I 1000% recommend them! I secured the services of this firm after an exhaustive search to resolve a case in which a debt collection firm was taking steps to garnish my elderly mothers account. Unbeknownst to us, there was a default judgment from 2010 and in 2024, they attempted to collect $26K on a debt that was likely originally $1K due to attorney fees and interest. I called many firms and others either rejected the case outright or only offered to assist with a bankruptcy. During the free consultation, Mr. Fernandez was very knowledgeable and explained all options, potential outcomes, and associated fees which gave me confidence to hire his team. His fee was reasonable and he was transparent with the fee structure which helped me choose the best way forward. He was honest with me regarding the likely unfavorable outcome of the more expensive approach. Not only did his firm quickly resolve this case, but they negotiated a settlement of a >80% reduction in the inflated debt amount. We could not be more pleased with this outcome and are glad we went with his firm.

I called the firm and the receptionist stated that Mr. Worthington would give me a call back within 10 minutes. I thought I was going to be waiting for a call back at least an hour. He called me back in five minutes! We spoke about what I needed to get accomplished. He let me know it would take approximately 3-4 months to raise my scores back to where they were at before they dropped. With he and the firms working diligently and quickly, I received a call in 3 weeks from the firm stating that 70% of the derogatory items has been removed and that theyre still working on the other 30%!!!
