Jenika del Angel at Keller Williams Lower Rio Grande Valley helped us find tenants for our rental property and we are incredibly grateful for her services! She is amazing at what she does, and she is so sweet! She is very thorough and took the time to explain everything to me and helped answer all my questions. I was really impressed with her marketing on social media platforms. Westley west did a very poor job with my house the people were still living there when I signed they would move out left my house very dirty. Dont recommend Keller Williams. They lie about everything. Repairs were never done to the house horrible customer service dont trust Keller Williams or nexus.

Went to look at place with agent Diana Reyna at place in La Féria looked at it gave app fee and gave her $500 deposit. End up not moving in house wasn t ready and was dirty . Told her in three days that changed mine and she wouldn t give money back. Beware of her keeping money

What can I say?!? Bertha has came thru for us once again! Not only was she able to assist in the sell of our home but now we are the proud owners of our Dream Home. If Im being completely honest, we wouldnt have been able to do this without Bertha De La Rosa. This home was well out of our league, at least to our knowledge, but Bertha had an Ace up her sleeve. We went from lets just look at the home to say we at least tried, to lets put in an offer, to OMG! they have accepted our offer. Thank you Bertha De La Rosa!!! You are amazing, the best! There is no one else that would have been able to pull this off. We are sure glad to have you in our lives. Highly recommended! Thank you again :)

A friend of mine bought a home from these scam artists and didn t tell him in the signing of the contract with the title company (San jacinto title) that the property has an Easement on it! This lowers the property value in which they didn t say anything about it to my friend! I believe the title company or the real estate company should reimburse for the loss of the property value in which he probably over paid for it, he paid cash for the property! Con Artists! Anything to make a fast buck! Huh? Do not buy from Keller Williams!

I bought a home and property from This real estate company in Brownsville tx but they didn t tell me that the property has an Easement on it! Which means I can t build a add on to my property that might effect the piece of land that a utility or cable company use! Plus this lowers the property value! Do yourself a favor and always ask if the property has an Easement on it! Or bette yet don t buy from this company! Scammers!
