Highly disappointed!!! I placed my order by phone was told it would be ready in 20 mins . Arrive and it takes 10 mins for someone to come to the window. We were told they were short staffed cool no problem. The guy leaves and never comes back! We sit there for 30 more mins for him to come and say oh we have a $400 dollar order we are working on and waiting on your fries to be done I paid and had to wait another 20 mins and fries still not done! Asked for a refund and left! Never came and told us anything about our order. Customer service was horrible! Will never return here again!

I ordered a big dinner box & I didn t received my order right i got 2 pizzas with no meat on top just cheese & instead of breadsticks they gave me more bread with cheese only thing i got right was my pasta it was to late for me to return since i ordered it at night around the time they close. When they use outside drivers the food is always just warm and not hot. This time the driver left off an item that was purchased with points. I made 4 attempts with store to get the issue straightened out. He kept sending me to a number that was never answered. It was clear I wasn t getting my boneless chicken tenders from this person. But with a good tip, delivery charge, and high prices for pizza, I ve got to give up pizza hut when the service is not managed appropriately. You get a minimum of $50-$60 out of me at least 2 times a week.

All and all I gave this location a 5... and let me tell you why! The friendly and professional staff at the location is amazing! Now the phone operators are friendly too but need a tad bit more training due to language barriers. I think there should be a language preference button so we can go right to who we can speak to. Every time I frequent the location, it smells clean, they greet you at the door with a welcome in. It is very rare that you find that in a lot of places these days. I gave the food a 4 because sometimes it does come out a little hard for my liking on the cheesey bread sticks but I just need to remember to tell them not to cook all the way through. I will still visit this place because of the outstanding service I always receive! Parking: Plenty of space but need 1 or 2 more lights around the parking lot

Ordered a Alfredo pizza. Alfredo pasta. Wings. Got there to pick up, paid, and they handed us our food. Begin to drive off and start to check the food. They gave us a regular marinara pepperoni pizza, marinara pasta, NO wings. Go back and let them know the order is incorrect and we are missing the wings. They said oh we re out of Alfredo sauce . So instead of calling me ahead of time or letting me know before paying at the window, they decided to just create their own order and let me drive off with it without making me aware. I then asked for a refund as that is not what I wanted nor ordered. They said they can t take money out of the register or issue refunds and that I would have to come back another day to ask the manager for a refund. I just found it messed up that they didn t call me ahead of time nor let me know before paying and fully just let me drive off with the total opposite order from what I ordered.

I made an order at 4:24 PM at this location.$46.53.They accepted my payment method and withdrew the funds from my account.When the pizza was running late, I called back to check on the status of my order.And was promptly told I never Ordered from them When I made the order I gave them my name my address and card number. They proceed to tell me that there is no records of me ever purchasing an order through them at this location? It was never given a confirmation number. As I ordered over the phone and was told multiple times nothing can be done because there is no record of it on the computer. How can they run a business and not keep records of their orders? I am extremely dissatisfied as I am now out Almost $50. Do not order from this location. They do not keep track of who is accepting orders. They do not keep track of receipts. They lose orders and steal your money if I could give them 0 stars I would.

By far the best pizza place around thats been serving us for over 30+ years. Pizza hut has never let me down, my pizza is always made the way I want it and fresh. Thank you guys. Oh btw, I love their earn free stuff point program, it keeps me coming back negate if Im ever short on cash one day, I free earned points can earn me free food. I also love this location because its so clean and fancy plus you have a eating area, not many pizza hut have eating areas. So stop on by and enjoy yourself, you wont be disappointed.

Stood up front for at least 15 minutes waiting to place an order for dine in. Had to get my own menu. After I placed my order, the employee said we usually take orders at the table but today were short staffed as she walked to the back to continue with the conversation that her as well as at least 6 other employees were having. It was dry and burned and unfortunately, they have now outsourced to some call center overseas and I cant get anyone to answer at the store. Deliver part of order that was not delivered. Was told at the store they could not delivered the undelivered food in my order. Not acceptable when you have a family to feed. Gave them another try on March 30. Got a pizza with completely wrong toppings. Tried to call the store and was hung up on twice. Next time going to a different location. This location is going down hill.

This place charged me then completely lost my order! Got a text my order was out for delivery, but 40 mins after still bad nothing. My entire property is set up cameras, mind you. I called the store, had hell getting through. When I did get someone, I was transferred back and forth, left on hold. I understand you re busy but say that. Then discredit me saying your delivery driver dropped off order? When? Once again I offered to share my camera footage and they said no. I hope I i get my refund, I don t trust this store. I ordered from papa johns, was here in 20 mins!!

Went here because the one in our area Rowlett location was closed all ready. So I drove over here, the pizza was hot and was really good. The only thing that was crazy is they were out of bacon, but with all the shortages I understand. Customer service was good.
