Ghost town specifically on weekends. Conroe need to catch up with other downtowns like Spring and Tomball. They have the infrastructure but I guess NIMBYs are in charge!

Wandering through the historic area was a cool experience. With lawyer offices and unique clothing stores, afternoons there are pretty calm. I stumbled upon a cozy family-owned coffee shop, a chill spot to take it easy and enjoy the vibe.

Great place to have a family day out or better if you live near by some much to see and eat great little big town. This place has everything you could want or need.come see for your self.
