Costa Homes did a home remodeling project for us. It is difficult to develop precise budgets for remodels, due to unexpected scenarios, but Costa Homes managed our expectations very well, and came in under their projected cost. They were attentive, responsive and answered all of our questions. They completed the work in the expected time, and it was of the highest quality. Each day, they left the work area in clean condition (weve had prior contractors who did not do this, and from first-hand experience, we know how important it is to live through a remodel with attention to cleaning up the site daily). We were extremely pleased with the experience and finished work product, and would recommend Costa Homes without qualification to our friends.

We have used Stefano twice for advising on housing projects. He brought fresh views to the design process when we remodeled our house in Houston. Stefano also really helped us review a building project in College Station. His expertise really helped guide our decisions because he explain why certain decisions were important to the project. He looks at each option and explains the plusses and minuses of each option. He has such a complete understanding of each project before it starts that he is able to explain why each step is important and when each step will take place. He allows you to sleep well knowing he is controlling your project.

It was a pleasure to work with Stefano Costantini and Costa Homes on our renovation. They are such a professional, knowledgeable group and were attentive to our needs. They worked within our budget and time constraints and were always available and open to questions we might have. As a custom builder, their craftsmanship with their experienced subcontractors is top quality and our renovation is beautiful! Costa homes is extremely professional and knowledgeable, on all aspects of the renovation process: architectural, historical, design and building. Stefano Costantini first helped us 18 years ago prior to closing on a 1932 home, analyzing the home from a structural standpoint. He then helped us renovate the home, sending the best contractors to redo bathrooms in the home and renovating various rooms throughout. Later during Hurricane Ike in 2008 when our home was hit , he literally climbed to the top of our 3 story roof to cover it with a tarp since no roofers were available as all lines were down in the city. He then managed our insurance claim, making sure the best people showed up to work on the house. Since then, I call him for various problems and he immediately drives over to the house to determine the best way to fix the issue. Stefano and his father are great at their job, always going the extra mile!!

Costa Custom homes built a new home for us three years ago and we couldnt be happier. The attention to detail was amazing. Stefano actually made the whole experience very pleasant. Stefano continues to stay in touch and help out on minor maintenance issues. Its unusual to find a builder that you are totally happy with at the end of the job but my wife and I are so satisfied with the entire project that we are talking to Stefano about building us a new ranch house for us in the country.

Costa Homes handled a major renovation to our kitchen and family room area a couple of years ago. We sing Stefanos praises SO OFTEN as we enjoy our new and so much more functional space. The construction process was new to us, but Stefano made it user-friendly. He and his crews kept us well apprised of the status of both construction and acquisition of materials, and were always promptly responsive to our questions and any concerns. We are now turning to Costa Custom Homes for the next project, which is a major master bathroom, closet, and laundry room renovation. In between these two renovation projects, Stefano helped us replace about 15 rotten windows throughout the house. A few had persistent leaks, and even over a span of several months, Stefano stayed engaged and attentive until things were right and airtight. We have extensive experience with Stefano Costantini and his company Costa Custom Homes, all of it exceptionally satisfying.

We had Costa Homes renovate two of our full bathrooms. They were really great and did an outstanding job. We were provided with an estimate of cost and time to complete prior to commencement of the project. The project came in on time and within budget. What was really exceptional was the quality of the workmanship, the professionalism, and the companys timeliness. The work was done each day and our renovation areas were kept clean and tidy.

Costa Custom Homes built our house for Judith and me almost 17 years ago. Stefano and his father, Mario, were fantastic to work with during the process and they gave us a home which fully met, even exceeded, our expectations. Outstanding quality and attention to detail. One of the great qualities of Stefano and Costa Homes in general is that they obviously feel a sense of ownership in the final product. Even after 17 years Stefano is very responsive to any questions we may have about any issue dealing with our house. Costa Homes is always my first and only recommendation to anyone inquiring about a homebuilder.
