Orchestrating Memories Event Center is An Amazing venue and the Owner Mrs.Shirley made Our Wedding Dreams Come True.EVERYTHING was Beautiful starting with the opening Decor of the front doors and continuing with the Beautiful Decor entering Our Wedding Ceremony.It was ALL Thought Out Perfectly,Food was Fantastic,lighting was on point,Sound System on Point,Bar Area,AC,Parking and a Spacious Venue The Professionalism and Genuine Hospitality Was All The way 10 And With All that Said it Was Very Affordable.I would RECOMMEND using This Venue For ANY Gathering -Weddings,Baby Showers,Birthday Parties,Anniversary Party,Welcome Back or Going Away Party.LOL .ANY Kind of Gathering

I recommend this restaurant to anyone that doesnt know how to cook and they are looking for food that their mother used to make. Make sure you get there early on Sundays because if you show up after 1:30pm you will be in line... Awesome Food!!!

Tried for the first time this past Sunday. Just got veggie plate. Asked if there was cake was told only Red Velvet left. I got that. Got home and the cake had been eaten off of already with dirty fork inside. Updated comment. 6/7/23..Tried calling several times this week as the owner wants..but no one ever answers. Vegetarian options: Veggies were good

It s March 24th @ 1110. The hours on the door state they open @ 11am. The doors are locked and I see employees standing in the kitchen. No acknowledgment that we are at the door. Yes, the food is good. But I m no longer giving them a pass on basic business etiquette. This isn t the first time I ve experienced this.

I m honestly super disappointed in this place. I ve seen some reviews about good soul food and great customer service but when me and my man went, it was the complete opposite. We waited in line for over an hour, ordered two plates of oxtails with two sides a piece and paid over $65. We will not be back.

The fried fish is good, and the pieces are large.....ordered a three piece and could only eat two of them! All of the sides are seasoned well and they give you a good portion. I will be going back anytime Im in the Desoto/ Lancaster area.

Sunday Feb 19 23. Unbelievable meat loaf tastes like it was burned bottom part.They tried to cover it up with extra sauce. Amount of vegetables they give you is very small. $16 for a dinner, I tried to eat it couldnt taste the meat loaf. All I could taste was all the tomato sauce they had on top. It went in the trash can. I cant understand why would you serve food? that you wouldnt eat if you went to order food. Been going every Sunday after church, think this was it for me. Not upset hope theyre blessed with their business.

Although this place was under staff at the time I went there it was well worth the wait. I would travel 100 miles to come eat at this place the best food that Ive ever had in a long time since I left home. And It was even better than some of the home cooked food Ive had. No disrespect to my Cali family!!! Theyve got Neckbone and people its on point! 3 plates later. I was extremely but wanted more. I spent 33 and some change, and men and women, it was well worth it. I love the diversity that came through the door! We need to get her restaurant in the old T-Mobile building off of Hampton and Pleasant Run here in DeSoto Texas and I say this because its located in a location that would bring what we need on that main strip and somebody knows the owner of this property donate this property to the Bistro I-35 Southern Soul Eatery and Lounge owner! Its okay, the first time I had their porkchops, they were really good and juicy. The last two times Ive had their chops, they were not that great. The breading was so thick and the meat was so thin, it was very deceiving. The greens were so salty that my fiance and I could not eat them. Its hit or miss with this place. The mashed potatoes and oxtails are really good!

My Brother Anthony took our family to this eatery. The seating area nice atmosphere, roomy and clean. A variety of veggies and entrée. I got the smothered chicken wings, cabbage and yams. Drink Kool-Aid(red). I kept smacking it was soooooo good. My chicken wings tender and the gravy set it off. Them yams delicious and the cabbage on point. I cant forgot I had some peach cobbler. . Thank you to the ladies that served our family. Patient, kind and so polite. Parking: Plenty parking on the side and in front.

I visited this restaurant on Sunday for a birthday lunch, my food was tasty, other members of the family was not so impressed by the qualityof the food. However, they had ran out of some of their dishes by 1:30 pm and they had us and customers waiting over 15 minutes for food to be prepared and come out. In my opinion that is unacceptable when your main focus and supply is to service food as your business. You know you have a Sunday rush you should be prepared for. The time to run out of food is the end of the day. Kid-friendliness: Family can dine inside.

Guarantee you will NOT be sorry you came to Bistro 135 for your dining pleasure. Everything is well prepared not under seasoned not over seasoned. The peach cobbler is to die for! No seasoning in the greens, the cabbage and black eyed peas were bland, oxtails had light seasoning. The roasted chicken had some flavor. The service was slow, I assume the cashier was new and had the line out to the door and held up the serving line. The ladies working the line are asking what you want before you re able see what they re serving, there s no menu s or signs showing what s being served, it was just a HOT mess. I cant return

I will never go there again. Five people in front of me in line, that wasnt a problem stood there for a hour for a worker to come up and grab the tray with my meat on there and start putting some one else vegetables on there. I tried to stop her as she continued on. Then she tried to transfer the vegetables by pouring them into another tray....SMMH. Stood there for another 20 minutes after this waiting for the workers to find another person catfish order. It was enough workers for the line to continue running. I left without the food. It shouldnt take all the workers in a kitchen to look for some catfish. Costumer service there is trash

I got two oxtail plates and a chicken fried chicken plate, the oxtail are extremely expensive to get such a small serving! We each got greens which were so salty we couldnt eat them my granddaughters cabbage was salty as well. Weve been here several times before and never had over seasoning issues. But to pay so much for a plate then drive so far it should be worth it. Anyway, Ill make it my go to when I just dont feel like cooking. Last resort.

Hello Desoto Talk, I heard Bistro I-35 on BeltLine right before QikTrip was good according to reviews and being told directly, but I wanted to try for myself. The smell when you open the door is amazing. I literally took five minutes looking at the prepared entrees trying to make up my mind. Finally I got the Fish meal, not basket because the cabbage was singing my name. You get a meat and three veggies with the meal. Did i mention you get a HUGE portion of great Customer Service? My experience from walking in to leaving was exemplary! Now I am full, not stuffed with leftovers. The cake slices are BIG! I got peach cobbler for dessert, but that will have to wait a few hours. This is the perfect place to host a meet & greet because it has good options of choice.

I was not disappointed, the wait was not a bother to me, if I can add a new soul food place to my list. I got the neckbones platter, with creamy mash potatoes, pinto beans and cabbage. The food was seasoned just right, the cornbread muffin was perfect. It was not highly seasoned or too spicy, which was perfect. The Customerservice was very good, even when customers got a little hot, they maintained their composure. I will be returning. Kudos

I love Bistro I-35 so much I went 3 days in a row. The food is very good, its not very salty soul food or overly sweet but just right. The staff is amazing. Very professional, very timely, very courteous and the whole atmosphere is just a great down home place to enjoy. The catfish is phenomenal, the fried pork chops are phenomenal, all the sides are phenomenal and you can tell their made with love and care. This is my go-to and I will tell everyone about this

called to place a order and called 3 times and no answer, then on the 4th time i got a answer and they put me on hold and they never came back to the phone and just to see how long i was on hold for i stayed on the line and was on hold for about 30 min before i hung up and im upset about that because i heard the food was good. i never ended up placing a order and went else where so ill try again but for now this get a 1 star for customer service
