Went to buy two CO2 life jackets. Saw 20$ off. Took to register. I thought net price was 129$. Staff said I had apply for credit card. They didnt know whether it was a hard or soft credit check. Left the store without the purchase. $20 discount for a credit check. Not worth it. Rubbish offer and staff either doesnt know or else lied. Store lost sale of 2 jackets. Not going back again.

This is by far the worst company to work for. They dont care about their employees. Its all favoritism, company policy is a joke. Managers Jerry, Keenan, desi, lied to corporate HR to cover their butts saying they spoke to me one on one about Covid cdc guide lines and company policy which was false information.... no matter the excuse they will give you a point whether its life threatening situation or a family emergency. Its not a company that will work with their employees. They will replace you in a heart beat. They will make up excuses and say its company policy when they dont even know the policy to begin with. I had a team lead call me mentally Re***** in front of my customer and I got in trouble for asking for a follow up on the report. Bass pro shop has a very high turn over rate. Corporate HR annamaria will turn the whole story around and make you look like the bad person or make it seem like you lied when you file a complaint. Corporate won t help you when in need, only when it benefits themselves. I worked the hunting department selling firearms and every week they would make up some different rule on buying firearms saying its ATF compliance. But yet other local gun shops dont have those special rules. Jonny Morris need to re-evaluate company policy and needs new managers for the Harlingen location. I hope corporate reads this review and hope they make it right. Jerry, Desi, Keenan, really screwed me over and got away with everything. WORST MANAGERS THAT I VE EVER WORKED FOR!!

The place is huge and great we had a great time in the store, but the Resturant on the very top was not so good, the hostess was very rude to my wife, so we decided to leave the place and didnt even get to eat there after we had heard that it was a great place to eat , Ill never go there to eat ever again, as for the rest of bass pro shop its a great place to visit, I dont know if it was our Texas accent or because we were Hispanics but the minute we walked InAn sat down, we could tell we werent welcome there and were welcome with very rude manners, so after they brought our drinks ( 45 minutes later ) we took a sip of water and left,

I came here to purchase a new fishing reel for saltwater. A gentleman in the back helped me pick out one based on its quality and bearing seals rather than namebrand and price. I would shop here again just based on the customer service alone. Highly recommend.

Amazing experience I had today with bass pro shop boat manager!!! My boat steering wheel was not working and I called and he explained to me why this happens I went in and Wow it was fixed! YAY! Spent $692. The manager came up and told me about the return policy and needing receipts when I never asked. Im a rewards member. They could look up the receipt anyway if thats what I needed to do. She implied that I would be returning the gear, and I did not appreciate it. I told her it wasnt my intention to return these items, and she said, Ill be on the lookout. I tried to buy 2 annual fishing passes for my wife and I, but they got the name wrong even after providing ID. Another customer service woman acted like a manager, so I spoke with her about it. She said there was nothing they could do wed have to call about it Monday. I told her I wouldnt buy them and handed the licenses back. She snatched them back and didnt hand my poles back from behind the counter and walked off. They were very rude, but I needed the equipment so I bought it anyway.
