This has been my two sons favorite place to eat since they could say the word pizza. The Owner, management, and staff ALWAYS go above and beyond to make us feel welcome. We are always greeted when we walk in and thanked when we leave. They know what pizzas we like and always fire them up if not already on buffet, without even asking. We eat here often as a guys lunch and Im sure we will be coming back for years to come. Keep up the great work, and thank you!!

Don t go there I payed to go eat with a friend but my friend was not eating so they didn t let us in because he didn t wanted to pay so I ask for a refund they told me the refund was processed but I never got my money back. And I call to check on that and they told me the refund should be there in a couple of days and nothing so I called again and now they told me that they don t do refunds to the card that they give cash back and that there is nothing to do and that only managers can do refund Their service sucks

If I could give zero stars, I would. Our experience at Cicis Pizza was extremely disappointing due to a ridiculous policy that forces every adult to pay for a buffet just to get inside, even if they have no intention of eating. We went there for our son s baseball team dinner, and neither my wife nor I planned to eat. Despite this, we were told we had to pay for two buffets simply to enter the restaurant. This is an absurd policy that seems designed to extort money from customers. It put a damper on what should have been a joyful celebration for our son s team. We won t be returning to this Cicis Pizza and will advise others to avoid it as well. Very frustrating and poor customer service.

I don t normally write bad reviews but I was pretty pissed yesterday. My daughter went on a field trip with her class to CICI s the other week and had a blast, that s all she has talked about. The pizza and games, mostly games. We live over an hour away in a smallish town. We came to College Station over the weekend to run some errands and see family. I am pregnant and pizza is not my thing right now (actually food in general is not appetizing most of the day) but I promised my daughter I would take her there to eat and play some games and later I would grab me some food on the way home. I asked for a kids buffet for my daughter and the cashier says If you are in the building you have to pay for an adult buffet too. I explained to him that I wouldn t be eating there and this was all for her, as an 8 year old obviously can t go in and eat by herself. I advised I would be sitting in the booth waiting for her to be done, and they could watch me if they wanted. So he charged my card for one kid and one adult buffet. I walked back up there and asked to take the kids buffet off and just have the adult, the adult costs more than the kids so they would have still had gotten more money than I owed, but at least I wouldn t have had to pay to just sit and watch my kid eat. I watched her grab her food at the buffet from the table and never went near the buffet. He then got his manager, she looked like a deer in the headlights that I didn t want to pay for a meal that I wasn t eating. She said Per our policy you have to pay to be in here. Didn t even ask what the circumstances were or care to listen to why I refused to pay. I said ok, I paid and we won t be coming back due to your policy and she said Thank you and walked off. Very disappointed with their so called policy . I told my daughter to eat until she was full since I was paying for two buffets and then we left. I wasn t about to give them another cent by playing games. I would have spent money on the games if they didn t charge me just to sit in the building. End of my rant.

The employees of this Cici s location are horrifically incompetent. I am deathly allergic to dairy, preventing me from eating literally anything on the menu. The manager wouldn t let me sit with my 8 friends without paying $12 for the buffet. I assured her I would not be eating anything because I physically can t, but she still rudely refused to allow me to sit with my friends, even if I stayed in her line of sight. It is unbelievably disappointing that the management would have such audacity. As if those with life threatening food allergies are not discriminated against enough. Also, you overall lost business because since I couldn t get in, my friends didn t pay to get in either try to fix your behavior in the future so as to not discriminate against those with disabilities. It is 2024. Try to keep up.

Best Cicis that there is. Thats probably due to the high traffic in a college town, but the buffet is always fresh and they pump out the pizza. Since I first reviewed this Cicis, they have remodeled which is nice. The pizza is still as good as it was before and the people are just as nice. They did move from metal utensils to plastic which does decrease my eating experience but, while honest, is really a lame critique for a pizza place. Kid-friendliness: There is an arcade room with ski ball, air hockey, several claw games, a basketball hoop, two shooting games, and a motorcycle racing game. Great for kids!

Fully operational buffet with plenty of hot items. One of the better examples of a Cicis that we regularly visit. The buffet is always well stocked and they are very responsive to requests. Plenty of icing on the cinnamon rolls. Parking: Plenty of parking nearby in the shopping center.

Went in for the $4.99 buffet deal however ended up paying double that? When we asked the person at the register (i think it was the manager) he said that was with the deal, but like it wasn t. Tried reaching out to fix it and got an email back saying, Should you change your mind before eating they will be happy to give a refund. Like huh? Y all already took my money. TLDR: if you re not sure about price make sure to double check they rang it up right before paying. Two stars because the Mac and cheese pizza is great.

The Manager who was rude to my daughter when asked for another top to her cup, because the first on given fell on the floor, he gave her attitude. Not impressed. MOD was texting on her phone while I was waiting for service. I ordered a special pizza but apparently there was a communication problem with the employee that took the order so it was not made as requested. Sadly worst experience to date , I am not someone who normally complains because I understand there can be crazy times and days just in general BUT when the issues I had were talked to the manager about it was just one excuse after another and no sincere apology. The bathroom was horrible for over an hr ,had to wipe pee off the toilet to even use it , there was a worker who was spraying cleaning products ,moping and just going in circles around where we were eating ( no one else was in the area so it wasnt bussing tables) part if the area felt like there was no AC working, not one smile from any workers ....just sad that at the very least there couldnt be a least a bit of compassion and concern for a customer who brought their daughter for a special night out and had a horrible time. The food I had here hurt my stomach and had me curled on my bed for a good hour. There was also no sauce on any of the pizzas. Customers were rude and there was a weird smell throughout the restaurant. However, the service was good and I put no blame on the employees. The place itself is a great idea in terms of cost and how much you can actually eat is great. The food on the line is usually not the freshest and you can taste that. However you can ask for customized pizzas and they come out fresh. If its good or not fully depends on who is making them. However, it already puts you at a better position for enjoying your food versus if you ate off the buffet line. The manager here is a 5 star on his own. He is super sweet. However, the place itself is a 3-4 due to cleanliness. It is family friendly but that apparently means unsanitary areas. The bathrooms ruined my appetite while I was here. The floors are usually crumbled covered and the chairs sticky. However, there is a gaming center for kids and families.

I just wanted to thank the manager and her staff for providing amazing services. Manager asked me while I was looking for my favorite pizza toppings. I didnt see. She radio her staff to prepare me hot and fresh bacon with meat lovers toppings. OMG yummy....then the BBQ...to die for. A student with allergies to dairy and bread. She tried bring her own food they didn t let her in. She come here with her band team after a competition, so she didn t has any other choice that come here. They try to explain the situation to the manager, but she didn t care and tell the student to go eat outside. It was not possible for the other to go to another place. I walked in for lunch with my two kids. My son had eating previously and reacts negatively to gluten, so we did not plan on him eating at CiCis.. I mentioned this to the manager who rang us up for our buffet and he nodded towards a counter-top sign that mentioned something about paying for a buffet to enter and told me he could not come in without me purchasing a buffet for him. Surprised and astonished, I went ahead and paid for him, full well knowing he would eat nothing, and that it was a waste of money. For one adult and two kids, it was $40+, which I find ridiculous. Not to mention, the pizza selection was seriously lacking - I think they only had about four pizzas out during their lunchtime rush, which they should have been prepared for. My daughter also found hair in her brownies. We will not be going back to Cicis College Station, and will gladly take our business literally anywhere else for $40+.

I always give good reviews but this time I cant, we went to a gathering with our children to celebrate a friend of theirs, a mother did not pay because she was not going to consume and asked permission to go in to leave the gift and the manager was for a while to tell her to leave because of the rules of the place blah blah and I asked her for more time and she came back later shouting and asking her to leave and with very rude manners, there were many of us who were consuming I couldnt leave her there he threatened to call the police and she asked to speak to the owner who was not there of course, but he insulted her and made her leave, the other workers did not help and made the rest of us feel very uncomfortable that if we paid and were consuming, it was very racist towards her and for us that We were with her, I hadnt been in years but I wont go again and I will never recommend it because they dont know how to treat people who thanks to them have consumption and work, there are other better pizza places to be with family and friends not this place

On Jan 29,2023 there was an African American woman working the front that was very rude. My 5 year old daughter simply said hello to a group of children behind us in line and the lady at the front very awkwardly and unnecessarily kept saying oh look shes flirting. About a 5 year old! And when I told the lady oh shes just being nice she just kept insisting that my daughter was flirting. And it was very unprofessional. The salad was fresh, and the pizza was hot and had enough variety to please everyone in the family. We all really liked the little cinnamon roll things. The apple-strudel dessert pizza was really good. The waiters did a good job of cleaning the tables and everything seemed sanitary. Other than that we didnt have much interaction with the staff since its all self-serve buffet, and we had no problems.

I was disappointed about reviving a coupon to use at cici. When I tried to use the coupon, I was told I wasn t allowed to use it because of a 10.99 combo with drink. I normally do not care for a drink at a restaurant and felt like this was an embarrassment. In Houston cici was 7.99 without drink. I am completely satisfied with that price in Houston. The company sent an apology that seemed automated. Highly disappointed. I enjoyed going there.

Absolutely HORRIBLE place . I have dietary restrictions so I bought salada across the street but my family wanted cici s . When I entered to join them an extremely rude lady at the front told me I couldn t because of outside food. I said ok that s fine can my kids have a Togo box for their pizza slices then? She refused to let my kids take their pizza , refused to let me join them and refused to give us our money back for the pizza . I will make it my business to report this location to every consumer website until something is done . I had no issue leaving but to not let my children take their food because they don t have to go boxes when the store clearly offers to go orders was not only a lie but poor customer service.

I personally think this is the best Cicis in the Bryan-College Station area since its always tends to be busy because of college students (that means lots of fresh pizza! ). Im not really sure what people are complaining about but Ive gone here during odd hours (I eat lunch at 2pm) when its not busy and have gotten fresh food. We customize our pizza orders by telling them what we want and have them split up one pizza into two totally different flavors so my husband and I can each get what we want. Salad bar is always stocked up and looks fresh. I only eat the cinnamon rolls for dessert and theyre pretty awesome There has been one instance when the rolls werent fresh but they were nice enough to make a new batch for us I mean you are paying $10+ for the buffet but thats totally worth it to me especially since you can pretty much get whatever you want. MAJOR PLUS: KIDS UNDER 2 EAT + DRINK FOR FREE :) 1 child per adult entree. Vegetarian options: You can pretty much customize any pizza to your liking when eating at the buffet. Including veggie options. Parking: Restaurant is in a plaza so theres plenty of parking. Kid-friendliness: They have high-chairs and a separate area in the back of the restaurant where kids can watch childrens television (if your kids need that kind of distraction during their meal).

The service at this CiCi s location is amazing! I occasionally place bulk orders of 50-65 pizzas for our church. The order is always accurate and on time and the staff even loads up the pizzas in my vehicle. There is never a single slice left over. I would absolutely recommend this location!

Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls are one of the best deserts I have tasted in my entire life. Other than that, this Cici s is a special one. Pizzas were on point. Pasta was, as expected, very average but that doesn t matter. Cleanliness and atmosphere was good as well. Had a great night and have been thinking about this meal for a bit, especially those cinnamon rolls.

Went here for lunch in August of 2022, hard to believe it is $10.50 for the buffet. I grew up with CiCis Pizza and the quality just isnt there anymore. It was challenging to get fresh pizzas out and the ones that did were decent...if the buffet was half the price of what it is. The overall value from a cost/benefit perspective is just flat out not here. The greeting on the way in and the Thank You on the way out was also missing here. CiCis holds a lot of good memories from my younger years but the value and experience is absent now.

If you know what to expect at a Cicis its fine. Weird that they went with a card system for the games AND a token system for the quarter machines, thats annoying. Also got straight up interrupted at the buffet by some of the workers, which I get it, you have stuff to do too, but Im just tryna grab a slice. Give me a sec, dude.

Crunchy brownies and terrible Flatbread crut like a cracker.I dont know what was going on but this was not good. The lettuce for the salad was not appetizing. I did enjoy the pineapple being available for salad or pizza topping and the restaurant was clean. I just didnt enjoy my food.
