My recent visit to Dairy Queen was excellent. The food was delicious and prepared perfectly, meeting the high standards I expect from Dairy Queen. This is the worst dq in town. They never get my order right and they always give me unsweet tea when I ask for sweet then I have to get some other kind of drink because sugar can t even be added to the tea. The service is the worst and there is a male Mexican manager that s been there for years that is rude to customers and the employees that s why there s always new faces all the time. The food always tastes nasty too. Stay away from this dq!

Went through the drive-through, and it was efficient and fairly quick. Personnel were friendly. Got my food and headed down. hyway fries were good, then had my burger. That was not so pleasant. The burger patty was very thin and tough. Either the patty was bad or the bacon was. It tasted not so good, I didnt finish it, I just put it back in the bag. I was on a time restraint, or I would have taken it back. Hopefully, this is just a one-off experience and not the norm.

Excellent job the young man that took my order polite & smiling took my order and got it perfect the first time. The cook prepared it exactly how it was ordered. The young lady that handed it to me was extremely polite, smiling & provided me with condiments, a hot, fresh meal for my to go order that I came in and ordered. 07/26/23 around 6-7pm. *Update* 05/05/2023 - Food quality in this food chain has declined in the past few years. This may well be the last time I go to eat at a Dairy Queen. Got the taco salad. Smallest, worst salad Ive ever paid for, and no where near worth the $8.49 that they charged. The packet of sour cream was almost equal to the amount of all the other ingredients in the poorly shaped tortilla bowl. For a better taco salad, Ill go back to Taco Villa. Stay clear of this one. Dietary restrictions: Limited options for almost any kind of special dietary needs. Healthy food is not really on the menu.

Rude rude employees talking about their customers except for asking if we needed anything else or if they could help us in anyway because I knew we were late for our order ! Older lady at that (lead by example) and hoping shes not a manager because she was the main one. Went thru the drive thru and ordered 3 blizzards and a brownie with ice cream the lady messed up my order completely got 3 blizzards but only two of the kinds we ordered the brownie with ice cream was made into a blizzards not at all what we ordered, the lady at the window was rude as hell just handed us the blizzards not even telling us which was which, and when we went inside to get the missing blizzard found out ours wasnt the only order she messed up, the manager seemed to be okay with this worker being rude to customers and messing up orders as well. wont be back to this location first time I have had terrible service and will be the last will just go to one of the other locations in town.
