Amanda was the tech, who fingerprinted me. When I arrived the place was empty. I was immediately called inside, fingerprinted, took my photo, paid for my services and left. Came to this location after seeing negative reviews for other sister locations for fingerprinting services and thoroughly glad I did! I had an appointment at 10:00a yesterday and was promptly taken care of during my appointment time. I regret that I didnt get a chance to learn the name of the young woman that processed my file but she was patient, kind and welcoming to myself and from what I observed - all others that were there for their appointments. Great service.

Horrible experience today. This experience includes Atascocita location, over the phone, and the Kingwood location. They wasted half of my day, and half a tank of gas. It states on their website that they offer FD-258 finger print cards, so I made an appointment. Not only did they claim to not have them, they couldnt tell me which location did... Not even when I called the 800/main number. In addition, the person that works at the Kingwood location needs some customer service training. Her attitude and arrogance is out of this world. She thinks a lot of herself for someone that doesnt have answers, and Is very rude. They are also very over priced. They quoted up to 50.00 for one fingerprint card. I left there, and got them done else where within 30 mins, and the price was 20.00 for two cards.

Terrible service. I scheduled an appointment at 9 am. I was told to come 10 minutes early. I do just that and waited 50 minutes before getting the fingerprint. Then I get passed up after getting here on time before other people arrived. I ask why they said theyre following who scheduled online first. Why schedule 4 people at the same time?
