Nah. Weve all been to many fast food restaurants as Im trying to order the person taking my order kept interrupting me.. its not that I was interrupted but those things I didnt even ordered. I said I want a cheeseburger and they said small shake what else.. like its just a game. I pull up to pay and he looks at me and starts laughing.. so Im good. Wont be back

Horrific customer service, first my order was given away and had to be remade then, I was discriminated and given a no trespassing notice because of the managers incapability to remove a person soliciting drugs in the building. The individual approached me in the McDonalds and was asking me and other people for drugs , as well as the staff purposefully misgendering me and laughing about it . This is unacceptable , disrespectful, unprofessional and genuinely the worst interaction Ive ever had in a fast food restaurant , and makes me never want to go to another one of your establishments ever again.

Its too modern for my taste. I prefer the human interaction and dont appreciate having to place my order on their kiosks. I dont work there!!!!! The managers here need to understand you can t have disrespectful employees taking orders. I had a horrible experience where the lady taking my order through the mic was being incredibly rude. Me thinking she might be having a stressful day had planned giving her a $40 tip. I told her, that cash is a tip for you, you can keep it 3 times. I speak perfect English, and I made sure I gave her my debit card to pay for my order separately. She was in such a bad mood she paid me no mind, ignored me and used the cash to pay for my order and threw my debit card and receipt in my car. This isn t a one sided story, I was not disrespectful and even rushed my order because I know she must not like taking orders.

this is the closest McDonald s to my house so I tried to come here quite often. I went there about 2:30 AM last night, and they told me they were only doing mobile orders, DoorDash, or Uber. So Obviously, their kitchen was open. They were just too lazy to take my order. This has happened on multiple accounts. I tried calling to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. If you like being ignored while you wait for someone to fix an order they messed up (and they mess up often) this is a perfect McDonalds. The kids area is disgusting and torn up. They also have an annoying beeping noise from an alarm in the kids area going off. Kid-friendliness: The play area is torn up and definitely not clean. My kid played for a little bit and his clothes and feet are covered in black. Definitely gross.

stopped there to get a couple drinks, stood in line with about 4 other people, until i decided to go somewhere else to spend my money. i stood there 25 minutes without anyone ever coming to take my order. went inside because the drive-thru line was all the way around the building, so when i get inside, i see that everyone in there was busy helping door dash drivers. the manager even had a really bad attitude when i asked if someone could come take my order. Worst McDonald s on the planet Earth. Made a McDouble w/bacon with only one patty and the very rude female employee tried to convince me that two little strips of bacon counted as a burger patty. She at first refused to remake it until a young man clearly pretending to be one remade it but wrong forgetting me reminding him nicely it had no pickles, no onions, and no mustard. 6-26-24 Ordered my medium 6pc on Kiosk waited 10min ...nothing a crumpled bag was sitting on the order station it had been there for 10min it was not on the pick up counter so I ignored it. I went back to the pick up station and held up my ticket #961 I received no response 5min passed and I asked again they made me a tea and put both the crumbled bag and the tea on the counter infront of me. I went up again to get a refill and a lady started mopping between the counter and customers ... I went through the drive-thru at this location to get a medium hot mocha, use the app which was $2 off, they punched in the code and it did not take off the $2. I told the cashier and they just said well thats how it is. When I got to the window I spoke with the manager who was rude and basically told me sometimes the app works and sometimes it dont. She then got angry and said I will just give you back your $2. She went and got $2 cash walked to the window turned sideways and stuck her arm out and turned her head the other way. I would highly recommend avoiding this McDonalds at all cost. The mocha itself was not even hot, lukewarm at best and had no mocha flavor to it. Rude employees! And sorry sorry quality of food!

Ive pretty much stopped going to this location atleast early in the morning.even though the mcdonalds app gives you the option of ordering curbside pickup,the employees refuse to bring it out to your car.and,wont unlock the door on the side that the curbside pickup spots are on.i waited outside for almost half an hour before I finally had enough and walked up to the drive through window demanding my order.which had gone almost cold just sitting inside on the pick up counter. This was one of the single worst fast food experiences I have ever had in my life. I wish I could give zero stars. It took me over half an hr to get only cookies. I ordered on the app to make it quicker, and once I get to the Window the lady tells me to wait on the white lines and then proceeded to make me wait 30 mins and serve over 15 cars behind me as well as multiple ppl walking in and ordering. This happened on Wednesday 1/24/24 at 4:21 pm. There is a special level of ineptitude at this place and they had the nerve to have an attitude. I nvr gave them any attitude at all. The water for hand washing in the men s restroom is very cold and does not warm up during use either. Not good for encouraging good hygiene with hand washing for staff. The kiosks take orders for Arctic Orange Shakes and then the staff have to refund because they have never sold that one (and today, as often, the shakes machine is broken too) My fillet o fish was tepid at best, definitely not warm. Certainly a mile away from hot. And the Big Mac was like warm too. So there s a lot wrong here really, except for the staff. I experienced a friendly helpful staff member just trying to do their best and as a crew member they were good. Just let down by systemic processes and fixtures/fittings pretty badly. Result is, no we won t go again as the product is bad.

I made a curbside order at 10:19. I go into the store at 10:27 to ensure my order gets made. While in the store, I let them know I wanted my food cooked to order(fresh). Instead of making sure my food was fresh, everyone, including the manager, wanted to argue with me about my meal and its freshness. When I opened my mcgriddle, both, the meat was old and burnt, the cheese was cold and the bread was Luke warm. Right before I checked my food, the so-called manager was trying to tell me that she had just made my food.

I ordered two fish fillets, a medium fries, a double cheeseburger, and a small coffee. I asked for fresh fries they were hard and crunchy and difficult to swallow, and they gave me a regular cheeseburger with one patty of meat. If you can t handle working at McDonald s, you will be a real difficult worker that doesn t care about doing their job, because work reflexes on the next company you work for. A real disappointment. Maybe McDonald s can go back to the styrofoam packaging , so your food doesn t look like it got smashed.

Never one to leave bad reviews...but Lord!!!!! Got my order through drive-thru, didnt mind the wait, when I got my food, it was wrong, brought the food back in and waited for 3-4 min just for someone to greet me, and that was only because I got tired of waiting so I had to speak up and say Hello Mc Donalds employees!!! They finally turned around. Informed my food was wrong and just needed it to be fixed. They took my sandwich and added what was not on there. Handed back to me with no apologies or have a good day, lol nothing. I opened up my sandwich and ketchup was everywhere with one little pickel. I mean I know the lady that handed me my sandwich could see all the ketchup, I mean the wrap was loaded with it, it covered my bread. I just tossed it in the trash. Worst customer service, horrible food. No one to blame but management...Employees are only as good as there managers....just saying.

This place needs to be shut down. Dine in took 15 minutes to get food, burger was wrong, staff took my burger and gave it to another customer after I touched it. Waited another 15 minutes for a replacement while watching a guy fix the fryer. Old grease was dropping out of the panel to start the machine. I asked for a manager wanting another 10 minutes. I finally asked for a refund. Took another 5 minutes for that. This place is a joke. Calling the City to report the unsanitary conditions.

If I could hive this location a ZERO star I would! This place is GHETTO, NEVER has Anything, they are rude, trashy, ignorant, LAZY, and just OVERALL the worst McDonald s I ve ever been to!
