Twice Ive done business with this company and twice they have been unprofessional on timing with documents. They do not have much business in which they lack being up to date with software/programs that are required by your top lenders making your closing process frustrating. Will not be conducting future business with this location.

I Close with Brent Greer at Stewart Title and am happy and confident when I do so. I still look everything over but know when we sign it will be done right. I Want to go back inside and close with my clients as I believe that is an important part of my client representation but at least I know Brent is there with them.

Stewart Title works smoothly with all parties to keep buyers up to date and aware of the majority of documents that they will sign on Closing Day. My advice is to read and understand what they send you via email. Then on the day of purchase there will be fewer questions and everything will go smoothly and efficiently.

Stewart Title works with builders to help scheme on home buyers, The builders use sophisticated scheme to commit the buyer use this title company. The title company charges the buyer one amount and sends the builder the rest of the funds. These are not referrals. These referrals are all schemes, the builder will not allow the buyer to use another title company, regardless of the relationship the builder and the title company have. They both know it is wrong.
