Mr. Craighead needs to be reported to the Texas Bar. I hired Mr. Criaghead 6 months for an EEOC case. He charged me $750 and did the bare minimum at best. I didnt realize until I started to do my own research and speak to other EEOC attorneys. It took multiple emails to get a response after payment! His website is a complete lack of representation. It makes me sick. Reading his website is complete garbage and I was in no way represented as advertised clients should be based on his website. Mr. Craighead barley listened to my case. I was a quick $750 and that was it. Mr. Craighead sent me an email after this review victim shaming me and gaslighting me into thinking he did something for my case. In reality, he didnt. You do not need an EEOC attorney to file, but should obtain one when you get a right to sue letter. Do yourself a favor and dont hire this one. However: he did say every client that retained him for a lawsuit gave a 5* review. Am I missing something or if you dont have the best case to win EASILY, it obviously a 5* REVIEW?

Believe the reviews.....regarding him not calling back. This man had all pertinent information regarding my claim and he didnt take the time to review it prior to our arranged meeting that cost me $275 consultation fee. He said he would contact me at the beginning of the following week on a Friday, that day came and went with no contact. I followed up with text message, e-mail and by voicemail. He never did as hed claimed he would. He is very unprofessional and does not value your time or money.

Contacted this law firm last year in regards to an employment case, they stated they would contact me back and every time I would call they would ignore my calls. I sent emails, voicemails, etc. Well God does everything for a reason, the same case they turned down, I was able to obtain another lawyer who did a phenomenal job and won a huge settlement. Don t waste your time with this law firm.

After seeing all the outstanding reviews I felt that contacting them was a easy choice. I initially contacted them and they didn t answer. I was later sent a link via text with all the information that I needed to fill out and did so In a timely manner that same day. I was contacted the next day, with a who are you? Attitude and I explained who I was and that I had sent all the information they requested regarding why I was contacted them. He had to look up my application during the phone call conversation and requested further documentation for my consultation. I promptly submitted all the documentation he asked for and never heard back from them. I ve attempted to contact them more than a few times with no response at all even after leaving voice messages. I m not looking for a handout and I am more than willing to pay for their time/guidance to see if they are willing to help me in my situation. Still nothing, not even the courtesy of telling me they aren t interested or too busy to take. Very disappointing

Looking back to one of the worst times in my life, I felt like I desperately needed help to overcome insurmountable obstacles. Mr. Craighead and Mrs.Sarah Richey were there for me with dedication and perseverance. They both proved to be very reliable law firms and helped me to attain a great result. Not like most lawyers, who have you fill out a questionnaire and wont take your case unless its a slam dunk, Clayton actually talks to you and treats you like a person and not just a quick pay day. I contacted Attorney Craighead after having some concerns with my employer. He answered my call, listened to my concern, did some research and promptly returned my call with pointers on how to move forward. Before I begin, let me summarize as I tend to be one of those people that once I get going I talk a while... lol... Summary If you should ever find your situation where you would need a lawyer, then you want your lawyer to be Clayton Craighead. He is experienced and hardworking. Details Listening Skills - 5 out of 5 When I called The Craighead Law Firm, I was upset and angry and frustrated. I was in a situation where in my eyes the solution was simple, but the other party was not interested. The first thing The Craighead Law Firm did was allowed me to express all of my anger and sadness and frustration first. I was an emotional basketcase, but if you have ever found yourself in a situation where you might need a lawyer and you believe that you are right, you already know how emotional the experience can be. Setting Client Expectations - 5 out of 5 After listening to my emotional frustration and then allowing me to express my concerns, The Craighead Law Firm listened to those concerns and asked relevant questions. The item that is key here is that I was not looking for someone to just say, Yes, they agree with me. I was looking for someone with integrity and the courage to say Yes, you are right or No, in accordance with law, you are wrong. So if you are just looking for someone to tell you what you want to hear, then try a different lawyer. Buuuuuut if you are looking for a lawyer who is going to listen to your concerns and set your expectations appropriately on what is true and what is not true as it relates to your lawsuit and the timeline, then The Craighead Law Firm is who you want to go to for your legal matters. Responsiveness - 5 out of 5 I have always felt that it is important to allow professionals to do what they do best, buuuuut I still want to be in the loop on key decisions. I believe in this experience I was included on the key decisions and for the key strategy ideas, I had input on those ideas. It was nice to not have to do alot of follow up to ask if the lawfirm had contacted the other party and what was the other partys feedback. The Craighead Law Firm provided that feedback in a timely manner without me chasing them. Overall Experience - 5 out of 5 We live in a very interesting society. It is equally unfortunate that sometimes a resolution is not as straightforward as it should be and you find yourself needing to get a lawyer to help the other party understand that you are serious and that you are right. But the other item is also unfortunate which is that if you go by the media and of course the number of horror stories associated with lawyers, it is easy to view them as all bad people and the list of adjectives is too long to mention. I can not speak for those other individuals nor their cases, but I can say that my experience with The Craighead Law Firm has been positive and that he handled my case with integrity and the highest of ethical standards. If you find yourself in the unfortunate situation that you should need a lawyer, I recommend that you reach out to The Craighead Law Firm.
