Smh unprofessional, my son was injured on 9/5. And I had an xray done at the ER on 9/5 the ER referred me to An orthopedic. The ER gave me a follow up contact but he didn t see children. I located Daniel Aldrich practice and we got there and waited a while to go in to the back for 15 mins and get him X-rays . I was referred to get an mri and they took forever to get us into an appointment so I scheduled the appointment and that was Tuesday this week and now waiting for the results from this office and I have not heard back I called on Tuesday she stated they had the images and waiting on reports the report was finished yesterday no call about my son MRI yet and I tried to message Kiara they have taken us out the system and I cannot text now. Which was the best way since no one ever answers their office phone so I am definitely frustrated with this whole experience and this practice.

Took my mother-law, Rosemary Harper for treatment of shoulder joint pain. X-Ray revealed significant arthritis with none on bone issue. At her elderly age, Dr. Aldrich h suggested a steroid injection which she did. He is very personable and hoshows care for his patients.

Dr. Aldrich has done my carpal tunnel release as well as performed ACL replacement surgery for my husband. Because I have a complicated blood disorder, surgery is life-threatening. Dr. Aldrich took the time to explain to me what measures he will take to prevent embolisms. Its not just my knee I have to trust him with, its my life.

The staff and Dr. Aldrich are very rude. They saw my struggling to get my 90 year old dad to stand up and just stood there and didnt offer any help. Doctor Aldrich didnt offer much to help my dad and acted like he really didnt care. Very cold person. We will not be going back there. Mary Boucher

This has to be the best Drs office i have ever been to... Dr Aldrich and Ruben really show their care and concern for the patients. I am not very easy on DRs or the staff at their offices but this staff and Dr are by far the absolute best in TX. Made an appointment for a knee issue after my general physician looked into, and took X-rays and didn t see anything that might be causing my pain. Dr Aldrich and Jordan Cooke have been incredibly helpful, diligent, transparent, and patient in helping me recover from an injury. They performed an arthroscopy after trying more conservative physical therapy to improve the issue. (Which I really appreciated as I was nervous to have anything invasive). In initial appointments, they answered all my millions of my questions and listened to my concerns. As we proceeded with the arthroscopy, the process was very easy and appreciated the recommendations for better recovery. Healing and post op follow ups have been great, would highly recommend their office.

I went to Dr. Aldrich after a bad experience with another doctor who didn t seem to know what was going on with my foot. Dr. Aldrich and his staff were friendly and professional, treated me compassionately and he was very clear and detailed in the information he gave me. I am so happy, I could cry! Amazing doctor, great staff! I completely tore my ACL months ago, and found Dr. Aldrich after doing a ton of online research on best orthopedic surgeons in DFW. I am so grateful for Dr. Aldrich. From the get go, making the appointment, his staff was friendly, helpful and got me scheduled in as soon as they could, giving me a call about cancellations so I could be seen sooner. I was so scared and nervous about my knee when I first came in to see Dr. Aldrich, but he immediately made me feel at ease. Again, his staff really helped me out and made sure I was all set for my surgery and any questions I have, theyve responded quick. The office team struggled a bit more today. We were 15 minutes late due to the horrible traffic in Rockwall. When we arrived the receptionist told us because we were late she would have to go ask the doctor if he could still see us. This was a scheduled appointment not any emergency. In the past we have had to wait 1 1/2-2 hours to see the doctor. Then the person came into the room and said she was doing a range in motion on moms elbow, ok good but we are here for moms hip and knee. Then they X-rayed the wrong knee. The nurse was awesome as well as Dr. Aldridge, his staff must have been having a challenging day.

Scheduled promptly, short wait time, consultation took less than 5 minutes, all positives. I had a fractured hand that was missed by carenow and healed out of place. Dr. Aldrich explained that there was nothing that could be done 4-5 weeks post injury. While understandable it would be nice to be presented some options with a specialist or a path to a positive outcome. Instead I am sent home packing with a nice bill for xrays and on to searching for a hand specialist that can give me some options.

Dr. Aldrich is amazing. His work is outstanding. He takes time to answer all questions pre op and post op. He takes pride in his work and all three of my husbands surgeries have gone wonderfully. Dr. Aldrich has replaced my husbands knee and repaired both of his shoulders. My husband now has full mobility in all three. AND NO MORE PAIN. THANK YOU DR.ALDRICH. His staff is also knowledgeable, professional, courteous and respectful. We highly recommend Dr. Aldrich.
