Update: I went to the doctor on Wednesday, July 31, 2024 and she took me off of one of my diabetes medicine. I m changing my diet and exercising regularly. A1Fit is the one for me and shout out to A1fit on keeping me accountable for my goals on losing weight and getting off of my meds. A1Fit is a family organic company. I love that they keep you accountable for what you want and your goals your fitness health whatever you re looking for and I love the one on one with everyone. I used to weigh 200 pounds now I m down to 174.5 and my goal is to get to 165 and start toning. And also here are some of my before and after pictures. Also, I like to add that they do listen to their customers and that s what I also love about this company come out and join us for your fitness goals

If you want a great workout with coaches that genuinely care about you, this is the place. Everyone there treats you like family. The coaching staff meet you at your skill level but push you to reach your full potential. I love the variety of classes offered and it s easy to find classes that fit your schedule. You will not be disappointed but be prepared to work.

A1Fit has some of the best coaches I have ever worked with. I love the variety of classes that keep me on my toes. Jessica is my personal trainer and continuously pushes me to do my best. You will leave their classes exhausted but energized! They are not just a gym but a family!

The trainers really live up to the business name Accountability First Fitness. The trainers seriously care about your progress and will hold you accountable to meet and exceed your personal goals. The team is amazing, the atmosphere is amazing, the workouts are top teir. I suffer from Thyroid issues therefore my weight fluctuates, but with proper assistance and healthy meal options it has gotten alot better. I would definitely recommend that you join A1fit and bring others along as well.

Accountability First Fitness is a great team to work with. There building is always clean and fresh. The trainers are always smiling and willing to help you in any way. Awesome facility. Awesome trainers. Awesome members. Everyone makes you feel welcome and assists in motivating you as you work towards your goals. During class, no participant is left behind and that makes you want to keep coming back. The fresh juices are delicious and are perfect for a post workout pick me up.
