I placed an online order a few hours ahead of time. We arrive five minutes early to find that its not made, nor are they able to pull it up. We dug through our emails to find the receipt and showed it to them three different times, during which we confirmed the time and location. They handed us half the order and walked away. So, we drove back around, explained the situation again, and received the other half. We didnt realize till we got home that more than half the order was made wrong, and the add ons we paid for were missing. Seriously though.. all of this could have been avoided if theyd had a way to pull up the order themselves. Dealing with these complications gave me extreme anxiety and made our dinner cold to boot. Solid one star experience. Please get your online system functional.

While food was ok, it could have been a better tasting. After ordering it wasnt long before we received our order but fries seemed just a tad oily and all food was not hot or even warm. Service was good, waitress did offer condiments and to return should we need anything else.

We ordered a strawberry banana real fruit/just as the menu says. We get it. There s no strawberries no bananas they no longer carry them. My husband ordered a sausage, egg and cheese toaster there was no cheese. It was very dry and they also got my order wrong. The service was OK. The restroom was nasty and they completely got our order wrong. I ordered a supersonic breakfast burrito, and there was no tater tots, no jalapeños and no tomatoes.

Super slow, had to wait an hour for food. I had ordered food for two people and was asked to pull forward due to the line behind me. I didnt mind that, but then I was forgotten. After about ten minutes, I started counting the cars leaving. Twenty-three left while I was waiting. Nine from the drive through, five got their orders from the carhop, and nine more left due to excess wait just to order. It wasnt until a mini van was asked to pull forward and served that the carhop noticed I was still waiting. After five more minutes, I was brought my order, and the food had cooled. People go to fast food places, because we are short on time. I understand that cooking and frying food takes time, but if there is going to be such a large delay, please let us know when we order. This was just ridiculous.

Usually, its a good location. I literally drive past a Sonic to go to this one. However, today, I ordered 7 drinks and French toast sticks. I was handed 6 drinks and was told to have a nice day. I said I had 7 drinks and food, so she handed me the food and went to shut the window. I repeated I had 7 drinks, so she went and found the one with the receipt taped to it. One of my Dr. Peppers was a Coke, but luckily, the person it belonged to drank it anyway. Hopefully, this was a one-time problem.

I waited 30 minutes during a slow time for my mobile order that consisted of two drinks. People beside me that got there after left while I waited for my drinks. After sitting for 15 minutes I clicked the button to let them know I arrived.( i had put it in the app when I arrived). They told me it would be right out. I then waited another 15 minutes and went to the drive through. When i got to the window they said my order was not in the system. I told them my name popped up on the screen saying welcome back Kaitlin so how is that possible. They then asked for my receipt which i proved via email. Then he said oh are u the one that told us u were here i said yes. He just shut the window. When he came back to the window he handed me my drinks and said have a great day. No apology or anything.

I had to go to 3 different stalls just to get a bag of ice because none of them worked. When I told them about it they just said to go to another stall. If they know their stalls don t work they should at least put an out of order sign instead of wasting our time. This is a regular issue and they don t make any attempt to fix it. I specifically asked them not to tie the bag and they tied it in a knot anyways. When I asked them to untie it bc it breaks my nails, they refused and told me to do it myself. I refused to pay for it until they untied it so they told me just don t get it. They are rude and refuse to address any of their problems.

I went to the drive thru for lunch today craving a soft pretzel. I m having surgery on the morning and won t feel like eating for a while and wanted to treat myself. I ve had the pretzels at other locations and they are always soft and very good. I decided to just get two and make it my entire lunch. Huge mistake. Both of these were crunchy and burned. I threw them out (the food not the trash) and maybe the birds will eat it. What a waste of my money and the potential to fix a craving before a my surgery. The line took forever but I would have minded if the food was decent. This went beyond being so so it left a bad taste.

Ordered and pay at car. Said it went through. When he brought our food said that we needed to pay. We told him what happened. He took my card and our food back inside. Their WiFi went down so their credit card and ordering system was messed up. He couldnt get that card to work so I gave him another one. And again he took our food back inside. I told him our food is going to be cold as long as its been since he first brought it to the car. He said he was making sure to keep it warm. After a few min he brought the food and my card. When we opened our burgers, they were a little past being warm but not totally cold. I was hungry and had not eaten because I had to have a fasting blood workup. I was ready irritated because we Tried to order online and that wasnt working either We both had free items in our account and couldnt use. I should have insisted that I needed a new fresh hot order. I knew I was too irritated to deal with it in a nice way. I did not want to be ugly so I didnt. It was not a very good experience.

Sonic use to be so good and fresh but just like everyone else they decided to save on money and take away on quality. Last week I was here and got a terrible stale burger. Today stopped and gave them one more chance. I will throw this entire meal in the garbage then NEVER come back. Took a couple of bites then nearly threw up. So old and nasty. Tasted worse than one of those convenience store heat lamp burgers. Then charged an outrageous price. Well enjoy that money Sonic because thats all you will ever get from me.

I come to this location all the time and never have a complaint, But this time just infuriates me. I ordered two milkshakes. A chocolate one the way it comes for my boyfriend and the cake batter with NO whip cream for me. She had it rung up right and read it back correctly. I get home and it s filled with whip cream. They didn t even give me a receipt. What makes me so angry is that they put a flat lid on it as if they didn t put whip cream on it. I waited 15 minutes for something that came out half wrong. I m sure they knew they messed it up but sent it out anyways. I could have had an allergy to something in whip cream. Luckily it s not that serious and I just can t stand the taste of it.

The first two stalls I pulled up to were out of order. The third finally worked. All I wanted was the new cake batter shake and their shake machine was broken. On a previous visit the service was slow, rude and employees were unknowledgable and did not give straws and like 3 napkins for 4 meals. And the food looked like it had been made an hour before.

Decided to try one of the new bacon cheese burger nothing what it appeared to be. Bacon was not cooked hard enough and it was was not hot at all. I recieved my food within 3 to 4 minutes my server was very friendly the food was sorry could have went to McDonalds.

Dont bother ordering anything special like flavoring in your coke. Ordered a coke with lemon, they didnt give the lemon until asked again. Then just dropped it in the top. I shouldnt have to dig in my coke to squeeze the lemon myself. Im not sure what has happened with service anymore.
