Attended the maritime gala dinner the first time. Very nice event , great speakers wonderful venue. However, the company that handled the food and drinks werent on top of things to make this a 5 star review. We had barely a waiter come around, they ran out of red wine as far as I was told. We paid for a table of 10 and only had 9 seat, so we had to rearrange everything ourselves. The food was not the greatest. Maybe this helps to improve it further in the future

Wonderful location for your event , very well controlled, Parking is great , management team are a wonderful , everything is neat and clean .. really wonderful elegant services .. we enjoyed all events there in addition of exhibitions and social gatherings.. I went to a graduation here, the people that work here are awful. They yell at the parents like theyre inmates, ruined the whole graduation with their non-sense. I hope something bad happens to those people. Yes I wish bad things on them.

Wonderful event center. Beautifully decor, Delicious food , great wait staff although, some didnt speak English, but understood pointed out items. Attended the VA Union who knows how to throw a party. Pristine cleanliness. And Dru Hill performed. Didnt get the name of the Comedian/MC but he was fantastic. Gr8 time had by all.

The Small Business Expo 2023 in October was a breeze to walked through. The room was not overly packed and individuals seem to enjoy working their way through the place. Note: I often wonder if there are enough bathrooms, but I have to recall the front bathroom space is large versus the hallway restroom. There is plenty of PARKING although I did not personally use parking. The rooms seem spacious for what is intended.

Good parking, but access from the north is blocked due to construction. Good food considering theyre serving 750 people at a time. Clean, well maintained, well supplied (towels, soap, etc.) {Update August 2022} The food may even be better. We had steak yesterday, it was better than the last couple of steakhouses Ive been to. Still clean and well maintained. If youre doing dinner for your 500 closest friends, it would be hard to improve on this. <Update August 2023> food not so good this year. Salmon was seriously overcooked, the potatoes were overcooked. The road construction is done, but the roads in this area are not well maintained. Also, the a/c was not up to the job, the HVAC repair guy was there the whole evening trying to get the temperature down. Then the WiFi dropped out for several minutes while we were trying to do registration.
