I absolutely love Pokeworks! The food is fresh and delicious! Worth every penny. Vegetarian options: Tofu is an option. The tofu is not that tasty. If you re a pescatarian you will have better tasting options.

I was in the area visiting and took a stop to eat at this place. It was so worth it! The poke bowls are delicious I will be coming again when I get the chance. The employees were incredibly helpful and nice. If anyone is looking for a place to visit in Arlington I highly recommend this place it does not disappoint! Follow-up--the owner of the store called directly, helped me understand the person work the store was on their first week on the job and arranged a full refund and offered a bowl on the house for the trouble. It was a very kind and pleasant interaction that put everything into context and resolved. We ordered again this weekend and everything went smoothly. Thanks Denis! I started a delivery order via the website, I placed the order but at some point in the process it had switched to pick up without me noticing. I drove to the store, and when I arrived the person told me my order had already been picked up for delivery. I drove back, no food had arrived. I called the store, no one picked up. To recap, I spent $40 dollars, spent 40 minutes traveling to the store and back, the store would not pick up and we have no dinner.

placed an order on the app but never received food from dasher. the order was cancelled by the dasher but the employees at the store never answered the phone to either send a new dasher or provide a refund. i called over 10 times and even had doordash support call but they didnt answer for them either. At this point, this is theft. I did not receive my order nor did I receive a refund because store employees refusing to do their jobs. Things like this also needs to be able to be addressed on the app or the website if they arent going to hire people who actual answer their phones when orders are messed up. incredibly inconvenient, incredibly unprofessional, & incredibly upsetting.

I stopped in this evening on a whim, having seen Pokeworks several times while in the area. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, offering excellent suggestions which were greatly appreciated as a first time customer. The restaurant was spotless, extremely clean, and just had a very fresh vibe. I ordered a custom Poke bowl to go and found it to be packed with flavor, high quality, and delicious. I cant wait to go back and try some other options, of which there are many available for any palate. I also found the price point to be very affordable and an amazing value for the what I got. I highly recommend Pokeworks for cost conscious, clean and healthy eating that s also delicious!

Disappointing Experience I recently visited Pokeworks in Arlington, TX, and was very disappointed with both the service and the food. Although the restaurant was quiet and clean, the experience was far from satisfactory. The staff member behind the counter, an Asian girl, did not greet us and was outright rude and disrespectful. Her attention was constantly on her phone, texting even while serving food, which is incredibly unprofessional and off-putting. We ordered two bowls, and both were extremely disappointing. The bowls consisted of 90% rice, with barely any protein or fiber. The imbalance of ingredients made the meal unsatisfactory and not worth the money. Overall, the poor service and subpar food quality make this location a big no for me. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving both customer service and the quality of their food. We couldn t eat the dinner and throw it in garbage. Would not recommend this place.

I ordered from here on DoorDash for delivery. I had a three protein bowl. It was delicious. It was missing the seaweed that I added and also there wasn t much pineapple added so I was a little disappointed there. However, the rest of the bowl was flawless. Ahi Tuni and Spicy Tuna just melted in my mouth. The salmon was the right temperature and the avocado was creamy and fresh. The pickled ginger was sliced thinly and in a generous portion. I was thoroughly delighted. I found myself wanting a little more sauce to finish off the ramen noodles so I ll definitely order a bit extra next time. The flavor was on point and I enjoyed every bite! I m going to try them again soon and see if I can get exactly what I ordered and revise my review. I recommend giving this place a try!

So I live in Georgetown and I accidentally placed an order with this location. I immediately contacted the location and let them know that I couldn t pick it up (they are 144 miles away). Laney was so sweet. She let me know that she couldn t refund the money but that she would contact her manager . Long story short, they couldn t refund since it was ordered through Uber Eats but Laney took two additional phone calls, returned my calls and called me from her personal phone to let me know that she would follow up with her manager in the mornings. She was absolutely amazing and I couldn t ask to deal with a sweeter person during such a frustrating experience. I work in customer service and I would love to have someone like her on my team.

The customer service is phenomenal, I was actually able to talk to Dennis about how I enjoy cooking Japanese food and he made some recommendations based on what I enjoy. As for the food, the fish is great, rice is fresh, and an unusual but much appreciated difference between here and other Poke places Ive gone is that your proteins and your mix-ins get the sauces put on them and mixed before getting put on your rice so you dont have the whole bowl drenched and have to swirl everything into a soggy mess. If you like Poke, I highly recommend this place!

This place is great! I just tried it for the first time. Inside is very bright and clean. Customer service on point. They were both very friendly. I got the burrito with ahi tuna and salmon. The fish was FRESH. No fishy taste at all. Only thing is the burrito was super messy. May be needed to be rolled tighter? Other than that the taste was awesome. Love Pokeworks! Used to come here all the time when I lived in Houston. I m so glad they opened a location in Arlington. There aren t that many easy, healthy options around here so this makes up for it. The owner is great, super upbeat and always smiling and seems to really enjoy giving a great experience. The staff is always very welcoming and attentive everytime. It s so refreshing. Just waiting for the Aloha drinks to come back!

my dad and i went here on our way to a concert and after dining here, its no wonder it has a 5 star rating. the fish was fresh, the options were exceptional, but the best part was the staff! i was shocked to find out this is a chain; it has a mom and pop vibe based on the service and how the workers interacted with each other and us. they were kind, attentive, speedy, and knowledgeable. the service was a breath of fresh air and wouldve been considered exceptional before the pandemic. kudos to your staff! they deserve all the praise and more

I have been here a few times and Pokeworks has not disappointed. Everytime it has been fresh, well seasoned and a nice portion. The young lady who helped me the last 2 times I have been there gave great suggestions and recommendations. I believe her name was Yanelis. Shes kind, courteous and very helpful.
