Dylan is amazing. My daughter wanted to do this but when the time came she got scared. Dylan and everyone hyped her up and made her feel like she could do it. He talked to her to make her feel safe and took it step by step for her. Im so grateful they did that for her. Yall rock!

It s fun and exhilarating, but they don t do admin very well. If they say, Come on in, no appointment needed. Go ahead a book the time anyway to avoid disappointment. If they say, It s ok if you don t have your receipt/voucher, go ahead and keep track of it and take a pic of it.

My son has started requesting experience gifts for Christmas and this was one of his very favorites gifts! Easy scheduling online, a quick safety briefing and then the kids were suited up. The instructors provided some entertainment (tricks) in the tunnel while everyone waited. A little girl was hosting her birthday party there at the same time, and all her guests were so excited to fly! We will definitely be back, we purchased the photo/video package and the instructors made sure we got great photos.

My husband and I came in because we were gifted flights from our wedding! It was such a great gift! Connor H. was our instructor and he was super fun to fly with I highly recommend adding the high fly! It was so fun and adrenaline pumping! BUYER BEWARE! During our recent trip to Texas, we decided to visit this location in The Woodlands. I purchased the 10 flights for five family members. I purchased one additional session for myself and was in limbo about my 4 year old niece because her parents were already in the wind tunnel. Needless to say, her waiver was never signed by her parents. They came out, and I went in for my flight session. I truly believe that it was oversight on my behalf. During the excitement of my flight I did not notice that I was charged for my niece even though her waiver was never signed and we were never offered an option to take an additional flight at that time and place. I figured no signed waiver, no flight, no charge, I was wrong, and I was charged. I kindly called The Woodlands location and explained the situation. At this point, I was informed that I would not be getting a refund for time not used. Anyone of us would have taken another turn if it would have been made aware that I was going to be charged any which way. The house always wins. Sadly, I had already purchased eight additional flights, which Ive begun to lose interest in using since Ive had a horrible experience. My order # 1818236.

I so wish this wasnt my review. But here we go. We came for my sons 8th birthday, check in was a bit chaotic, the initial person I checked in with was so sweet and incredibly helpful. Until we were handed off to his coworker whom right from the start I felt as if we were not welcomed. It got progressively worst, with the attitude towards the kids, man handling alot of them, and when one was having anxiety and sensory overload, instead of showing compassion and patience, it was anything but. The kids didnt get their picture, video, nor a certification for the fly. But the icing on the cake for me was when my son said it was the worst birthday. For a 8 year old to pick up such poor vibes its unfortunate. Sadly all 5 parents that came, felt the same way. Thank you for our first but last experience sadly at ifly. Edit: spoke to the manager Jenny and unfortunately there was not even a apology for the man handling of the kids, except for a we will review the video of the instructor that was unkind, except for we will revisit the issues with the staff of thanks and thank you for the feedback. Rest assured, we most Definitely will not be back. Because Jenny asked which side was bruised, here you go, the picture doesnt show how red the right side was.

I brought my son to this location to attend his friends 8th birthday party. First time experience for most of the kids that attended the party. Unfortunately, this will be our last visit thanks to the instructor. Right from the beginning he did not make any of the kids feel welcome. He did not greet the children nor the parents. One of the boys was having an anxiety problem and instead of being understanding or compassionate towards the child the instructor spoke to him in a rude tone, when the childs mom took over and decided the child wouldnt take the experience the instructor turned around and told another employee in a annoyed tone well then I guess thats it. The attitude the instructor had towards these kids definitely did not feel like this was a birthday party experience. The mom who hosted the party bought a birthday package which included a video, picture and a certificate. None of those were given out to the children. Lets just say if for any reason we decide to go back to iFly it definitely will not be this location or with that instructor.

My son had a great time here. Very friendly staff. Here are the steps I did during and before my visit at The Woodlands Tx location: 1. I went ahead and reserved a time online 2. Filled up the waver online 3. Showed up at the location on my reserved date and time 4. When you arrive they make you step on a scale to take your weight refardless of whether you look skinny or big(300 lb max to flight) 5. They give you a wrist band and send you to a waiting area 6. After around 30 minutes of waiting they take you into a room to watch a video that explains how it works and the hand signals you use when flying 7. They give your gear 8. Once you are geared up you go into you go into the tube with rest of the people flying and sit there and wait for your turn to fly

WOW - I cannot say enough nice things about our experience at this iFly location! Our group consisted of 8 family members ranging in age from 5 years to 50. Dylan was our instructor and he was INCREDIBLE! He was clearly experienced (put on a GREAT flying show after our group was done), but he was also sincere and SO GOOD with all of the children. From booking to flying, the whole process was just awesome. (And if youre looking for a bite after you fly here, I highly recommend Kokomos Mexican Cantina and Restaurant next door!).

Took my kids here recently for the first time. Check in was easy at the front desk, and the employee was extremely nice and informative. Then when it came to the flying experience, the instructor was humorous and made the experience very fun for my kids and me as a spectator. What an amazing experience!!! I went with my 13 and 14 year old and we LOVED it!! They allow children as young as 3 years of age to fly! It really is one of the best experiences we have had. Its an experience that you must try to understand. I understand a lot of people pay attention to the price which its not cheap. However, if you go during the weekdays, it is cheaper than the weekend. And also a lot of people will look at the timer of 1 minute and say thats not a lot of time but its plenty of time where you are actually experiencing it. Especially for the first time. You get two 1 minute sessions and of course if you go with someone you guys will switch in and out. But it is a great experience to have and I recommend a for anyone.

We had our sons 10th birthday at iFly today and it was a fantastic experience! Joe was so patient with our crowd; ask for him, if possible! Each flyer got 3 flights, including a high fly. My son got a little extra flight time as the birthday kid. Our experience started on time, even though we were a few minutes late arriving. They really have a great system, moving different groups throughout the space while still making you feel like youre the only ones there. You may not have the same experience if youre not part of a group but we were very pleased by how well things were run. We had a party room and it was set up for us ahead of time. I didnt actually need to use my own decor/paper products but if thats important to you, you can probably make arrangements ahead of time. The pizza provided by Jets Pizza was really good! You dont always know what to expect when youre having pizza included as part of a package but in this case, have no fear. Water and soda was also provided. Our package also included vouchers for each flyer to download a photo and video from their flights. This was a really easy process and a great memento for the kids. We highly recommend iFly and plan to return soon. My son says he wants to work for them someday so hell need lots of practice. =)

Overall great fun for my sons bday. But be aware at booking - I selected the intro 2 flight combo with a 3rd high flight add on. Was told 3 flights. We get there and the add on is NOT a flight but a supposed extended 2nd flight that takes them a little higher (not all the way to the top as i was told). Honestly i didnt see much extra time on the 2nd flight either. So disappointed in that aspect. I will be calling the booking line to express this tomorrow- Not cool.
