Ive lived with PTSD since 2008. I have a massive amount of medical records and bills. I have not been able to work since becoming disabled. Both in person state evaluations said I was disabled and unable to work. The state still denied me disability. Which is why I got an attorney who then lost my case. My attorney never once consulted me until after work hours the night before my hearing. I have never been able to get my attorney on the phone. I was insulted and laughed at by the secretary during one call to leave a message for my attorney to contact me. This has been a terrible experience which has lead to me becoming suicidal and needing further medical help.

I had been Ill for years and unable to get help from other firms (usually dropping the ball). Ms. Garner and her firm got my disability approved in one year. They worked really hard and worked with me to get what I deserved.

They didnt show up for my court hearing, despite and hour before hand talking to me and saying they would be ready. Insanly unprofessional, the court even tried reaching a cell phone and couldnt get ahold of any one. Thanks a lot

ABSOLUTE CROOKS. DID NOTHING TO HELP THE CASE, REFUSED TO DROP AND TOOK THEIR PERCENTAGE. THEY PREY ON THE ELDERLY AND DISABLED. WHOLE STAFF IS RUDE, CONFRONTATIONAL AND UNHELPFUL. BE AWARE. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING WITH THESE PEOPLE

Took my case, however didnt get much help, lawyer came to disability hearing and said we why didnt you see Dr XYZ? I was never told about that. He was late to hearing, and needed more time to review my case. He had never looked at it before that day. I would not recommend this firm.

I applied for Social Security for my daughter through Garner and Arnic. I cant get them to return my call. I call 4 times and leave a message. They tell me they are training new people for the front desk. I applied Nov. 2016. I called the end of Jan. 2017 to check on the status of her application and they had not submitted it yet. They said it was a mistake. It was submitted Jan 28, 2017. I do not hear anything unless I call to ask on the status, then they call Social Security to check on the status. They told me the process would take 6-9months. It has been almost a year. If things improve, I will re-post.
