Greeters are very helpful & professional. There s one greeter in particular..she s an mid aged Hispanic Woman. THANK YOU.. When others could not do it..She did it with ease & I m nowhere near easy,ALL WHILE SHE S HELPING OTHERS BUT STILL FOCUSED ON ME..You can definitely tell when the PRESENCE OF JESUS IS AROUND..Regardless of my outcome. I THANK YOU. In return. I will try to do better with remembering peoples names. One must be appreciative when a person goes above and beyond!!!!

I went in Monday morning to print something and make a copy, no internet. Ok. I was told to come back Tuesday which I did. No one in there upon my arrival except for employees. I was told I needed to make an appointment for tomorrow. What?. ... Not to mention one lady doing her nails and a guy on the phone talking about his furniture order. These was employees.

Cannot get a hold of VA rep to find out information about getting a job doors are closed because theyre still afraid of covid-19 call and nobody answers the phone call the operator she does not answer the phone had an appointment for Monday nobody was there if we cant get these people to come in to go to work then we need to get somebody in there that can people need jobs

I have applied for NCI 10 times. I keep getting a run around and a you have to re apply. Fax. Emil. On line or you can go to a local office. Now after loosing my job because I can t pay for child care and I don t have child care 5 months of run arounds. I try to re apply and talk to a lady in the office who s willing to help but then wants to hang up on me because I asked a question. So my understanding is y all just don t want to help anyone correct?? I have to basically leave my spouse and get a cheap @$$ job and become homeless for y all to do anything??

The hour of this office is 8-5 I came at 2:40 and the gentleman who was Unlocking the door to walk inside to the building, he see me and Locked the door behind him!! What unprofessional!!!!!! I don t think I can rate this behavior !!!

The system is not helpful. The employees are not much assistance. The employees appear to be more technical help as opposed to helping find employment. They give no helpful assist to job search. I found the perfect job but I really didnt know the correct approach to some questions that were being asked of me being that after twenty plus yrs on one job the whole process was new and I could not get one single person to give enough attention to my needs. They need better trained ppl working there if they want to make a difference in ppl lives.

These people go above & beyond to help each person who comes through the door from 8AM-5PM , many are new Eric has been there since 2002 , when I was Mrs. Simmons, not Bernice Simmons who is actually Beyonce (Jones) Knowles from Galveston/Houston lied and said my identity was hers. SHE WISH...it aint my fault she was born poor & Matthew Knowles owns Trademark and branded the whole Beyonce Knowles name that she has to get permission to use. Lets all continue to pray for her. I come from a long line of Kings & Queens.

Sharon Aston was absolutely amazing i have severe anxiety and was very over whelmed she was so comforting and helpful! They juat started a new system and its all still new to them as well but she was so on top of everything! Made my day so much easier!! Thank you so much!!!

The people who work with the tanf cases are extremely unprofessional and unorganized! I been up to the office every day for a week Monday-Friday. Everytime I went there I was told different items I need to bring. As results i wasnt able to get anything taking care of till Friday because each single day it was either their system not working or a needed another item that wasnt mentioned the previous days or week. I am a full time mother with 3 kids with a full time job. I was still unable to receive a gas card after all the back and forth i did and after being told Thursday I would receive Friday. All this was UNNECESSARY. It wasnt just one. I seen a different case worker each day. Needs to do better!!!!!!

I went for orientation and the wait was 2 hours. Everyone came and went, TWC employees were just wandering around. I guess its mandatory so those employees can justify their jobs. Ive been working 40+ years and am pretty proficient on looking for a job. But its a game and we have to play. The Texas City TWC employees were very nice though.

I went today for orientation for unemployed patrons, at 10:00am. Staff members were constantly walking around or at their desk, not helping anyone. Ive been here over two hours waiting to be seen. Other patrons were there before me and had not been seen by staff members. Its very frustrating when staff members are not willing to help clients when they are not busy with other patrons. Management needs to set parameters and priorities for employees so that patrons do not have to wait all day to be seen.
