Nathaniel is a truly dedicated attorney. From our first meeting he really took the time to listen to my case and explain the way the legal process works. He made sure that any questions I had were answered. Every time that my case took a turn he made sure to keep me informed. I hired Mr. Tarlow for my divorce case after encountering frustration with my previous divorce attorney who seemed detached from my case and suggested a quick settlement that made me question whether he was representing me or my former spouse! Mr. Tarlow provided a free consultation, which was far more informative than consultations with my previous attorney. He gave me a detailed overview of the legal process, identified points of vulnerability in my case, and informed me of my rights and obligations. Moreover, we discussed and frequently reassessed strategy, which I particularly appreciated. He worked well with my attention to detail and was always responsive, thorough, and professional with all involved parties. His sense of humor also helped provide a bit of comic relief during the difficult times. He was willing to work flexible hours at times (e.g. consult on a weekend) to assist in my case, and his advice and arguments are rooted in a deep knowledge of the law and sound logic. In the end, the divorce was finalized in the most fair manner possible. I would recommend Mr. Tarlows services for the aforementioned reasons, but also because, above all else, I always felt I had a strong team player in the lead.

When CPS becomes involved in your life it can be a frightening, emotional and turbulent turn of events. You will find your mind filled with many questions that seem to have no answers or clear paths to follow. You can be made to feel as if you have no rights, strong armed and your decisions are made solely on the premise that the investigator who has stepped in can steal away one of the most precious things you have in the world. Mr. Tarlow, was there to help me gain clarity of my situation and his advice and counsel helped to remove the uncertainty that abruptly turned my world upside down. He helped me to understand that parents did retain certain rights and not be pushed around by a system and department that takes too many liberties with their fear factor. He helped to alleviate the worry that had consumed me and I would recommend Mr. Tarlow to anyone who has become unnecessarily targeted by a CPS/DFHS investigator. I would recommend contacting his office immediately if you are looking for a passionate, understanding and caring attorney. Do not feel left in the dark. There arent enough positive things to say about the Tarlow Law Office. Nathaniel is a classic professional and handled our specific needs with care and compassion. Mr. Tarlow guided us every step of the way and made sure that we fully understood each step. Its extremely difficult finding people to trust these days and Nate did not disappoint. We mattered to him. Our positive result is attributable to his tireless efforts and commitment to us. His high ethical standard, honesty and experience is a winning combination. I have personally used The Tarlow Law Office awhile back. He was not only honest, but he stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. He got me the best deal possible, even when I verbally abused him, he was patient with me, and totally walked me through the whole process. The way he was with my family, is beyond words. So caring and he always answered the phone when my family was trying to contact him. He was expensive, but worth every dollar we spent, I not only gained a lawyer for the rest of my life.I also got to know a really good person. I think he went above and beyond for me personally. I would recommend him to my family and friends, if they ever had to go to a court room in Houston. Thanks Nate! Keep up the great work!
