. Harry Gee laid out the broad options available and Dhiraj navigated me through the various nuances for both categories - EB-2 National Interest Waiver and EB-1 Extraordinary Ability. I chose to first attempt the EB-2 National Interest Waiver option as I was advised that was the self-petition with a greater chance of success. After carefully preparing the case for a few months I had to nervously wait another 6 months for the Immigration Service to approve this petition. With this success I was curious about my chances of securing an EB1 approval as this would enable me to apply for the green card right away. I met with Dhiraj and we went over the strengths and weaknesses of my case and I decided to pursue this option even though it was a long shot. I knew the best chance I had was with Dhiraj preparing my application packet. Although the immigration service requested additional evidence (RFE) to prove my eligibility for this status. Dhiraj helped me prepare a letter further explaining my eligibility and my case was approved soon thereafter.
