The VA caused my family harm and we were forced to litigate the issue. The process was very involved and took nearly 2 years to complete. But Matt Allen was with us every step of the way. He treated our case as a partnership to seek justice. His no nonsense friendly demeanor was very comforting for my family and he spoke plainly enough that we could understand the complexities of our case easily. Hopefully we never need to litigate a problem again, but if ever the need arises I will call Allen & Nunnally,LLP first. Our conversations were friendly and ultimately the resolution of the case was satisfying for all parties.

Matt Allen defended me against a lawsuit by a 100+ million dollar company to stop me from working in a field that I spent most of my career in over a 2 1/2 year period. He spent a tremendous amount of time preparing me for the case, putting together our defense, aggressively defending me in court. I have put off writing this review because I honestly don t feel as if I can put down in writing adequate and efficient enough words to truly describe my experience with Knox. This man is not only an amazing attorney that will fight to the bitter end to get you what is rightfully yours, but he s just a dang-good human! If there were more Knoxes in the world, we would most definitely not be in the shape we are in today. Knox doesn t just care about you as a client (like most attorneys do sadly), he truly, TRULY cares about you as a person! He did a phenomenal job and got me an astounding settlement for what type of case I presented with.
