Was coming back from deployment and flights were delayed all day. We got diverted and finally made it to Huston for our last leg to Florida. I went to the restaurant which was closing just to charge my phone for a couple minutes (it s open space in the airport).and the manager kicked me out because they were closed. He was extremely rude about it. They will never get my service. I leave lots of reviews and most of them are positive. This one definitely deserves zero stars!

Ordered a beer, got a pint with a lot if foam on top and on the outside of it. Removed the foam myself, requested a check with my second pint and waited it for 10 min though the place wasn t crowded. When finally got the terminal for payment- the lady in charge (Rose) decided for me that I don t need a copy of the receipt (was not provided). Place is nice, a little expensive, but the service was bad.

The menu doesn t have prices on it which should have been the first warning sign. A classic lime margarita, that came in a beer sleeve was $24!! Maybe the most expensive drink I ve ever had and it tasted like it was from a bad dive bar.

Mixed emotions here, going from Las Vegas was great the staff was pleasant and helpful they get 5 stars. However coming back can we say RUDE and GHETTO. While standing in line there were several huddled up talking about ty their partying, how high or drunk one got. Using foul language in the conversation calling one young lady the b word. Throwing the F bomb. Not caring if the customer can hear or not. I was in a wheel chair the helper was so unprofessional stopping to have a conversion with another worker to bash yet another employee. When we got to the conveyor area she pushed me up to it and disappeared gave me zero assistance. Which I ended up losing my jacket and Bluetooth because she showed up out of no where while I was trying to retrieve my things snatched up what was supposedly left and run me down to the gate like we were in a race. This was horrific. I fly spirit all the time. You guys in Texas (IAH) NEED more training on professionalism, customer courtesy, and decorum.

Walked in for a drink before flight. Three empty tables, all dirty. Completely ignored by staff. Took garbage off table and went to order. They had three holiday martinis advertised with a charitable contribution attached. Guess what? Not a single one of those advertised drinks available! I tried two other drink orders which they also were out of stock. We left, wont go back. Salt in the wound ... totally rude employees.

Lured by the description in the airport guide thought it would be worth the walk over from the other side of terminal a. Should have read the low reviews first. Dead on a Monday afternoon, still the bored indifferent bar tender seemed like it was putting her out to serve a glass of ice water while I considered my drink order. Wine selection sucks, she didnt ask if I wanted food, just as well

Just stopped in to get a drink. The lady behind the counter was engrossed on her cell phone for several minutes. I said excite me to get her attention and she put her hands up to basically say hold on. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. i left and so did another couple that arrived there prior to me. Why have a customer facing job at the airport when you clearly dont have any sense of urgency or customer service. Its already a stressful situation for many people.

July 30th 2021- 9:25pm. All the stores are closed, and there is a line for this establishment. Folks looking to drink or just grab soda or water from the refrigerator. Well they run out of water and folks who were willing to pay for a cup of tap water from behind the bar were rudely told no and go elsewhere. When an establishment cannot sell a basic necessity such as water. They do not deserve the business.

Past 9PM nothing is open in this terminal. People were parched for water - vending machine out of orderOne person line out the door - I bought two sofas and requested the lady to pour me some water from her bar in a cup. She refused. I asked her - even out of humanity - I was happy to pay upto $5 and she goes ahead and ignores and not respond. Horrible management. These type of no-heart enterprises are the reason there isn t any kindness in the world. WATER, people!

Trying to get food before our flight. Line was out the door and the place was packed. They only had one person working and he was moving at a pace that could best be described as casual. I finished my entire sandwich and chips by the time I reached the front of the line. I watched as no fewer than 4 people walked away from the line and left without buying anything. I asked the lone employee if he was short staffed. He said no. Having tended bar, this place was seriously understaffed.

This is RIDICULOUS! ALL of the restrooms on the concourse are CLOSED-and have been since 6:00AM! Its now 8:00AM, and they said wed have to go out to a restroom ...and then BACK THROUGH SECURITY!!! Why cant they ROTATE THE CLEANING??? Totally, totally stupid. Was that one of the amenities we gave up when flying Spirit Airlines???

Maybe people are offering good reviews because they re happy to have a bar to go to while waiting in the airport, but my experience was with the food. I ordered a flatbread pizza which was $18.00. I understand airport food is more expensive, but I waited 45 minutes (no lie) and it was bland and not too tasty. I wish I took a picture of it, it was pretty small too. I will say when I put my order in the place looked pretty understaffed and the one guy working and taking orders was prob doing the best he could with a never ending line. If he wasn t as friendly I would ve given less stars. Poor guy.

The Marquee letters immediately caught my attention. I Also noticed how they were handling the social distancing in the bar. The bar is clean and whipped down there is hand sanitizer every few feet and all the seats are also spaced apart at least 6 feet. Sarah was my bartender and she was amazing immediately greeted me made my drink which I ordered a double vodka and soda two limes and it was perfect. The flat bread is not over the top amazing nothing to write home about however if you re looking for a great atmosphere and drinks made perfect this is definitely where you need to be when you visit Bush intercontinental airport in Terminal A.
