Ive reached out to a couple of firms to get a general idea of how this process works and this firm was by far the worst. From the moment I spoke with Karl, he was dismissive without even fully understanding my circumstances. I then waited on my scheduled consultation call with the attorney. Didnt receive it. When I called back, they claimed they tried to call me with no option to leave a voicemail. Yet Ive received calls with no issues all day. My consultation was with Megan. She definitely made it seem as if I was bothering her or interrupting her day. She doesnt have an ounce of personality or basic people skills. A little empathy would go a long way in a business like this. As someone who has dreaded even considering bankruptcy, its very difficult to reach out for help and be made to feel as if youre a bother. Whether I have to file or not, I regret ever contacting this firm.

They are the very best! They helped me when I was at my lowest and was being sued for an unpaid credit card. I explained my situation and they never made me feel guilty or anything about my unfortunate situation that happened in the last 3 years. I hired another law firm because they made me feel normal about being in a lawsuit against a debt collector. Graham answers the phone and does not let you speak, he assumes you are trying to use him for free. If he paid more attention, he would understand questions and concerns that his potential clients have. If he doesn t pay attention on a phone call, imagine how compulsive he is in the courtroom. We never missed a payment and were pressing forward to pay off our debts. We were following our financial plan when disaster hit. My wife required surgery for her back and one surgery turned into four. When the surgeries didn t produce timely hoped-for results, she was forced into retirement. This law firm is lacks communication skills. You always have to contact them to see what needs to be done and the status of your case. Our emails were ignored as well as they would not return our calls. Our case was dismissed and they didn t have the decency to let us know. Nathan Graham is very egotistical and talks down on you. He expects you to know the rules of the law as he does. I would not recommend them at all. Per response: There was no advice repeatedly given months after for free because you were our lawyer at the time and you were fully paid for a case that was dismissed due to your firm s negligence. So no free advice was given.

What a smooth process. I thought my bankruptcy process would last forever. Mr. Graham explained everything in detail our first initial meeting over the phone and then again in person during signing the paperwork. He kept me informed along the whole way and it didnt take no more than one month to hear back that everything is done and the judge will be signing off on all discharges soon. Bankruptcy can be such an intimidating and daunting task. Fortunately with the guidance and support of the staff at Graham Legal the entire process went very smooth. We came with A LOT of baggage... we were late to meetings, we had to bring our newborn to meetings, we missed meetings, lost documents, forgot documents, etc and they were still willing to work with us.
