Ive been in here to sit down for both lunch and dinner and service is HORRIBLE. I said I wouldnt ever go to this location again and yet I tried one more time and ordered take out and again HORRIBLE!!! I walked in to pick up my order and waited 10 mins have someone to come to the front to help me. I had to call the location to see where my prepaid food was and they stated they were in the back kitchen still waiting for my salad to be ready.

The service and food were terrible. We came in and got seated and ordered our drinks. We waited 20 minutes for our drinks and when we finally got them, they didnt taste right. Then once we got our food, my girlfriends meal was cold and mine was warm almost cold. I wouldnt come back here again personally

Great food and great bartenders, however I did recently overhear one of their what must of been managers Im not sure as she seemed quite young and inexperienced, so I would assume its only an assistant manager. But she was an extremely unprofessional and sour person yelling obscenities about another employee for the whole restaurant to hear so it was quite hard to miss and not listen in on. Everyone knows that in an establishment there are certain standards to be upheld by their employers, and if this is how unprofessionally and rude their management treats their employees I do not think it would be wise to eat here any longer. It is sad although, I have always loved their food and have personally been treated fairly, I just do not like it when there are people who act in this manner at professional establishments. Especially when we are all trying to have a good time and just do our best!

I tried this location for the first time, only to realize it wasn t the best. There were two ladies working the bar- one with blonde hair and one with green hair. I did not catch their names; but they were exhibiting fairly rude behavior. A number of customers were complaining. I also did not have the best service. I noticed the manager running around helping to hold things together. One of the bartenders began crying when I overheard the manager mention the amount of complaints to her. Shortly thereafter, another customer yelled at the manager when she was doing her best to help. Not sure if this was just tonight, but hopefully they get it together there. I don t plan on visiting this location anytime soon.

So, you would think with a name like BREWingz, they would at least have most of the beers on their menu. Asked for St. Arnold seasonal - Sorry, were out. If I could give this place no stars I would. My husband, kids, and I ate here for lunch today. When our waiter brought out the wings we both looked at each other because we could both smell something weird. We thought it was maybe the Cajun seasoning? But after we both tried two wings and we knew all the different wings were bad. Within just minutes after eating the wings, I fled for the bathroom and exploded out of both ends. Literally. We told the waiter and he said he would let the manager know. They didn t charge us for the wings but it was still $60 which wasn t right either because they told us before we ordered that the kids cheeseburgers were half off today. But after they took the wings off they charged us full price. Manager never came to the table. As soon as we left, both my sons threw up IN THE CAR. So I think something wasn t right. Idk if there was some cross contamination going on in the kitchen or spoiled ranch or what but we are all suffering food poisoning today. Thanks for nothing.

To those saying the smell is bad, its the cleaning solution. I noticed no one has gotten sick here, so they are clean. Ashley was out bartender/server on a Sunday afternoon of 4-16-23. Food was alright but they accommodated my work party with lots of food and drinks. They were awesome today and I drove from hot springs, Arkansas to enjoy the place. The food just needs a little more attention, but the atmosphere and cleanliness is far above expectations!

It has a really sour smell that is not appealing to your customers, it smells like that nasty smell down in New Orleans bourbon street . Went here for lunch for the first time ever. The place was nice. Th service and food was absolutely horrible. The guy that waited on us was to busy talking to his buddies and we had to wait 10 minutes to get our beers refilled. We had 5 beers and waited 5 to 10 minutes each beer.

Me and my GF went last week on Tuesday for the special. I understand they were understaffed, I completely get it. The problem was our waitress was extremely rude and the food was cold. When she came back, I brought it to her attention and she had a major attitude. Normally I dont say anything, but it upset me. The appetizer was cold as well.
