I went thru drive thru. Got home and ready to eat and yuck!!!! Beef was so tough you couldn t chew it and the rice tasted God awful. Never again!

They will only give you ONE TINY container of Sriracha sauce if you ask for it in the drive through, and if you ask for 2 more, they will argue with you about it and roll their eyes. I have been going there for many years because the food is good, the older man and lady were amazing. These young ones are rude. (Or lying and saying its the last one they have) My thing is this- if I dine in, I can put all the Sriracha and hot oil i want on my meal. Why are they making it such an inconvenience in the drive thru? I probably wont be going back.

Everything about the food we had tasted off. The rice didnt even taste like fried rice, the pork in the fried rice has two green spots (which we already know is an indication of mold), and the sweet and sour sauce tasted like it was made with standing/dirty dish water. We gave it two stars on the simple fact that they were miraculously open on 4th of July while we were suffering from the flu. We will never come back here again. Only reason we came here was because Super Wok was closed and we had no other Chinese food place open nearby. Dont even bother coming here. Food is disgusting. I didnt have a chance to finish it because it tasted wrong.

The best take out China Wok place in the Pasadena area! Food is always Hot, Fresh and cooked with perfection! I love how their General Chicken has that crisp but still smoothed in all the delicious sauce! I pass up 3 simular places every time I come here with no hesitation! Prices are very reasonable as well!

Quality has gone downhill over the past few years. My go to entree of choice is the Sweet & Sour Chicken with pepper steak combo. After ordering it today, I received hardened chicken bites (must have been cooked hours before ordering) and beef in a literal pool of oil. Saddened to see this once wonderful location join the army of the unwanted.

Really disappointed how down hill this food is now compared to growing up with it. After a few times of having some very bad tasting orders (tastes old, doesnt taste right, smelt wrong), we stopped going. We decided to give it another try today, it was early and right at lunch time, but the food is just horrible. Ordered combination rice, general chicken and dumplings. The rice taste old, not even hot, and has a stale taste. Tastes as if they heated up left overs. General Chicken wasnt too bad, but it wasnt hot and fresh either. Dumplings werent to good either, just not as bad as the old rice. I really hope everyone else has a lovely experience; however, mine is just too bad way too many times. You can say what you want, but I know that rice is not fresh.

Disgusting! I ordered General shrimp and it was a plate of mush. It looks like huge shrimp but mushy flour is all it was. The sauce was off as well. I was disgusted and will never ever go back. Complete waist of money.

In a word: Tasty! I had the sweet and sour chicken for lunch. It comes with two scoops of fried rice. It does not come with a soup, so I added a small wonton soup. No drink. Total cost after tax: $9.74. The soup was great, the wonton noodles are always my favorite part of Chinese restaurants and they did not disappoint. The soup was nice and hot, and there was plenty of wonton. I would recommend it. The sweet and sour chicken was tasty too, but -very- sweet. The fried rice has onion pieces mixed in, so I didnt eat it (I dont like onions). They drench the chicken in the sauce. Its a nice lunch portion at a fair price. Utensils: A spoon, fork, and napkin were included. I would eat here again. 4/5.

Gave it 2 stars because the shrimps (shrimp in garlic sauce) were ok and the veggies were fresh and crunchy but the rice was very undercooked. Every single bite from Any part of the rice mound had super hard rice. Dont know if it was undercooked or old but not pleasant to eat at all!

This is where I wished I had come tonight! They have always provided SUPER FRESH HOT DELICIOUS FOOD! I should have never given Deer Park location another chance tonight. Hubby and I both have upset stomachs and we never had this issue with this Spencer location! Spencer location we always enjoy our leftovers the next day but tonights Deer Park left overs went straight in the trash. Spencer location is the place to go and they have faster service and friendlier staff.

One star for night shift.. left out one of my fried cheese puffs orders and we arrived at 9:25 and he was verbally clear that he was much more pleased that we were ordering to go. The one order of cheese puffs that we received were overcooked. What raised a red flag for me was my daughter is highly allergic to cats and she started sneezing a sniffling violently minutes after entering the establishment. Prefer the daytime personnel. Like the shrimp fried rice though.
