Nothing recommendable, no parking, bad service at all, they dont deliver as they promise, when you grab your package after your event, they dont even answer the phone, its the time of your party and they are still accommodating, cleaning, still a horrible place, horrible food and spoiled. the cold tortillas that were served on the plate

this place is a hidden gem. Its literally next to an auto towing storage place on a small street so its a little confusing when people arrive and see the exterior, looks almost like a warehouse, BUT its gorgeous inside. I got the quince package that included basically everything, tables, chairs, linens, quince table, flowerwall or red carpet, centerpieces, table settings, DJ, uplighting system, full wall projects, bar access (1 bartender /100 guests, garnishes and mixers), servers, catering, cake, fruit table, photo & video, photobooth, limo (we actually swapped out limo for 4 additional servers so we could have a sit down dinner instead of buffet style), gift & cake tables, unlimited water, tea and lemonade, outdoor patio space, event coodrinator, courtesy officer and cleaning staff. They have smaller packages, but I wanted the least amount of stress possible. Rosy and Alexis were really good at answering all my questions and providing the best services. One of my favorite things about this venue is their event organization system. I made all the payments online, they have an online portal where I could ask any questions, review our contract, make payments, etc. Most venues I visited did not have this, they just give you a hand written paper receipt and thats it. Im a sucker for doing things online, so this was really high on my list of things I loved. Another thing I liked a lot was the full wall projectors. I personally made the design of the projection I wanted (Im OCD like that) but it gave a really nice ambiance to the entire room. Id never seen anything like this before. I always see just 1 or 2 small projectors or sometimes TVs that have the quinces name and thats it. Also, the fact that they have basically surround sound, that the DJs just hook up to was amazing. Not one of our guests had to sit in front of the large speaker DJs usually have. The DJ just hooks up to their speaker system and thats it. It actually leaves more space for the tables and whatnot. So I cant rave enough about this place. The centerpieces were beautiful. We absolutely loved it. The service Alexis provided on the day of was perfect. All the vendors we worked with through the venue were great. They don t cut any corners at all. The VIP room in the back is perfect for getting ready. Spacious bathrooms and lots of mirrors for the teens & young adults taking selfies. Overall an amazing venue.

I would like to thank Eden Events for helping me celebrate our 50th birthday party! Everything that we asked for it was and more! The staff was professional, the hall was remarkable and the restrooms we stylish! All of my guests were in in ahh and asking how did we find such a beautiful place .. I would like to give special Rosy and Alexis for always answering our phone call ,easing our worries and providing us with a beautiful night to remember.

I want to thank you guys for this memorable experience y all have given us, everything went great , cake was amazing , decoration was AMAZING, the hall the most beautiful hall ever, my sister literally felt like a princess beautiful , the bartender was GREAT I loved her ! She made everyone s drinks so fast she killed it and they tasted amazing ! Omg and the photo booth was soooo beautiful!! I absolutely loved it , I loved everything I greatly appreciate all yalls hard work because it totally paid off and we all enjoyed it ! I d totally recommend yalls salon to everyone ! We had our wedding here in 2019 and the place was beautiful but the service was a let down as we got closer to our day. Martha was lovely at first and I thought we had finalised everything but as we got closer to the big day she kept wanting to charge me for more things e.g our head count was 100 initially and we increased it to 150 but she seemed to forget the agreement for some reason. Moreover, since I was dealing with her most of the time she had said she will be there on the day but she decided to take a vacation so she was nowhere to be found other than WhatsApp which is OK had she given me a heads up before hand which I find unprofessional. So for instance the guy who was arranging the chairs in the hall was refusing to put the right number because he said he was told to only put 100 instead of 150 so communication was off which was stressful. I feel like this shouldnt have happened.

Nice hidden spot for special events. Large dance floor with enough table space to support a beautiful function. Nice dressing rooms with clean bathroom accomodations. Large waiting area for pre- mingling moments before the larger festivities. A nice place to get started on a successful event. Enjoy the journey.

My Daughters 15th birthday party was a dream, everything was very beautiful. I felt very supported by my main contact, which was Miss Jesenia. Always so kind and with a smile on his face that seemed to share with us the joy of that day. Venue was great. Presentation was very nice. DJ was entertaining and played good music. The one thing that really fell flat on its face was the food catering. Food was served cold, lack of presentation, very blunt and bland; looked like school cafeteria. It felt like an afterthought. I m going Gordon Ramsey on y all. Was there no option to choose your own caterer? Why didnt the food look like the carving in the middle of the lobby?

We held our 14th anniversary reception on a Wednesday. Jessenia and Rosy had a long day Im sure but you would never know by the way they oversaw our reception. The decorations were beautiful, the service staff were very professional. Eden Events was the right choice!

Edens Events is a cute place to do your wedding. Yessenia was a great help. She did so much for us and we are forever grateful. They were able to accommodate us in such a short time. Originally, my wedding was going to be outside but due to the weather, we had to get an indoor venue. It is a very affordable place and gorgeous place. It has lots of parking. Would recommend it to everyone.

Nice and spacious. Chandelier and drapes in the ceiling gives the venue a very elegant look. BUT the dance floor is horrible to dance on. A nice wooden floor, that has a smooth finishing is a better fit for an event venue or even a different tile that is more smooth. When dancing your feet shouldnt feel held down by the floor because of the rough finish on the tile. Until those changes happen, I wont be able to recommend the venue to any of my clients.

Great place for parties and events. Everything is new there. They have live DJ and 4 big screens (hole walls) for videos. Awesome and original furniture. Last Saturday they had an 80 s party and the hole room remembered that time, with tape cassettes, Rubik cubes, etc. They only need to make more publicity to get more people. The crew also nice and make you feel great.
