I got referred to this law firm and they have not helped me one bit. Lawrence MoralesII called me back ONE time, after almost 3 weeks of me constantly calling and leaving messages. He never replied to my telephone calls or text since then. He wasted my time having me send over evidence and then never contacted me again. Very unprofessional! Seems like a scam to me! Why have people referred here, if you are not going to help? A WASTE of my time! I will not let him waste my time again. Luckily, I was able to find another lawyer to take over my case and hear me out. SMH...

I got referred to this firm, let me tell you how unprofessional they are! I called to have a conference call with the attorney, I got sent the intake but never got to speak to anybody! I called them to see if I could speak to the attorney and nobody would answer the phone i left voice-mail and still no calls. I get an email 2 days later saying they are going to tale my case. Never spoke to me wouldnt answer my emails. These people Melissa, just the Morales Firm is not where you want to go. I suggest you find you a firm that really cares about people and actually will hear you and not just assume, not a firm thats going to ignore your legal issues. This wanna be firm isnt it.

I was going through a very rough and unexpected divorce when a friend gave me a referral for Marissa Morales of The Morales Law Firm. From the moment I met with her, I knew it was going to be okay. She listened. She explained the law. She was straight-forward and understandable. It took longer than expected, because of my now ex. But she was there! To answer questions, give guidance, and always keep me grounded when it seemed like things were were on shifting sands. She negotiated with the mediator and was with me every step of the way! I called this law firm over 3 weeks ago, because we were referred by the Espinoza Law firm. Discussed with the intake/secretary the situation and she stated the attorney Lawrence Morales would call. 3 weeks later we never received a call back, I would have preferred they told us they would not take our case vs. having wait for a call back. If you want someone to listen to you and take you serious call another firm like we have, dont waste your time with this firm. If I could give them a zero rating I would.

I had an issue with my former employer and severance agreement and pay. Allison Hartry was very professional, extremely responsive and helpful. Allison initially provided some ideas for working with my former company on my own, and I tried to negotiate on my own, but ended up retaining her services. She took the time to understand my situation in detail and be honest in what the expected outcome might be. Allison was able to resolve my issue with my former employer in a matter of days and with the best outcome possible. Hiring Allison was the best money spent - to have someone negotiate on your behalf and take some stress off.

This review is long overdue. My personal experience was handled by Marissa Morales. Since my first consultation, Marissa displayed her knowledge and skills in Family Law. When explaining my situation to Marissa, she displayed patience, attention, confidence, and understanding. I wasn t rushed or interrupted, which allowed Marissa to better address my concerns and develop a game plan. After agreeing with Marissa to take my case, it wasn t long before her suggested game plan started to unfold. Marissa remained professional, dedicated, and responsive to every call, text, and email regarding case updates and additional questions. The only barriers we faced were county laws. This process took the most time from our case. But once again, Marissa displayed professionalism and finally got us into the courtroom. Little did I know, the waiting period to get us in court allowed Marissa build a stronger case. In result, due to the hard work and dedication to my case, we only had to appear in court twice. I was taught long ago to never fight a battle if you dont know how. Divorce is tough. Child custody is tougher. In my search for the right legal representation, a colleague mentioned Marissa Morales to me. At our initial consultation, I knew Marissa was the attorney I wanted representing me. She didnt waste my time, or hers. She listened to the tale of events, made copies of all necessary documentation, and set to work after I left. Marissa is quick to act once she has all pieces put together. She is also highly intelligent. She discussed scenarios that I had not thought of, and channels of movement based on actions and reactions. Throughout the divorce, she worked to ensure that I was kept abreast of all important information and dates, and provided the sound board I needed as decisions were in discussion. Its been nearly 4 years since my divorce and I still find myself in a position where I need some sound advice and judgment, especially when it comes to the children. Marissa is that solid foundation of advice and judgement. As long as you are honest with her, she will take care of you as best she can. She is a 10/10 when it comes to lawyers quick on their feet and with their thinking.

I reached out to this law firm for being a victim of wrongful termination which is what Morales practices in per emails and website. I was referred out by the San Antonio Bar Association. Morales Law Firm denied my legitimate case TWICE after telling them I was wrongfully terminated well within the state of Texas guidelines and breach a of a Texas Compensation code. Also, false advertising by this law firm via emails from them and on their home website. They want bad publicity and this is what theyll get. Thank you.

This office is completely unprofessional. I call for a consultantion and the lady didn t even let me finish explaining my case. Meaning the things to consult was not of 1 or 2 minutes. It had a lot detail but she just started taking with over just the first thing I told her. After that she pretty much didn t let me talk and hang up. I think her name was Melissa. Seriously you want your business to growth. Stop overtaking over the people and Listen!! That s the problem you don t listen and then says something really quick and hang up.

I was a defendant in a very complex contract dispute with a former employer spanning 4 years. The suit, if not handled carefully, had the potential to ruin us financially - I needed a law firm with experience, local knowledge and courage, a firm we could trust our future to. We were severely outnumbered, fighting a publicly traded Company with unlimited resources - Lawrence Jr. had to battle 4-5 senior Attorneys at every appearance, in every motion, every brief and ultimately in Court - it was an epic battle. Lawrence and his team including his father and sister outworked and outsmarted our adversary, they spent more time preparing and were far more invested in winning our case than all the Plaintiffs Attorney s combined! Lawsuits are destructive, you need an Attorney who will work hard, treat you fairly and offer unvarnished assessments of the case so you can make more thoughtful decisions together. I was referred to Mr Lawrence Morales Jr by a friend who know of him. He did return my second phone call a week after my first call. Mine is a potential age discrimination suit. He spoke to me for about 5 minutes where he informed me that anything he did would be charged be the hour. He had me send him my employment contract for his reviewl. I did so. I few days later my employment role was eliminated. I called him and left voicemail again. He has not returned my phone call since. I am a 58 year old multiple award winning sales leader. THis role elimination has cost me hundereds of thousands of dollars. There is a lot more to the story. Dealing with Lawrence was a huge disapointment. He didnt care even enough to return my calls.
