This location is the worse Sonic I have ever been to. Alot of teenagers that dont care and dont know what theyre doing!!! Everything I come here something goes wrong and my order is wrong. Now sitting in line and speaker apparently isnt working. No sign and no one saying anything. Sat there for a few minutes drive around and waited in behind 1 car for 10 min!!!!

Don t be misled by the hours listed on google maps, Apple Maps, and the sonic app itself. Even though this sonic is listed as opening at 7 on weekdays, if you go at 7:40 there will be nobody working so if you place an order ahead on your app, you re out of luck.

By far this is the Worst Sonic I have ever been to. It has gone downhill. A lot of the screens are damaged trash all over the place. If you come to this location be prepared to be here 20 mins or more just for a slushy when its Not packed. The workers are lazy and slow. This location needs a new manager and staff. The food is good. Ive had some really good burgers here, but honestly its about the drinks. This last trip I just wanted a strawberry shake. The drink menu at Sonic is one for the gods. There are so many options and theyre really good too! Oh, and the technology is working too. You can pay cash, use your card, or pay with their app. You can even include your tip when you use your card. Its so easy. Parking: Plenty of parking.

First the staff did not know how to correctly complete the order. They have not been trained on how to complete a tax exempt transaction. Which every employee making monetary order transaction should have known and been trained in. So it took over 30 minutes for the lady who did not give us her name to go and call someone to ask about this and find out how to complete this transaction. She took a long time on the phone with someone then came back and completed the tax exempt transaction that she told us they did not do at first. Our order is now cold at this point she did not offer to remake or do anything for the inconvenience that she caused for her inadequacy in being trained to complete these types of transactions then forcing us to wait while she conducts training over the phone. We also had a pre order that was ordered thru the app that was not ready at the stated time it should have been then we had to wait an additional amount of time for that. The initial order was wrong, the staff was not friendly at all did not have any customer service skills whatsoever and did not render quality service. This location failed miserably and we will not be visiting this location in the future. People please pad this page up if you are in the area unless you want to experience these same problems and issues.

Worst service and food quality of any Sonic Ive ever been too. Unfortunately, because its very close to my home, Ive given this location too many chances. But Ive almost never gotten my order correctly. . theres always at least one change needed (theyve forgotten part of an order, gotten a drink or desert wrong, forgotten straws, condiments etc) EVERY TIME. The staff doesnt seem to know the menu or what items go in their meals, the service is often ridiculously slow and the food quality is low, even by greasy fast food standards.

The 3 stars are for the nice lady taking my order and the food was hot and correct , however, my drink was a little watered down and I had to ask for more sauce on my boneless wings. THE WORST Sonic to go to. We went a few weeks ago and their service was horrible and never in my life did we have to wait for our order from Sonic for almost an hour. I ordered through grub hub and my my meal was incorrect. The only thing correct was the coney. The fries were old and hard, the wiener in the coney was hard like it was either over cooked or a coney from a previous day. Ordered a route 44 limeade slush drink and got a small blueberry drink with vanilla in it. I ordered here before a few months ago and my online order got cancelled. I tried to give it another chance but the same service. I love Sonic but this location needs better customer service and better handling of the food.
