On positive side, Radiant responded quickly to my inquiry for a plumbing estimate, waived the trip charge, and got me on their schedule pretty quickly. The technician that provided the estimate was friendly. Thats the primary reason for two stars, instead of one. Im writing a review, however, because their estimate was, quite frankly, outrageous. They quoted me an amount that was four times the amount that I was quoted by two other plumbing companies. They also provided very high quotes for several upgrades around my house that I dont need, and didnt ask for. All in all, Im not sure if they just didnt want to do the work or thought I was uninformed about the average cost of my repair ($500 ave. to their $2,000 quote). I ended up going with another company that did a great job, didnt try to upsell me, and quoted me the average, fair rate. I strongly recommend that you get other quotes if you decide to reach out to Radiant.

It was very upsetting and disappointing that when, I purchased a new AC unit this year in June the technician who installed it didnt not get in touch with me after repeated requests while, I was out of town. Sadly we just came home and found that he didnt do good soldering of the line and our New AC unit was not cooling The company was so great with their response and send a technician Jespar on a Saturday. He detected the issue and the company stood behind their work and covered it all. Unfortunately one technician created so much trust issue for this company. We support local and its a good local company that I would go back to because of their honest and upfront business practices.

Radient is always there for me. On a Friday in the later afternoon I got home and the AC would not run. They have installed our unit several years ago. Plumber Yuri Escalona and Apprentice Paul Warren were both professional and friendly. Id say within their designations they rate 10 out of 10 each. I am following up with something but greatly appreciate Yuris skill and timing. Despite the fact the wrong toilets were provided to Paul, though he questioned them, the fact the provider was at least an hour away, the job was done within the timeframe Yuri had specified. 9:00 a.m. through just shortly after noon. Yuri also assisted me in finding the sewer clean out in the yard - it wasnt easy to find. It was inconsistent with neighboring houses in location and style. Ive used Radiant at least since 2017 in a former house and my current home. Always jobs well done. I gripe a bit about the cost of these things these days - but thats the way things go pretty much in everything. Thanks guys! Oh, I had two toilets and two shower actuators replaced, plus a determination on my garbage disposal under warranty. Yuri moved my salt for the softener for me and put some in the softener. Little things like that do a lot, just as the big jobs well done.

I had a clogged sink drain that I could not clear. I had used Radiant Plumbing previously and I was very pleased with the service they provided. So, I scheduled a service call with them. Unnecessary high prices. Our technician and admin customer service were great but that does not warrant the ridiculously high prices. It s tough to find a fair handshake these days. We had a simple hot/cold water valve change that was easily accessible (vanity was removed). It was a 15 minute easy fix and we were billed $600. I was offered $50 off after leaving my 2 cents in a review request they sent. C mon - do better!

I was on 620 yesterday attempting to change lanes. With plenty of room I turned my signal on when a Radiant Plumbing driver accelerated in an attempt not to let me in. As I merged into other lane he continued to accelerate getting even closer and blasting his horn and flipping me off. Guess he forgot he was representing his employer and let his imperfect day take over his emotions. This is not Texas friendly, courteous or defensive driving. 2:00 620 near Hudson bend road headed toward Mansfield dam. I will never call Radiant plumbing for any reason.

The service was amazing! From the time we called in at 11:30pm and got the answering service who had access to our information and stated that they would give our information to the technician when they came in and service would be provided in the morning, to Gilberto Gomez who texted me that he was on his way at 9am. We had what we thought was a minor issue of uncapping a gas line that turned out to be a little bigger issue. Antonio was our assigned technician, and he did a great job of helping us work through the need to have a different connection due to use of propane instead of natural gas. Gilbert serviced our AC and he did a phenomenal job! He was super communicative, took lots of pictures and explained every part of the process. I never felt like I was missing anything that was going on and now I know a little more about AC units! Even when one of our existing parts gave him trouble (he had to try multiple fixes and even go out to the store to buy a special tool), he was still calm and communicative despite having to deal with that headache. 12 out of 10 customer service!

Had issues with my thermostat so I called Radiant for someone to check it out. Javier showed up promptly and was extremely friendly and explained exactly what the issue was and resolved it. Shane and Paul were terrific with customer service and efficiency at doing their job. I give them both five stars. My issue is the expense of the job for digging a 1 ft.² hole, cutting a pipe and capping it. They spent an hour here. And the expense was ridiculously high in my opinion. I like Radiant because they were here within two hours of making the appointment and of course I like the two guys that showed up. I was charged $660 for the work.

Prices I was quoted were extremely high. I asked for someone to inspect water softener. They sent someone who doesnt know anything about water softeners. The 2nd person they sent quoted over $400 to fill it with salt and check that its working. They also recommended replacing it with a new one for over $3k and its only 4 years old. Good communication, showed up on time. All quotes declined due to being too high.

Terrible experience. I was pushed to replace my whole AC unit - minimum of $5K - REPEATEDLY, even when I said no at least 3 times. He even tried to say it would add value to the house. Come on. Then I was given a quote for $1900 (after he said it would be $1200, then $1400, then finally $1900) to replace the blower. I opened the cover, took a pic of the blower model, ordered a replacement for $450 and installed it myself. The blower came with instructions on how to install and it was done within an hour. It was heavy so I asked a neighbor to hold it up while I reattached it. Glad I saved the money. The guys tried to take advantage of a single female who needed their help and was willing to pay a reasonable amount. $1000? Worth my time to pay. Nearly $2000? Scam.
