I am thoroughly impressed by this practice. I had left my other dentist because of how long it took to be seen. I arrived maybe 20 minutes early which I regretted because I didn t know how long it was going to take but as my appointment time arrived I was called back shortly after. Since I was a new patient my teeth got a full on photo shoot which took most of the appointment time. The dental hygienist was very friendly and I enjoyed chatting with her. I was surprised at how gentle she was, I didn t know that there was no need to be rough when using the scary metal hook tool. When the dentist came in to take a look at my x-rays we had fun nerding out over the anatomy and long roots my teeth had. I don t think I would ever recommend a dentist because it s normally not the most fun or impressive visit but I would definitely recommend this office.

I have received treatment at Rockwall Dental Associates over the last few years for routine care/cleanings, and for a root canal, an implant, and a crown. Dr. Aurentz and her team are polite, professional, and very thorough. The office does a great job scheduling as I have very rarely had to be in the waiting room more than a few minutes.

Ariel is fabulous! She is always concerned about me as I have claustrophobia and need to have things done a little differently than most people. I m also cold when anyone works on my mouth so she always brings a blanket so I have one if I forget mine. First off Ill start by saying Dr.Keisha had a good bedside manner BUT this was my first appointment with them for a trouble area. I scheduled to have a single tooth fixed and crown placed back before spring break; I was told Dr. Keisha was on spring vacation that I should remain patient with their scheduling, I wasnt in much pain at that point, so I did. After a month, I had my temporary crown placed but the entire molar was completely shaved off, leaving me just a tiny nub, almost like how they do for childrens dentistry. I was also left with a scar from the drill on the inside of my cheek. Dr. Keisha also said before placing the temporary tooth, I think theres a bubble in it but continued to set it in place. I went home and the pain didnt subside from there. I returned after a few days but wasnt able to see Dr. Keisha because I was told she was on another vacation to Europe. Another dentist x-rayed me (the root looks good) but had to clean up the concrete that was still surrounding the tooth. I was also given a script for amoxicillin because of the scar and a mouthwash. Three days later the temporary tooth fell off. I called after the three day weekend (because theyre closed on Mondays) and was told, Dr. Keisha is triple booked and that my permanent crown was not ready yet. So I had an exposed nerve for two weeks completely in intense pain. (Thats a lot of advil) I tried the OTC temporary crown fix but it was entirely too sensitive for it. Its now been a week since ive had my permanent tooth secured by Dr. Keisha and im still having DAILY pain. Now im being told they will not extract the tooth. She is referring me out to an oral surgeon. I asked to speak to a manager about all of my concerns. I was told they would call me back, but they never did.

I really miss this office before it was sold. It was very personable and the dentists actually spent time with you with small chit chat to calm your nerves. The dental hygienists are still amazing. My last appointment I waited about 30 minutes past my appointment time which NEVER happened before. The dentists are rushed like they have to get to their next patient now. When getting fillings, I was charged a larger than normal amount but I figured it was due to inflation. My fault totally for not looking into it deeper. The EOB came in and the amount was much less than what I paid. When I inquired, I was told the three fillings between my son and I had a charge that was not covered by insurance so they didnt even bother filing it with the insurance. I have been coming here for seven years. I have never had this happen before. Such a shame because I loved this office but I will now be looking for a new office for myself and my family. Dr. Aurentz is such a sweetheart and I will miss her, but I miss this office before it became corporate. One star for Dr. Keisha, and one star for the hygienists.

The first time I went, it was an AMAZING experience (6/5 stars) where I felt like an individual who was appreciated. The last time I went in September 2023 it was unfortunately not the case. Different name of the office, all new computer systems where I couldnt check in with new IPads (they were malfunctioning) dentist was formulaic and transactional. She spent 1.5 minutes with me, talking in dentist acronyms I didnt understand, then left on to the next issue of her day. I left feeling like a number instead of part of a community like I did the last time I went. I will say that I was impressed that the Office Manager actually called me in person to follow up on my survey feedback to understand my experience better. I really appreciated that. I told them I really wanted to like this place and feel like I did other times Ive gone in. Perhaps it was just an off day for everyone. We all have those.

Needed a chipped tooth rebonded. Got me in right away and as a patient that has had his chipped tooth rebonded probably 20 times since it happened when I was 12, I can tell you with 100% certainty this is the best bonding job anyone has ever done on my tooth. I broke a tooth over the weekend and was able to get in on Tuesday morning. They were absolutely wonderful. I have a tremendous fear on going to the dentist but, they made me feel extremely relaxed. I was expecting to have that bad tooth pulled but they were able to save it with a crown. Everyone was so nice. I would give a 10 star if I could. I would highly recommend them for any dental work or just cleaning.

Made an appointment for the 29th, but was wanting something on my day off, the receptionist called me a few days later offering me cancellation on my day off. My paperwork was text to me with a super easy link to complete before my appointment, it was very easy. I arrived a few minutes early & was greeted by very friendly front office staff. My hygienist Duana came out to get me & was very friendly. The cleaning went very smooth and the hygienist was very informative and let me know everything thing she was doing along the way. The Dentist came in for a quick exam & I was on my way. I highly recommend this office and if you have any anxiety, like I did you should request Duana, she calmed my nerves and fears of going to the dentist. Great office!!!

My husband had his appointment the day before I did and he stated that the workers were all very kind to him and that he felt comfortable and that s what matters to him the most but I still wanted to make sure , I went the next day for my appointment and as soon as I walked in I felt welcomed and cared for that is something that I look at when I go to my appointments and not just get treated like we are non important The whole crew here was so welcoming and kind and professional and gentle I recommend if you are needing a new dentist or just want a change from your regular dentist as that is what we did and we are so glad we did .That you come here. You will not regret it I promise.

My family and I moved to this area a few months ago and were lucky enough to find Aurentz Family Dental. They are very friendly and do exceptional work. They dont try to upsell you with stuff you dont need. They worry about the work that is necessary. They also work with your schedule when possible. We are very happy with Aurentz Dental from top to bottom.

Wonderful and refreshing experience of a well-organized team of all, kind and talented individuals. Came in with a family of 3 which normally is a long and exhausting experience. We were in fast with exceptional cleaning for everyone and back out the door. Very happy we came here and will be back for sure.

I have been coming here since they first opened up. My kids and I absolutely LOVE coming here for our family dental needs. The staff is super sweet, Dr. Aurentz is absolutely amazing and everyone here are super compassionate for pain chickens like me and make me and my fat feel so comfortable. They are all such a Blessing to me and my Family !

Dr Aurentz and Dr Sina are both amazing! Our whole family loves to go for our regular cleanings because the atmosphere is so cozy and the hygienists are wonderful. Front desk staff is so friendly and helpful. Scheduling appointments and their assistance is top notch!

By far the best dental practice I ve ever been to. The rooms and waiting area are clean and nicely decorated. Marleni the dental hygienist ALWAYS does a phenomenal job with my routine cleanings and Dr. Keisha is the sweetest, very thorough with her plan of care. I would highly recommend! I ve been coming here for a few years, this review is just long overdue!
