If you are looking for a lawyer to be upfront and honest Eddie Gomez is the way to go. He will not sell you dream and be 100% honest with you, it will also feel lack of communication but he WILL be working in the background. If you are not a patient person you will most definitely gain patience with him representing you but never lose trust in him. He has a strategy as he stated and it works- Let it takes it course and apply no pressure until needed. I must say it was difficult for me as I am not a very patient person. He is a very calm gentleman and I on the other hand am asking a million & 20 questions, why not do this and that. It paid off in the end, one year into fighting this case. CASE DISMISSED on a Wednesday prior to trail for the following Friday! My past of 13 years was being brought up but didnt stop me or my attorney Eddie Gomez from giving up! Thank you - you saved my freedom and left my past in the past!

Attorney Eddie Gomez is a high flyer young Criminal Lawyer in Houston, TX. He detonated a false criminal allegation levied against me, which a couple of persons that included Attorneys perceived to be inescapable. The Case was dismissed at no further cost to me. My worry is that the Accuser was NOT punished, at least , for deceiving the law enforcement officers and for contempt of Court.

I found myself in a unfortunate situation. I understood that my case would potentially take up to a year to resolve with strict restrictions effecting my everyday life. In our first appearance Eddie Gomez was able to have the District Attorney take a very honest look at the facts in my case & had the Felony Charge dismissed. I was shocked. That simple comes down to the respect the court has for him. Its a simple but BIG thank you Eddie.

We run a small business and one of our clients had stopped making payments for several months. We contacted Mr. Gomez and he was able to explain all of our options as well as the risk associated with each, as the client was facing possible bankruptcy. He went to bat for us and we proceeded to sue the client. Throughout the process Mr. Gomez was constantly following up with us. At the end we were able to recuperate the majority of the amount (a lot more than what we expected) of our total due. We are very satisfied and very grateful to Mr. Gomez for his hard work and professionalism. Mr. Gomez assisted me in a criminal case. The incident was difficult but in a short period of time he got to the bottom of it, prepared the plea, filed it in court and kept on it till the decision.
