Ive finally found my spot! Ive tried a good amount of salons in Leander and Cedar Park, and none have compared to the level of service and talent at TJ Nails Spa. Every staff member is so friendly and welcoming. Two separate artists have done nail art on my gel nails based on a picture Ive found online, and each time its come out perfectly! Theyre really talented and I cannot recommend them enough!

I walked in Wednesday after work without an appointment for a gel manicure and French tip pedicure. They were able to squeeze me in and I only had to wait about 15 minutes or so. Friendly environment. Linh who did my pedicure was very nice. Will be coming back!

My daughter and I have been coming to TJ Nails for nearly 2years now and are always happy with the results. Whether I request designs or simple solid colors June and Bryan do a fantastic job! I ve gotten acrylic nails from many different places and these are by far the best. They grow out beautifully, rarely do I have a broken nail and I ve never lost an entire nail, that s a testament to the amazing job they do! The pictures are just a few of the designs they ve done for me.

Horrible service. The guy here is so rude. They took acrylic nail off my daughter s nails without using acetone. Just with cutting them with nail cutter. He then removed them with just metal. Her nails are all pealed and layered. When I asked him he said that s the only way to do it. Never coming back. One less customer they will have for life.

I continue to have my nail services done by TJ Nails after almost a year! The staff are very kind and do excellent work. Kelli is my normal nail tech and she is absolutely wonderful. If Kelli is out, Bryan and Jen always takes good care of me and do a fantastic job. I leave very happy every time and my nails always look so good. They have a wide variety of gel polish options and nail polish colors. The salon is always clean as well. I look forward to coming in every two weeks! This nail set in the photo was done by Bryan, SO good!!

Always wonderful getting my nails done at TJs. Lots of family work here and they make you feel like family too. Update: I set up an appointment for 5 girlfriends a couple weeks ago. They scheduled us so we could close out their day. Everyone except one had manipedis. We had a great time, and received excellent service. Definitely recommend an appointment. Also the mimosas are very nice. Plus I threw some nail art plans last minute and they totally pulled it off. Still highly recommend and will never go elsewhere unless Im not in town.

I been trying to find a good nail salon in Leander and found TJ Nails on yelp. I saw that they accept walk ins so I decided to stop by. They were super extremely busy when I arrived, however Brian kindly let me know there will be a wait so I decided to wait.. let me tell yall.. DEFINITELY WORTH THE WAIT! I didn t catch the sweet lady who did my nails but she took so much time on my nails to make sure they were perfect! A lot of nail salons would try to rush you out but she didn t. I was the last client of the night and she still made sure to take her time! My nails are exactly what I wanted! I definitely will be coming back, of course I ll schedule an appointment next time to relieve some stress on the workers from having to try to squeeze a walk in, in between appointments. AMAZING WORK & great friendly environment! Highly recommend!

this place has always done a great job on the nails, but the past 4 times i have came in they had PLENTY of staff and only 2 customers and have always asked me to come back cause they re too busy . Nail salons are always walk-in and the fact that they keep asking me to come back for their convenience is a poor lack of customer service. My mom and i have been coming here since they opened and had such a great experience when they opened but they just keep turning us away because they aren t prepared. Therefore we will no longer return and have let others know about this problem so they don t waste their time either.

Before going abroad, I got a full set of acrylic gel nails and I was absolutely thrilled with the results. From start to finish, my experience at this salon was exceptional, and I cant praise them enough for their skill and professionalism. I was able to get a same day appointment, which was nice. I had never been here before but saw it had a bunch of good reviews. I was a little disappointed when I sat in the pedicure chair. It was dirty. No one told me about the massage feature, I had to search for the controller. Once I found it, it was greasy and dirty too. The lady that did my pedicure kept pulling at my cuticles, even when I told her it hurt. The polish turned out nice, though. My manicure was done well, and even when the lady messed it up, the manager offered to fix it and said I could come back if I messed it up later. I dont know if I would come back because the more I looked around, the more I realized the place was not clean.

I shopped around for a week before deciding where to go and due to the reviews, I chose TJ Nails. I was incredibly pleased with the quality of their service. My fingernails had been damaged by a botched job during a visit to Oklahoma and yet I left this place feeling good about the way they looked. After a full day of teaching, I was too tired to talk much, but they were incredibly kind and the massage that came with the pedicure was exactly what I needed - thorough, not rushed, & the right pressure! Just horrible. I was anticipating an enjoyable experience after reading all the other reviews. My nails looked hideous. When I went back the following day expressing my distaste they tried again. It was ultimately just too much gel and the thickness was so apparent and ugly. Very expensive mistake. The woman that did the first round would not even acknowledge I was there. The second didn t engage at all just made her attempt to fix and sent me on my way. I ve never written a bad review and thot about this for 2 weeks. I hope this was a one off but I won t be back to find out.

Deluxe Gold pkg pedicure(I think thats what its called, most $ pedicure they offer), eyebrows, nose and ear waxing, regular plain Jane manicure (clear plain top coat cut clip and buff+a nice lil hand massage), gel manicure with flower design and glitter all for $165(with cash discount)!!! I have been coming here since they opened. I have NEVER found a salon that I have been so happy with! The whole team is great, but Brian and June are amazing. Its like going to see friends... a truly enjoyable experience. Brian is as OCD as me, and my nails are perfect every time. He really takes his time to make them perfect. They have even done some crazy Jeep designs for my events... including color matching my nails to my Jeep! They were so patient as I ran out 100 times to check! Lol. June is amazing with the designs, and is probably the sweetest person on the planet. The prices are very reasonable, and they always have discounts. I cant say enough good things about this place. This salon is awesome!!! My daughter and I came in for birthday treatments this morning for the first time and we will definitely be back. Our manis/pedis were the best weve ever had! The salon was really clean and smelled nice. All of the employees were cheerful, warm and welcoming to the guests. We left feeling relaxed, happy and refreshed! There was a woman (see mandakini erras 1 star review below) who came in 45 minutes late for her appointment and sat next to us for a mani/pedi. She was very rude to the salon owner (a man) and demanded that he accommodate her treatments in an unrealistically short time frame even though she was late. She argued with him and also complained about her nail polish color at one point and the cost of her treatment. The salon owner was very nice to her and got her treatments done in the time frame she requested. The woman then proceeded to go on Google and leave the salon a 1 star review saying the owner was rude to her and the salon is too costly. Im appalled by her fictitious rendition of these series of events especially since we were sitting there witnessing it. The salon owner handled her with grace and respect during this encounter. We are proud to give a 5 star review to this establishment!!

Update: Bryan has done my manicure the last two times and two different people have done my Pedi. Today or was Lynn. I dont remember the name of the young lady who did it in Nov. These last two times have been fabulous! Bryan a addressed one small issue I was having with my terribly weak nails and my Mani in Nov lasted much better. Today, I got these! Im not big for lots of color on my nails but I wanted something festive for the holidays. When I saw another customer with this look, I knew thats what I wanted! Color 168 with Chrome on top. I am so happy I cant stop looking at my nails. They are PERFECT!! The photos dont do them justice. October 2022 I have been here four times now and Ive had a different person do my manicure each time. One time my nails were filled down to far and I had some nicks on my cuticles from the drill. The other three times went very well and my nails looked great. Ive never been to a nail salon that was perfect, so Im very happy with TJ Nails. Ill be back.

Im new to the area & was looking for a new nail salon. My girlfriend was in town so we were looking for same day services in a relaxing salon. We looked at the amazing reviews and decided to give it a try...We were not disappointed! We had manicure, dip set nails, and pedicures. I had the Diamond pedicure & it was THE BEST pedicure of my life! The massage was fantastic, several scrubs, hot stones, paraffin, and more! I was so relaxed I lost track of time. They were great. Caroline was so kind and spent so much time with me. I wish I would ve known about the massage chair feature earlier in my pedicure. Also I had a waxing and Carolyn put baby powder on my face. She had no way of knowing this, but I wanted to avoid the aluminum that is often in baby powder, and I actually inhaled a little bit of it in addition to having it on my face. However, once she realized that I was concerned about product ingredients, she asked me about subsequent waxing products. All in all, a very nice experience. I would go again.

I have been bouncing from nail salon to nail salon for 10 years and have FINALLY found a home! My nails are perfect every time, and I am very critical of my nails. I used to almost always go back to get something fixed, but never have at this salon. The staff take their time and are very attentive to detail and give you what you want. They are all so friendly too and Brian is always making sure everyone s nails are perfect. I have really dry hands and cuticles and one time Brian sent me home with some at home home cuticle treatment, just little stuff like that he does makes his shop so great! And his little daughter running around is the cutest thing I ve ever seen in my life. Wish I had pictures of my cat eye nails they did, I would recommend trying that I got so many compliments on my nails!

First time getting a gel manicure and pedicure at this salon and had a great experience. I had scheduled an appointment a week and a half in advance and did not have to wait when I arrived. I was asked if I wanted a beverage when I sat down. James did my pedicure ($37) and Lyn ($37) did my gel manicure. Both services included a quick massage. Both technicians took their time and did a great job. I had bumped my toe and messed up the polish and Lyn did not hesitate to help me fix it after my manicure was completed. The two technicians that worked on me also wore masks which made me feel more comfortable. They accept credit cards for payment and tip. 5% discount is given for cash payments.

Terrible Experience! I went into get a Dip powder service, the lady who performed the service had a very bad attitude and did not take care in doing the filing and hurt my nails. Not going back there again! Poor service , not hygienic, painful. Moreover, she kept on mocking me for telling her that it hurts. My nail beds hurt even after the service, too much buffing and filing. What a nightmare!

Disappointed. I was excited to come here to have a nail design done since thier photos and reviews were great and was told that they could NOT do it. The lady didnt even want to try. I recently just moved here from Florida and have been searching for a great nail salon. Today I walked in and was super happy with my choice, this nail salon was small and relaxing. Today was the first time that my husband and I visited TJ Nails Spa. My husband is diabetic and needs to take special care of his feet. I have a medical condition that causes tremendous pain in my legs, feet and hands. The staff is very skilled and my husband and I enjoyed our pedicures and manicures very much. They were fairly busy for a Sunday afternoon but we found that they managed the flow of customers (those who had appointments and the walk-ins) very well. The staff is also very friendly and we really appreciated interacting with them. The spa is very clean which is of course very important. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend TJ Nails.

I dont recommend this place. I was one of the first people to be waiting for the place to open,only for them to ask me if I had an appointment. I said no, as it says on the door they take walk-ins. They literally had 2 people for the swarm of people that walked in at 9:30. Seems to me that if you know youre going to have an influx of people on a Sat morning, you would accommodate accordingly (they are always busy). She asked if I could come back at 11am. Uhh, no. Thats why I got there early so I could get in and get out. Terrible planning on their part. They lost my business going forward.

This place is amazing!! I have gone twice now and the gel manicures last so much longer because of the technique they use. Plus they some how get this nice thin, consistent layer of polish on your nails that looks so great and allows you to still scratch an itch or pick up a coin. If you know you know! I walked in yesterday at 2pm. Knowing I had to pick up all the kids starting at 2:45pm I was hoping to get my HORRIBLE nails fixed (bad experience a week or so before somewhere else) anyway I told my nail artist (June) this that I needed to leave by then. After a look of shock for a min she told me not to worry and REMOVED THE OLD NAILS AND PUT A BEAUTIFUL SHORT THIN FRENCH TIP SET FOR ME. I work 70hrs a week and I have four kids so my time is so scheduled and I never have me time. She finished in 23 MINS! And they are beautiful! I m so happy with my nails and I m so happy with the service. I WILL be back. I m a true believer in great customer service and I m so glad I walked into TJ s that day. I m from out of town so I really wasn t sure where to go except this salon had 5 stars. So I had a full set and gel and a pedicure. The pedicure, given by Lyn; was the best I ve ever received! They even had a glass of wine for me. The gel manicure wasn t so pleasant. The woman acted annoyed with me when I decided on a different shape. She plopped the emery board down and said, That s what you asked for! After that she did a good job and gave me pretty fingernails.

The powder they use for my acrylic nails does not burn my nails. I have very weak and thin nails and skin and the acrylic powder most places use burns and hurts very bad. TJ Nail Spa does not use cheap bad quality powder, but really good powder and is very good for people like me with sensitivities. Their salon is very clean and does not smell like chemicals. There is a lot of care put into the products and design of this salon. And the nail techs are kind and very good! I highly recommend this salon to everyone!
