Crowded! Nobody cares if you come in or go out. You don t know if you are welcome or not. Where s Starbucks value of customer relationship? I noticed that the seating area had dirt and crumbs on the seats and tables, which was quite off-putting. Additionally, the floor appeared to be in need of cleaning, as there were several scattered items and debris that had not been attended to. As a frequent customer, I believe that a clean environment is essential for a pleasant experience, particularly in a place where many people come to relax or work.

Just passed them right on up. This location is always behind no matter if they are busy or what. I normally visit Drizl coffee shop down the street they are phenomenal and always on time even since their business has picked up but they are out of a drink I wanted. This Starbucks location needs to have cooperate. Come secretly visit for like a couple days to identify the issue. I ve never been to a Starbucks and they were consistent with just a long wait.

Horrible customer service. The African American barista with the side gold teeth ALWAYS acts like she has a chip on her shoulder and never greets anyone that walks through the door. VERY RUDE! I sat back and watched her while I was waiting for my order and she was not only rude to me and other customers but acted that way to other staff! I have never been to a Starbucks with employees that act the way she did.

This Starbucks is on my way to work. I ve only been a Starbucks patron for about a year and in this year have visited many different stores. This one is the one I go to most often. I finally had to write a review because every time I go, they are out of something. This is the 3rd time they ve been out of the pistachio, several times they were out of other things (sleeves, croissants, etc). I went one time and they were out of a particular flavor so I waited a few days to stop again. Stopped again 3 days later - still out!. Must be very poor management if manager can t keep it stocked properly. There arenalways new workers which is another indicator or management issues. Wake up Starbucks Rowlett!

This place was usually good, but the last couple of times I have been in there, it smelled like cow manure. Very odd! The last time I was there, the barista was not friendly, and she was very slow. The smell is the worst problem though. I don t understand how they don t smell it. I don t know if it is from one of the regulars who sits in there for hours or what, but I was surprised to smell it the second time I had walked in. I had ordered on the app, but it will be a long time before I go back in that store again to see if it s better.

Perfect location! Plenty of seating to work, visit or just sit alone to enjoy coffee. Bought some Christmas blends today 50% off. The barista offered to grind the coffee for me. I recommend. I have been coming to this specific location since they opened. Very easy access and plenty of parking. The coffee is consistently the same quality and the turkey breakfast sandwich is my go-to if I am hungry

There was only 5 cars in front of me and I was in line for 18 minutes. It looks like it wasn t any specific car causing the problem cause they spent about 4 minutes per car getting the drink/food out. When I said I ve never waited this long in a Starbucks line she said oh , she did not give two cares. Man the service at this store is fantastic, especially Rachael she went out of here way to make my drink with love and the style of the people here are so welcoming. I don t if it s just my bad luck at just this location, but literally the last FOUR times in a row my son and I have come to this Starbucks on a Friday morning (it s our Friday tradition before school) they have lost part of our order each time!!! We order online about 15 min ahead before showing up, knowing that Fridays are always busy, show up and wait another 15-20 min until I finally go up and ask about it and each time no one has our order or is missing part of it. How does this happen?! If you re going to charge that much for coffee figure out a better system for online orders not to get lost.

Did a mobile order, asked for no ice on my sisters coffee and got plenty of ice (you can see on the side of the cup it says no ice) then had to wait over fifteen minutes with a couple cars in front of us and almost dead inside the actual building. Giving the Darwin Award to a new? Starbucks employee today. Walked in like I had done many times in recent years with my plastic cups and placed my order. When my order was ready, the barista walks over to the counter with an empty plastic cup, and a mug with my Cappuccino in it. He said this is the way he was told to serve it, place the Cappuccino in a mug. Told me they started this during COVID. Told him that meant put the plastic cup in the mug. He still had no realization that was a problem when I poured the mug into my plastic cup, provided no sorry . Asked if they could give him some training. Been to this Starbucks and others over a hundred times the last few years, never saw this done. Mind you no one wearing masks today, everyone handling the cup. If this was done to protect me and the workers at Starbucks glad I have my shots :)

Went to this Starbucks for the first time today around 7:30 am. We have been going to this Starbucks before it was at this location. Unfortunately, the past three times I have ordered here, my order has been wrong. I understand that things happen, but if baristas are unsure how to make a certain drink (Salted Caramel Cold Brew or Vanilla Iced Shaken Espresso with Salted Caramel cold foam), please ask someone. We try to avoid Starbucks, but every once it a while we step in to see if things have changed. They quality of coffee is definitely lower end. I would not send my kids in there by themselves. I used to visit here more frequently 2 years ago, did reviews & updates. This location only has 1 downside, and that is entering or exiting from Lakeview Parkway / Hwy 66. Use caution. They removed the yucca plants and shrubs at the exit for maximum visibility. There is drive-thru service here, a decent size lobby, one big laptop table, & one table for 4. There are some comfy single leather seats. The far back wall has a leather bench across with power outlets. Small tables barely big enough for a laptop and your drink. The outdoor patio seating area has shade, plenty of seats, but Starbucks removed the outdoor power ports. Im the outdoor type customer, gonna miss those power ports.

The slowest Starbucks drive thru ever. Typical Rowlett customers dont know how to order and slow the line down, massive line all day and night. The employees are in zero hurry at all, almost Prozac like sheesh I hate this place, I have better things to do with my time. And they are constantly out of everything. I go to the Starbucks in the Tom Thumb around the corner and they re never out of anything. This location is the worst!
