Amanda was so amazing during my visit today. After having to resize and print a file for me, I realized I had a typo and she had to redo all her work. I had to reprint my entire order on a different type of paper and she quickly reprinted it for me at no extra charge. She also reprinted a certain file that hadn t been printed the second round. I placed an order ONLINE on Monday early afternoon and although it said it would not be ready until the evening, I got a notification within the hour or so saying that it was good to go! Then again, on Tuesday I placed an order (relatively last minute) and it said that it would not be ready until Wednesday and I got a notification that it was ready same day shortly before close. They had no idea that I needed these items relatively quickly but still they got it done both times in a short amount of time. Very grateful to the team for just getting the order done, even though they had plenty of time to take care of it, and even more grateful that everyone was so friendly! Thank you!

I used the self service printer for oversize copies The fee from Fedex was about 2Xs the normal print cost I pay at a regular print shop The print quality was good but the product is overpriced So difficult to see if this rates a 2 or a 3 star I put it as a 2 as they are a large company and could be more competitive

Wow!! I cannot say enough about Derick and Amanda. They turned around a job that estimated to be completed Monday for placed online. I called the store and spoke to Amanda and she made the accommodations to get it today. Then I accidentally sent the file with an error and Derick helped quickly to allow me to submit the new file. He called to let me know they would be adjusting the image to ensure maximum quality. Great great service by both of them! When I picked up the order Amanda greeted me smile saying yay we did it!

Came in to fax a large document. Was directed to a copy machine which faxes (pretty cool). Despite tries by myself and the Assistant Manager Derrick, he ended up taking it to an old fashioned fax machine which takes longer, but he got it to work. The big machine was working, but i think it had issues with my fax number - all good. Derrick, thank you so so very much. Location is clean and i was greeted immediately upon entering. Excellent location.

Management is clueless on how to handle issues regarding employees who promise services that are not actual provided by their store. Customer support is a joke told me to that me and management would have to figure out a solution on our own after telling them my situation. I was sent on a wild goose chase that kept leading back to calling the location. After making 5 calls 3 was to the store a 2 was to other place they suggested me call. All call lead back to the location each time management was rude and disrespectful and refusing to take ownership for a mistake made by one of their employees. Will never use this store again until issues is resolved and a apology is made. They told me that I would have to take up the issue with the place that it was actually meant to be taken too.Even though they was the last ones who had it in their possession .

We chose the FedEx Print Center to print some custom calendars that we had designed with a specific format and needed printed quickly (within 24 hours). No other local spots would allow us to quickly print *our own design*, with the only other option being to use *their* templates. FedEx came through in a major way Lizz was the manager who helped us with our issue. Long story short, our online order did not come out the way we expected it to so when we went to pick it up we were disappointed both in the print and the price. Lizz quickly hopped in to help the gentleman originally assisting us, and after a short assessment of the situation she made sure she understood what we wanted and said she d take care of it quickly. The next morning she gave us a call with a quote letting us know it was ready and assuring us that it was more of what we actually wanted. As it turns out she was right, so I wanted to give her a shout out because she made it a really good experience and we ll definitely be back to FedEx for future prints

Never have I walked into a FedEx and felt unwelcome and bothersome. Tonight I walked in 15 minutes before they closed to pick up a print order I placed the previous day. I asked the employee about 15 sheets of paper I needed to cut. He said we have a self serve cutter over there but we close in 11 minutes. (1st straw) Shortly after, the other employee walked up & asked the man helping me I m sorry but does she know that we close in 10 minutes? (2nd straw)I looked at their cutter which had no idea how to use it. When I told him that, he offered to help after he took my payment. Then asked what I needed cut. (10 sheets needed to be cut down the middle, the other 5 needed to be cut in 12 squares.) He took the 10 sheets to his machine which cut in less than 5 seconds. Told me he didn t have enough time to cut the other 5. I looked at his computer clock & they still had 8 minutes until close. He then felt the need to say I just cut these for you for free. (LAST straw) I get you re about to close but this is absolutely no way to treat your customers.

Absolutely top shelf service with a smile! The young woman working the drive up service was stellar even on a bitter cold day. I apologize to her for having to get out in the freezing cold but she did so with a huge smile on her face and gracious attitude! The world needs more people like her. Had a great experience at this location. I believe I was helped by the assistant manager and did not get her name, but she was super awesome! Writing this in hopes some fellow reptile lovers will see this. I had my new ball python shipped to this Fedex store and I was told it is the first live reptile they have had shipped here when I Picked him up. They were all super excited to find out what it was which was super comforting to me, being worried the whole time because there were no other reviews saying they have shipped reptiles here. So, if you are wanting to get a reptile shipped into Austin or Round Rock, this location is great and dont worry because they will take great care of it and were super careful with the box!

I would leave a zero star review if I could. Besides the usual delivery service coming at all hours besides when we re home, when we tried to pick up our package, the online tracker said they had delivered it already and left it on our front porch. This was wrong. When we called and spoke with an actual human being, they were able to see that it was being held at the local distribution center. When we went to pick it up, the signage said package pickup is active until 5pm, but when the phone number on the sign was called, the automated message said pickup hours ended at 3pm. We went to the guard shack anyway, and spoke with the security person, who called the facility on a phone, which was not picked up and went to voicemail. Security then radioed to try and relay our tracking number to someone in the facility. The person on the other end of the radio said to wait a minute. After about ten minutes security phoned in again, and relayed our tracking number. We waited 25 mins in a small, hot waiting area with no chairs. Only then did we receive our package.

I sent a package to Mexico, and a misunderstanding on my end my package is at custom borders in Mexico cause I didn t provide extra information they needed. I went to the store nervous, but I have to say I have some amazing people helping me out! From this store, to the customer service of 1800. They are doing everything on there end for custom borders to either get the package to its destination or return back to me. This is the first time I use fedex, and I will definitely return my service back to them! Thank you AJ (Amanda), Derrick, and John at this store!!!! For helping me out this is for sure lesson learn. What is this...PopCopy? They refused to let me collapse a vacuum to fit in a small box. They insisted it was 42 inches tall, crazy dimensions or something and said it was $22 for a bag to mail it. The little mail store by randalls did it for $12 and were far more pleasant. They mailed it out in a box the size of a computer tower. They found my experience humorous and I guess I do too. But really, this staff needs CS training at least beyond being totally unreasonable towards customers. Ill never be back and I hope a hundred people read this. I dont believe the positive reviews, the staff is not cool, or helpful whatsoever. If those reviews are owner/mgmt driven youd think time would be better spent training people or just replacing them. This store, at one time, was the go to.

This location is different than other locations. I avoid this location if I can. Various staff have given out inaccurate information. I had to go back in line for a simple envelope switch. I stopped by here to drop off a package. I had to stand there waiting as two workers seemed to ignore me until I said something to them. It was only a few minutes, but it seemed that if they didnt have a customer that they would come to me to ask if they could help. I went to return a package and they were unable to scan the QC barcode in my email. I then forwarded their own email to them and they were still unable to access and print the return label. Rather than exercising good customer service and suggesting I use one of their on-site PCs to attempt to print it, the representative told me I could go home, print the return label, return to the store and they would mail the package. My retort was that defeats the purpose of sending the original email with the option to print the return label on site. In the future I will go out of my way to avoid that location and will attempt to utilize vendors who do not rely on FedEx for returning packages.

One week ago I used this FedEx office to ship two boxes containing Christmas gifts, to the same address. There were no other customers in the store. Upon entering I noticed the clerk behind the counter was actually glaring at me. Strike one. At the time I didnt mind so much, I did enter the store 30 minutes before they closed, I didnt take it personal. I should have. At the counter, this same clerk proved to be disinterested and rude. His interaction was devoid of any reasonable professionalism, or even Holiday civility. That was strike two. Already Ive spent significant time finding and wrapping gifts for family, and wasnt going to be easily deterred by an unpleasant clerk. I went over the delivery options, and settled with a rather expensive delivery option costing $55 dollars. I was assured a delivery date within 7 days. I even selected to use a local FedEx delivery office as the delivery destination. Fast forward 7 days, my family received only 1 of 2 boxes. Wheres the second box? Oh, FedEx cant find it because the Round Rock clerk assigned both boxes the same tracking number. Thats strike three. Now, one can only hope the box miraculously turns up, as theres now no real way to troubleshoot. Save yourself the insults, poor customer service, and some money and stay away. You actually are better off with UPS or the USPS.

Got charged 9 dollars for a piece of plastic to wrap phone. Total rip off. Dont come to this place. Unfriendly people. I should have read reviews first.

the manager there is lazy and inconsiderate. my wallet got stolen there and all I asked was that she take a couple minutes to check the cameras to see who had taken it. she told me to leave my number because she was busy and would call when she had time to check. I waited three days and nothing. finally I call back and she claims she checked and described someone in the store that I explained to her wasnt me. she showed tremendous lack of care and compassion. my wallet had imposed things and money in it so you can imagine my frustration. it seemed as if she was hiding something and I even considered the fact that maybe she had found it and kept it for herself. thats the only reason I can think of to make her so nonchalant about the whole situation. I gave her an exact time and date of when I was in the store. how hard is it to look it up and tell me who took it? not that hard nor time consuming unless you were the one who took it. never going back there again and I would encourage any who does to watch their things closely while in the self-service station. their staff is not to be trusted!

Always try to sell you a box and supplies before they insure it, even though box I have is perfectly fine. Theyre shipping professionals who rip you off when they wont ship things you pack... $60 extra for a cheap box and paper.

Computers, copiers, and fax machines when you need them. Also a great place to ship packages via typically reliable FedEx service. This store has a decent location, although its easy to miss if you get distracted by the Chuck E Cheese sign next door!

They told me they could not print on front and back of a half sheet of cardstock to complete our wedding invitations. When I told them that one of their other locations had already done about 150 of these, they told me I must be mistaken because there is no way possible for their machine to print on a half-sheet. The way the salesman was talking to me was incredibly rude and demeaning. I worked for a company that used the same equipment as I saw they had, and knew exactly what it was capable of, so I tried to explain, but was rebuffed by the young employee. I told him Thank you. and went straight to the other location (on 183 and Lake Creek) which was able to print them in a matter of 1 or 2 minutes.
