Our family loves Target! The ease of shopping for the items we need and friendliness of the staff is what keeps us coming back here compared to other stores. The store is usually always clean, sometimes the bathrooms need attention but it s usually mostly during the busiest hours.

We placed a pick up order last night. It was ready for pick-up when I got up this morning. Drove to Target in Longview. We drove in parking space and checked in. Within minutes the employee brought out several orders (instead of one at a time). It was so simple and efficient. We would recommend this to anyone. Great service Target!!!

Did an online order on the Mar. 29th and the email confirmation said I could pickup order within two hours in store. Called today which is the 31st was told order couldn t be found. Associate wanted to go back and forward with me about my purchase date. Basically calling me a liar, as I m looking at the confirmed email as we spoke. Policy is they hold item(s) for three days, but that s not true. Manager ( if I was really speaking to one ) made up an excuse about online and email wasn t really true. They basically sold my item to another customer when it was already purchased.

I waited a few minutes for the pharmacy to open (hours not posted online) and then waited another 15 minutes for the two people in front of me to be given their prescriptions, just to wait another 5 minutes and them not even able to fill my prescription. I was told to come back later. Whoever decided to put a first day employee in charge of opening the pharmacy needs to be fired. Normally they are quick and actually get you your prescription.

What happened to Target? I had to do a mental double take to make sure I was in Target and not in a different big box store who has a blue logo and touts rollback prices! This Target was literally filthy. I m talking dust so thick on some shelves people had literally written names and drew pictures in the dust!! The lack of employees was noticeable. I couldn t locate an item and after wandering like Moses in the dessert trying to find someone to assist me I gave up. I almost left my cart with the few items I did have but didn t want to leave with nothing to show for my efforts.

DO NOT! I repeat, do not do an ON LINE ORDER!! I ordered my product and went to the store after I received my confirmation email that item was ready to be picked up. Once there, the employee Kourtney in customer service told me that I would have to wait because there was no one to go get it. I asked for a manager and she told me she was at lunch. I literally had to stand there for over 30 min. I could have went and grabbed my one item and checked out in less than 10 minutes. Just a big mistake doing business with target all together!!! Lesson learned!

I went here to try and find some new clothes. They have such a big collection for sizes 0-12 but anything above that just go somewhere else. They only had three racks for plus size clothes and that s it. It s already discouraging enough to be plus size but to find clothes without having to shop online? The CVS pharmacy inside Target is a joke. Untrained, unprofessional staff preparing (or attempting to) our medicines that are life saving for some! After waiting in line behind 8 people not one of their medications were ready. They all got told 30 to 40 minutes. My script was called in at 9 this morning and I was told 30 minutes. When I expressed that it was called in at 9 the attendant said, there s be now 600 other scripts called in today. Im back at my 30 minute window and I have NOW FOR THE SECOND TIME been in line for 15 minutes and have continued to watch people get turned away without their meds. Today will be the very last time I use this pharmacy.

The store usually doesnt have what you need. The typical answer you get from staff when asked if the store has something is, no, Id try [Walmart, Amazon, Best Buy]. The terrible management blames their faults on aesthetic remodeling going on at the store. The team synergy there is non-existent because workers are treated like dogs. No consideration is given towards their well-being. Theyll schedule students almost full time and make them work closing shifts when they have school in the morning, not schedule by selected availability, etc. Avoid unless your number one priority while shopping is feeling like youre not in a Walmart (when, effectively, its just a Walmart with inflated prices to try to stay afloat).

Usually I enjoy shopping at Target, but today was rough. The clothing section was difficult to shop, as most of the usually folded clothes were in wads. The mens section was blocked off and unreachable. While neither of these were a deal breaker, when I went to checkout no registers were open and self checkout was completely backed up and customers were randomly blocking up instead of filed into lines. I placed my stuff down and left. Hopefully next time the experience is a little better, as it used to be my favorite place to shop. It seems like the customer experience is just becoming less important.

Love the shopping experience here. Curbside pickup is usually pretty fast, I like that I get a discount for bringing my own bags, and the workers are always helpful. My only complaint is product availability needs to be better. I feel like I have trouble finding stuff here a lot of the time.

My red card that was attached to my bank account was declined on two separate visits a few months apart from each other with several visits in between that went through without an issue all because Target sent out a new card and explained to me it was because it s standard that when the cards are within 12 months of expiring they send out new cards and close your existing card without notification. My card isn t due to expire until 11/2023, 20 months ahead of expiration!

I find the Longview store has the most attentive, laid back, and friendly employees in all of East Texas. I want to say thank you to Rebecca in customer service because she is awesome. I had an online order that came in that was the wrong size, so we took it back and one of the associates in customer service tried to help us order the right size. She ended up not doing it right and we never received the order. I called the store and got Rebecca and she ended up helping me get it straightened out and everything was handled very professionally. I will be contacting corporate about one of your drive up pick up associates. My husband and I just picked up two fold up tables and when he brought them put we noticed he was going to the wrong vehicle with them. My husband was standing outside of the car and said sir, we are right here and he just ignored us and continued to walk to another car. We said sir were over here! Probably about four more times and he STILL ignored us until he finally turned around and YELLED at us. Then without even greeting us or acknowledging us he comes over opens the back of our car, throws In the tables and slams the door. I got out and went inside and told one of the security people about it and still nothing was done. I am VERY disappointed as I love target. THIS was completely uncalled for.

The store in Longview TX is always exceptionally clean, the employees are very helpful and always fast at checkout. The sales are also amazing and product selection and quality is always wonderful.

Masks are not mandatory once you walk in. Not enforceed. Unbeliveable the number of selfish, inconsiderate shoppers inside. Wont be back. Amazon, Trader Joes and CVS drive through until we have a vaccine.

I accidentally ordered pickup instead of drive up. The gentleman who was bringing orders out to cars was extremely helpful and was very willing to bring me my order anyways (even in the pouring rain!).
